Absolutely beautiful property. Fabulously conceived and decorated. Staff brilliant, food exceptional. Superb facilities, indoor pool, spa, hammam, hot tub and plentiful terrace space. Rooms were immaculate. Superb value for money and in my opinion much closer to 5 stars then 3. One of the best properties I have stayed at in Morocco. Could have stayed much longer.

the hotel is interestingly laid out and has lots of places to sit and reflect. the surrounding area is silent and the adhan can be heard clearly. the staff were attentive but not over bearing and the breakfast was very good.
the price was too high for what it was. it was too far from other hotels to be able to have alternative options for dinner and I would have preferred to be able to easily walk to the ksar. the dinner was 20 euros per person which was too high for what it was. the starter was good but the main course was very plain and the salad looked as though it was left over from other plates on a different meal. the facilities were dated and the pool was cold. the sauna we paid 10 euros for and it was not sauna temperature- this is rectifiable though I’m sure if you tell staff enough in advance so they know to warm it before. the water from one of the taps was very rusty tasting.

The environment was really unique. An amazing building, with even better view. The staff was great, they really do their best to make you feel welcome.
The hotel can use some repairs. There were some things broken in the room, that did not seem real hard to fix (crane for example). The swimmingpool was really cold. The beds were really hard, but maybe thats us since a lot of hotels in marocco have really hard beds.

The Kasbah is breathtaking and is located in a small village 8-10 min away by car from Aït Ben Haddou. This location is ideal if you want to escape the hustle and bustle of tourist places and want to have a few relaxing days in a very local environment. The room was comfortable, the bathroom was very spacious and equipped with a Roman-looking bathtub. The big terrace overlooked a small oasis. The interiors were nicely decorated and there was a pleasant smell of incense. Nice pool and indoors jacuzzi. Wi-Fi worked well. You have the option to have dinner there, which I would suggest as there aren’t local restaurants around unless you use a car or call a taxi (which isn’t easy to do on the street but can be done at reception). The food was delicious and portions were good. I am astonished at the excellent level of service and care the staff had throughout our stay. They made our stay perfect, and even organised a small birthday dinner. They helped us in so many ways that it’s hard to be thankful enough. I would stay there again. Highly suggested!

An oasis in the middle of Atlas mountain. Beautiful historic building to stay at. They have the most welcoming and generous staffs and management with high hospitality standards. Their restaurant offers seriously good authentic food. Once back from your day of adventures you can watch the the stars in desert on the rooftop or from the jacuzzi. This is a perfect place to stay if you’re visiting Ait-Ben-Haddou or at the Quarzarzate region.
The lightings in the room. The lighting’s quite dim which is great for relaxing and late evenings however it would be good to have the option for brighter light setting if needs be.

Great place to stay for exploring tthe Ait Ben Haddou / Ouarazazate area. Close to Ait Ben Hadou but not too close! Have dinner at the hotel, the food is really great! We have not seen any other hotel on oyr way that seems to match Kasbah Titrit.

This place is very unusual, you feel like a queen. with views of the canyon. beauty, silence. They made us a hammam, we got a wonderful dinner. looked at the stars. very nice and helpful staff. highly recommend!!!!!

Place and views are very scenic, multi-level-organised space impresses.
Agree with most of the recent reviews - hotel needs renovation, gym (much if equipment) & spa is not working, chairs are broken and so on...
A shadow of former greatness

Nice location and a charming small village.
Property feels more like a 2 or 3 star hotel rather than 4 stars.

absolutely loved staying at this property. it is a really beautiful place that deserves to be packed every night. The staff were super helpful and phoned me to say I had left a pair of sandals behind.
we had dinner here and the food was outstanding better than many 5 star restaurants. Would highly recommend staying and eating here.
The pool was lovely so cold and refreshing in mid-thirties heat
nothing loved everything

Wonderful venue, location and view.
A fridge in the room would have been nice.

We liked everything, the place, the location, the rooms, the food, the staff. Only one problem, we visited in January, when we came to the room the room was really cold, and it was uncomfortable, they should have warm it atleast 2 hours before. For the rest everything was great. Thank you and we wish to return soon. I think you have to book the spa facilities ahead because they don't keep them active all the time. What a beautiful destination!

The kasbah looks like a Berber castle and had beautiful views of the mountains from every window in the tower we were staying in.
This was the most expensive place we stayed while in Morocco and it didn’t really live up to our expectations. We had to ask for heaters for one of our rooms in mid winter and two beds weren’t made up even though we arrived mid afternoon. No one spoke any English and the place looked a little tired. It was also a fair way out of town so you really needed a car to get there. The staff were nice and rectified issues quickly but I expected a lot more for the price.
