Good stay

Big, functional and comfortable rooms, a few minutes from Finikoudes Beach and Central bus station.

The kitchen was a separate room with plenty of space, but besides the refrigerator hardly usable. A one-plate camping cooker and no microwave. If you're told by the staff, they're trying to get you a microwave and you don't have one in the evening, the least you can expect is a message.

Apartments were clean and tidy, everything required for a short stay Owner pre booked our taxi for departure at 04.30am,and arrived promptly

Location is ideal. Great restaurant on the ground floor. Spacious

It was advertised on Booking.com with four beds, but there were only three. Not ideal for four lads on a football trip. The owner provided a satisfactory solution.

The position.

The place wasn’t clean. Shower was dirty. forniture was very old and ruined. Kitchen appliances were almost not usable and anyway dirty. Some part of the kitchen had rust. The biggest problem was that there were bed bugs and they were biting us. We complained and the answer was “we are spraying every week”. so obviously they knew about the animals.

I recommend this place for your stay if, like me, you like simple and basic spots.

Next to everything you need (buses to visit and to go to the aeroport, beaches, shops, supermarkets). Studio very bright and not overlooked. Before your stay, staff very fast to answer your questions.

Not very practical to cook (regarding the kitchen ustensils). Sound insulation not the highest, IF you are a light sleeper, you'll hear the cars/trucks, but otherwise it's ok.

Superb

It was quite (except for the weekend, when you can hear the live music from the restaurant next door), it was central and close to the beach.

There was no oven, just a portable electric ring to cook with.

Spacious room, nice location close to the center, five minutes walk from Finikoudes!

Cleanliness, unfortunately the closets were full of cockroaches of every size! I let the manager know about the problem!

Superb

The location is perfect - close to the beach, main tourist area and the bus stop for intercity buses. The staff is very friendly and responsive. The Greek taverna on the ground floor is the best we have tried in the city. Recommended for people who who prefer small budget apartment with own kitchen.

Window frames are old and it could be noisy if there are a lot of people in the taverna or outside

Easy location. Nice restaurant at the ground floor. The host was so friendly and supportive.

I'm very happy to stay here to relax and get new energy before I go back to Oslo where it's winter.

I had to stay for one more week due to problems with booking at another apartment hotel. The owner was very helpful and gave me another room at the same floor that was very good for me. Balcony with afternoon sun and all that need for another week. This gave me good energy! The owner is a open minded person and we had a good dialogue.

There was cockcoach in the bathroom when I checked in. I talked to the owner and the cleaning personell sprayed in the flat so it dissappeared. In my new apartment there are ants, but I believe that the cleaning personell can do something to help me with that as well.

Good price and location, but not much more than that

Great location, 5 min to the beach and to the bus station where the buses the other cities start A lot of restaurants/cafes nearby

The restaurant below has live music during weekends, very loud (if you are light sleeper you will have issues) Kitchen is not equipped so well, this is more like a hotel room with kitchen. You can eat some basic stuff but not enough stuff for cooking/making food Some parts of the paint from the wall was falling off, a renovation should be performed

Best Apartments in Town.

Fantastic hosts, the appartment was very clean, a lot bigger than expected, and oh my god. The towels. Best towels ever. So soft and the smell, i loved it. Will book this place next time I go to Larnaka.
