The location. That’s where it ends.
Terrible facilities. Aircon unit didn’t work and the hosts gave us a fan…that also didn’t really work. The shower was falling off the wall. It’s also on the 4th floor with no lift which would be fine if we had aircon to cool off!

The property was located in a good place. Felt very safe on the street and in are Apartment. Lots of lovely places to eat!! Ideal location to stay for people who want to visit
Capri
Sorrento
Pompei
Close walk to train station and ferry port.
Are room was very clean and very spacious. Aircon was brilliant too.
Breakfast was so delicious, staff were very friendly and helpful.
We did self check in which was super easy and very convenient for us as our flight was two hours delayed so we didn’t need to panic or rush to get to the apartment.
There are a lot of stairs to the apartment which was absolutely fine for us as we are fit and healthy. If you are not fit or stuffer from health issues you might struggle with the amount of stairs.

The staff is very nice and reactive. The flat is well located in the city and entirely renovated. Nice stay!
3.5 / 5.0
The room was comfortable in a crowded road with a small cafe downstairs. The breakfast was tasty.
The room did not have good soundproofing and it was very tiring to go up to the 4th floor after walking so much.
4.5 / 5.0
The room was clean, and the location was nice very close to metro station.
Building didn't had elevator and the room was on 4th floor.
Toiletries weren't great. You need to bring your own shampoo.

The stairs were too high, and the floor was cold

The room is big, clean and lovely. The aircon was very helpful on a hot day. The staff are really helpful and very friendly. They are quick to reply to our text. Its secluded and very quiet can't hear the traffic at all.
Nothing can be done about it but it's on a 4th or 5th floor which if you are not a fit person like me would have to stop in between steps. Plus a 2 year old in tow who refuses to walk 🚶♀️ 😅

close to the city center, private bathroom.
bad neighbors, a lot of noise coming from the room next to us and the 90 steps to get to that 4* floor.

Location is great, staff is very helpful, the room was spacious with plenty of light and great modern bathroom and spotless clean! Although it's a 4 flight of stairs, there was a luggage "elevator".
The mattress in the bed was very old and left us with backpain. Internet connection was weak and the fridge was unfortunately not working.

The room was nice and clean. The waitress that served the breakfast was very sweet!
Wifi barely worked.

spacious room
denial of giving breakfast even after paying for same. In breakfast only one pastry and coffee. water accumulation during shower. lights were malfunctioning. No lift. owner doesn’t speak English and she denied of taking calls because of same.

the location
good value for money overall
it seemed clean
responsiveness when I had a query
air conditioning working really well
spacious
- really horrible mattress collapsing under me by myself - literally there was a hole I fell into when I lied down and my back hurt from it
- no shelves in the bathroom to put stuff
- the fridge froze everything and it was impossible to adjust the temperature. as a result, all the fruit I got went off and I couldn’t eat some stuff when I wanted to
- being nudged to pay the tourist tax for three days in a row - there is no law that requires this payment in advance and there was no information that that was required prior to booking. i had to explain that myself
- no kettle in the room and not a great coffee machine in the hallway (very noisy, and only two pods provided for a 5 day stay in a 2-person booking, very little coffee coming out, took long to make it)
- the flat is on the 4th or 5th floor and the stairs are a killer. I’m fit and run 15km twice a week, so I could just about manage, but I can’t see how someone not as fit could enjoy it
- no whole body mirror. plenty of mirrors in the hallway but there are cameras there so not idea (and no one tells you that!)
- no manual how to use the coffee machine (Anna did explain it on arrival), aircon, how to get to places around etc.

I liked nothing. They didn't even show up at the check in, I needed to talk to them. The owner speaks 0 English, nothing, but it took her 15 minutes on the phone to tell me I should call her daughter, but she told me that I was Francesca from Portugal... It was a bad joke in the evening. No elevator!!! 4th floor. They only mention this in the small letter part. and steps are huge and steep. So it's not just bad for the elderly... No. Way. We only stayed one night instead of 4 but they even charged a fee for storing the bag although we had 3 more nights. Fair business.

Location is excellent and staff is friendly.
Absence of an elevator that is not clearly emphasized in the property description is a huge issue. If we were aware of this problem, we would have not booked this property as climbing the fourth floor on a very steep and poorly lit staircase is both hazardous and taxing for people of our age.

the amount of space you get for the price
it was hard to find the place, we were walking up and down the street and we only found it cause somone was waiting for us outside Wich we didn’t know about

single bed was quite uncomfortable :(

Clean and comfortable
No elevator, air conditioning to the top floor was not sufficient

A room in the historic part of the city is a complete hit for those who like city crowds. Spacious enough, interior pleasant
Breakfast is monotonous and exclusively sweet, and in the facility where it was served, there were also savory pastries ...
The bed is very uncomfortable, deformed in the middle. To tour Naples, we needed a good rest ...

Great location.
Daily, and especially late night workout on stairs!

location and breakfast option
noises from neighbors living in next room / you can hear each other like living together… smells from bathroom that you can feel as well in room, missing notification about apartment being on 5th floor - quite hard for older people or with kids…

The location. It is really close to Via Tribunali and the metro station.
The room is in an old building with no elevator. Located on the 4th floor with high stairs, coming back at nihht was a nightmere. The 5 year old child had difficulty in going up and I could not carry her. Usually, we left in the morning and came back at night so that we do not have to climb those awful staris.

The room decoration was pretty good.
Too many stairs.

The host was very friendly and helpful and we got our room much earlier than we were supposed to. The room was clean, no street noise.
The building has very thin inside walls so you can hear pretty much everything that is going on in next rooms and the small lobby. We only saw the host once or twice during our stay so there's no one to turn to in case you need taxi or help with suitcase. The hotel is situated on the 4th floor, no elevator and the stairs are long, so it was quite difficult to get the suitcase back to the groundfloor.

The location was perfect , at the beautiful and central Via Duomo and we could explore the historic cente on foot
The room was big and comfortable, with nice view of an old church.
The small cafe right under the apartments was ideal for our breakfast.
The host was helpful and directly answering
The rooms don't have soun insulation.
Although the room was really clean at first, when they change our linen they didn't clean, they just tidy up

the location was ideal, historical center. Safe environment and quiet. The room was very big. Mrs Ornella was always available and the staff polite.
an elevator would have been appreciated but for youngsters it is not a big deal climbing up 4 stories

The owner was very helpful. Our flight was dalayed and we arrived at Naples late in the night and although it was way past the check-in time, she found a solution so that we wouldn't stay on the streets.
Clean and comfortable place, very nice location.
The day of the check-out someone from the staff entered our room without knocking, while we were still there.
