El A/C funciona perfecto!
No se tienen gabinetes para colgar ropa.
No se cuenta con estacionamiento y hay que subir muchisimos escalones para llegar.

Amazing value for money. Super clean and comfortable room with working AC and hot shower. Lots of comfortable areas to chill with stunning views over Mazunte and the ocean. Access to fridge to keep drinks cool was a bonus and cooled drinking water also available. I would definitely stay here again.
Pool was a bit too warm to be refreshing but I guess that can't be helped

The view from the pool was amazing. We liked that it was walking distance from the town ....Bed was cozy and the room had everything we needed for our two night stay
The hotel is set on top of the hill. So the walk can be good for those who want to burn off them taco and beer calories throughout the trip.

The swimming pool was great, there was a nice atmosphere and everything looks like it is well cared. The check in and check out were easy. The air conditioner and ceiling ventilation were a great help.
A clothes hanger would be very useful.

The hotel is on top of a hill. The view is spectacular. It's 100 steps to get there. We had no problem to get there and we are in our 70ties. Nice pool and deck.
Our room had no balcony, but others have one, so next time we will ask for a balcony.

The place is gorgeous and clean, very nice to relax and have a good time.
The access is a little complicated and could use some better lighting, but it is ok

we loved the view from the top and our balcony, it was very comfortable and quiet so overall a great place to relax
the staff were non existent on occasion meaning that if we had any questions regarding the hotel or travel we were left to fiend for ourselves

Perfect view of the ocean from pool & terraces. Clean pool, friendly staff and we could leave our luggage for the whole day before leaving Mazunte without any problems.
Mattresses where a little bit to soft.

It was so nice to have to relax by the pool in the afternoons when we came back from the beach.
There is no food available and only filtered water to drink. This means that if you want coffee or tea in the morning, you have to go all the way down the hill to get it. The steps are also very steep and unfinished in some parts, so not good for a large suitcase.

great view, friendly, helpful staff, AC worked.

The property had a nice pool and shared outside decks with tables, chairs , lounge chairs and ceiling fans .
It had a cold and hot water water dispenser for guests to use . A shared fridge . bags of Ice cubes in freezer .
Very friendly staff !! Small but clean bedrooms with air conditioning, ceiling fan , comfortable bed and great balcony with hammock and awesome ocean view .
Free wifi - outside of bedrooms in shared areas .
There are lots of stairs to climb . Over a 100 just to get to the property . And then more to get to rooms . So this is not the property for those who have knee issues or heart problems . We got a good work out every day .
-There is no coffee maker available unless you take one of the quadrupole rooms .
-The room safes have not been put back in the rooms since they were renovated .
-There are no pool towels given to you
- Only shampoo is in washroom , no conditioner
-They are building or fixing the roof as I think the last hurricane damaged it . So there is some construction noise off and on .
- no wifi in the bedrooms .
and no TVs but it looks like there may be TVs soon ?
All in all we had a great 2 week stay ! The place has beautiful views , friendly staff and nice pool . The construction isn’t too bad . It’s gotta be done sometime and we feel that when it is done it will be even better . And the stairs got us both in better shape .
Thanking the staff and management !!

The view on the ocean is perfect!!
The location on the map seems to be pretty close to the beach, but it actually one of the highest spots at Mazunte and this means quite a long journey to the beach.

there were no kitchen
there was no sign
it was hard to find it

No breskfast! No food! No coffee available. Need to advertise this. More of a hostsl experience for way more money.
Food service. Help with bags up and down stairs. Not locking the gate during the day.

The facilities were fantastic, a lovely pool and terrace to relax with a beautiful view over Mazunte, which is worth the uphill trek to get there. clean and comfortable rooms. Very friendly staff too.
I would give this place a much better rating but there was building work going on which started (on the dot) at 7.15am every morning with loud banging! This seemed unnecessary as it always started with this loud hammering for 15 minutes or so which you couldn’t sleep through, but then nothing after that - so why this can’t be done at a more reasonable time I don’t know? looks like this has been going on for months and will be for many more months…

beautiful view, set up on a hill amongst the jungle. small premises so nice and quiet.
rooms were small, no ceiling fans and there were no amenities to cook; even though photos showed there was a communal cooking area. there was also no communication as to the entry to the property. there was a difficult to climb to get to the hotel with loads of stairs.. Esther difficult with bags/suitcases. had to flip the mattress around as the head end smelt like a cat had urinated on it. pillows were large and firm and ended up using the cushions as they were the flattest option. service wasn’t fantastic. although organising a taxi for our departure the male at reception didn’t make the booking for us.

The staff! Fabi and el jefe (do not know his name :)) we’re extremely helpful and kind and welcoming.

Pros: Beautiful views, air conditioning and comfortable beds
Poorly maintained facilities. They claim hurricane but it has been 3 months plus these are long term maintenance problems. Both staircases to property are obstructed and broken causing dangerous situation. Swimming pool had algae overgrowth and never able to use in my 5 day stay. Room furniture is mismatched, old, damaged and oversized for room therefore making the room feel crowded. Ceiling fans non functional. Shower head small with poor pressure making washing long hair very difficult.

lovely woman at reception. nice views. cleaning staff were so nice. bed was comfortable but quite sloped and had a plastic sheet on mattress.
almost everything. access to the hotel is shockingly awful and precarious. more information needs to be given in the hotel description. there are NO amenities to speak of except a water station. The pool was quite dirty, general grounds in poor condition. No coffee/ tea nor water pressure in bathrooms. seems like it’s on its last legs to be honest.

Amazing place to stay in Mazunte it has a outstanding view of the beach from the mountain. The facilities are nice, clean and cosy. The staff is friendly.
The only con is the need for climbing a Little to arrive to the facilities, not recommended for people with limited mobility.

The location is great (if a bit of a steep walk up) and the people working there were so helpful. The pics don’t do it justice, the views are incredible and there’s lots of space.
They are adding a whole new floor to the hotel so there is extensive building work going on. It started at 7/7.30am and is extremely loud and wasn’t mentioned to us at any point during the stay. It looks like it might be going on months.

Las instalaciones y todo el staff excelente

The views are awesome and the pool an added treat. Property provides water but the kitchen was not available.
The beds need to be updated, very uncomfortable. The air conditioning unit was weak, the one fan that works was very squeaky.

The view and the pool area are super nice!
The access to the hotel is quite hard, it goes through an un paved road and then lots of very steep stairs, thus the location is not optimal - takes a while and lots of effort to go in and out for the day, dinner etc. (I guess the view is the reward).
What really bothered us was the check out time: 11:30 a.m. Moreover, they were refusing to keep out luggage until our flight time (around 4pm) - so while waiting WITH the luggage at the Accommodation, they also refused to let us use the pool, and quoting the hotel owner : “guests have to adapt to the accommodation necessities and not the other way around”.

Clean, cute and comfortable stay. The staff was very kind and tried to helping out with any questions. The balcony and pool had the best view.
For a great view like this there’s a downside: the stairs. Quite a workout but definitely worth it.

Lovely pool.
Up a very long climb. No breakfast. No drinks.
