Für ein paar Tage in Ordnung…

Die Unterkunft liegt in einem kleinen Ort, in dem außer wenigen Restaurants und Minimarkt nicht viel geboten ist. Aufgrund dessen ist es sehr ruhig. Zum Strand sind es zu Fuß etwa 15 Minuten. Zum Zeitpunkt meines Aufenthaltes war es ungewöhnlich frisch mit Wind und Schauern, so dass ich den Strand kaum genutzt habe. Am Strand gibt es ein Restaurant. Die Unterkunft verfügt über einen Pool, der komplett einsehbar von allen Zimmern ist. Im Erdgeschoss kann man den Pool über eine Terrasse betreten. Rund um die Unterkunft stehen viele Bäume (Mücken!!).

Die Unterkunft ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, insbesondere der Schrank und die Möbel der Küchenzeile riechen sehr modrig und feucht.

Schöne & ruhige Unterkunft im Osten Mallorcas

Super schöne und ruhige Anlage. Schöner Pool und tolle Lage! Fußläufig zum Strand in etwa 5 min.

Die Betten waren leider nicht so bequem. Der Föhn war kaputt und eine Zimmerreinigung gab es bei 3 Nächten nicht.

Good accomodation for several days

It is a nice apartment house with swimmingpool, balcons and near to small beaches.

Neighbours were very noisy, walls do not help much if somebody do not care about silence. It is a little bit far from sites to visit in Mallorca, but by car is everything in ~1 hour drive. There is no washingmachine, it would be nice to have one available for everyone in a separate room. Bed was not comfortable for me, too soft.

Ubicación. Cama cómoda. El apartamento estaba bien equipado.

Tuvimos un día una plaga de hormigas en la encimera de la cocina, llamamos a recepción, nos dio un producto para desinfectar y nos dijo que pasaría el equipo de limpieza la mañana siguiente dado que había restos de hormigas muertas, larvas , pero el equipo de limpieza solo entró para dejar otro bote de producto para desinfectar, lo cual ya teníamos. Tuvimos que volver a solicitar que se limpiase y desinfectara ya que no era algo generado por nosotros, lo hizo la chica de recepción por encima pero finalmente tuvimos que nosotros limpiarlo todo....

Kameralna atmosfera w mieszkaniu i przy basenie

Najbardziej podobał nam się balkon i basen oraz kameralna atmosfera całego obiektu. Niedaleko ładna plaża z kamiennym zejściem.

W kuchni brakowało jakiegoś zestawu powitalnego (np. kawa, herbata), a także dodatków jak cukier, sól czy mała porcja oliwy. Czasem trzeba było trochę poczekać na ciepłą wodę, a internet faktycznie był dość powolny.

PÉSIMA ATENCIÓN AL CLIENTE

NADA.

La gerente/recepcionista fue muy mal educada, incluso antes de llegar al apartamento nos trató fatal por teléfono. Imposible dialogar con esta señora, no paraba de gritar y de hablar por encima. Además, llamó al dueño/director de los apartamentos delante de nosotros, riéndose en nuestra cara, sin ningún tipo de educación. Su superior ni se preocupó por lo sucedido, en fin, pésima atención al cliente no, lo siguiente. Las sábanas del apartamento estaban sucias y la colcha hacía que no la cambiaban al menos 2 años, asqueroso. Pero como para quejarse más, si un poco más y nos echan simplemente por quejarnos de las malas maneras de esta señora.

Muy tranquilo para descansar unos días. Cerca de la cala Murada. Piscina muy limpia. Alojamiento con camas cómodas y todo lo necesario para pasar unos días.

Poca oferta de restaurantes y supermercados alrededor.

Exceptional

The apartment was spacious, well equipped. The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning worked great. The pool was clean and pleasant for swimming. The environment was nice and quiet, at the same time everything we needed was nearby.

First day there was a slight smell of cigarette smoke in the apartment and we didn't get the password for wi-fi.

Clean apartment in a quiet area, but not well equipped for long stays (4+ days).

The apt was clean, the pool nice and parking easy.

Kitchen tools weren’t enough at all (impossible to cook something), no kitchen paper, no tablecloth, no enough toilet paper for 9 days, no change of towels in 8 days (available only for 30€), the terrace was dirty. Due to a strike, our flight has been cancelled and we didn’t get any flexibility and support in the checkout time.

Clean and comfortable

The room was big and comfortable. It was very clean. The bed was very big and comfortable. The pool was also great, they would clean the pool amd the outside area every day which was great. Itnwas nice and quiet as it's mostly families and couples visiting. The little balcony was cute too overlooking the pool.

Cleaning of the room is not included during your stay but you can ask for it for an additional cost. The a/c was very old, noisy and it messed with the lights everytime it was reinitiating.

BROKEN AC, COCKROACHES AND STAFF THAT IGNORE YOU!

The staff are the worst I’ve ever encountered. On our first night the AC was not working due to them giving us the wrong remote. Basically the remote was one brand and the AC’s brand was another so obviously the remote could not turn the AC on if it didn’t belong to it. We messaged the staff on our first night and they replied that they will have it checked in the morning. No one came to check because we left the remote in specific place and turned on to see if someone would actually come but no one did. We messaged the staff multiple times over 3 more days and finally responded when we checked out. Mind you, we were messaging them on Whatsapp so we could see when she saw the messages. What a shameful service. Our holiday was ruined. We could barely sleep at night due to how HOT it was inside the room. Then the cherry on the cake was that when this was reported to customer support, they denied that this was true and did not want to give us a refund. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Better to pay something extra then sleep in a sauna. There also was a number of cockroaches if that wasn’t enough.

Lovely spot!

When we arrived we were actually invited to view rooms in their sister complex across the road (Cala Murada Tennis) as they had space and WiFi at minigolf was being a bit iffy. Amazingly we were shown 3 rooms and could pick our favourite. Room was clean, comfortable, with all you’d need. A stove top, a microwave, a fridge and sink. Balcony was in the shade of a tree, but not a massive issue! Supermarket and restaurants about 1 minute walk away, as well as 3 beaches in walking distance! Quite a quiet town, but if you walk north along the coast (about 20-30mins) you will get to Cala De Majorca, which is a bit busier with bars, a club and restaurants. Also there’s 3 or 4 ATMs here if you need one! (None in Murada). Overall an excellent stay, very relaxed!

Amazing quite place, there is beautiful beach Cala Domingos, around 20 minutes away. We stayed here for two nights, from this location was easy to visit some other places. Good swimming pool, terrace, and host. There are good restaurants with not high prices.

Best stay in Mallorca!!!!

The woman who checked us in (Hadijah) and took care of our needs during our stay was excellent. She made us feel so at home and was extremely sweet. She honestly made the stay 100x better. This place was great value for the price. The studio itself was extremely clean, it was well equipped (awesome pool) and it was in a great location (less than 200 meters from the beach, next to a bunch of restos and supermarket). We actually booked another accommodation on the other side of the island but we didn’t like it as much as here so we decided to come back and spend 3 more days. If you’re looking to stay in Mallorca this is the place! Thank you hadijah 😁
