The location was excellent and the room was lovely. It was very clean and extremely well presented. Also, the bathroom was very spacious and equally well presented.
I have nothing negative to say.

Le personnel étais très agréable, et la chambre étais très confortable !
Le plus l'emplacement de l'hôtel est vraiment exceptionnel 👌
L'accès à la terrasse n'était pas possible en janvier dommage, mais ce n'ai pas grave

Perfectly situated, very close to the Vaporetto station from and to the train station, the Rialto bridge, the Duomo, the Gondolas, in the center of everything. Beautiful room and spacious and bright bathroom, all clean and comfortable. Double bed could a bit short for someone tall, but it was really wide!
We had room 304 which had a large balcony in front of the bed, with a nice city & landmark view, and the bathroom also had access into the balcony. Good soundproofing, no noise from outside or from other rooms.
I would recommend it, and would come back here anytime!

Location and the shower was AMAZING!!! Amazing water pressure. Best rain shower ever !!! The location was also great. The breakfast was good but pricey for what it was They were nice enough to give us a room cause we wanted to split the bed for two friends Bedding was also very nice and the AC was very good. It was quiet too.
No place really to hang out except a small area and we would’ve appreciated a little help and more explanation when we were going to the next destination. Venice is very difficult especially in the rain with suitcases

The service was outstanding and the hotel is beautiful! Also fantastic location! The host at the reception desk was friendly and warm and gave great recommendations and instructions to get around the city. The breakfast was wonderful with great array of hot and cold selections but, most of all, Parvais, went above and beyond to make our family of 4 adults feel welcome and comfortable! He was always happy to see us and offered to prepare our favorite drinks for morning of our departure even before the kitchen was ready knowing that we had an early departure . The rooms were beautifully decorated, beds were comfortable, bathroom large and had the best shower (great water pressure, range of temps) and it was great having a balcony with pretty flowers and partial view of surroundings. The hotel also arranged a very nice tour of Murano glass factory. We would love to return to this hotel!
Nothing!

IT’s location and the rooms were newly renovated
Everything was perfect

superb location and lovely staff - room was perfect and the roof top bar serves the best cocktails and snacks and is a lovely place to chillax on a warm evening in Venice
The breakfast was a bit 'poor'. Very limited choices - I would have expected some fabulous fresh pastries - it was unfortunately not the most exciting breakfast I have had in a hotel. Defo needs attention guys - the whole breakfast set up is a little tired looking and unenticing - needs a freshen up - for the money we paid it was a poor and low end start to the day

Very classic elegant style, perfect location as just 2 min walk from the Rialto bridge and 10 min walk to San Marco square, very friendly staff and good continental breakfast.

We loved this hotel in Venice. The location near the Rialto bridge but not too close to the bridge was perfect. You are walking distance from all the best attractions, restaurants, shops and any convenience you are looking for. Our room had one of the nicest bathrooms we had in Italy and the bed/linens were just so amazing after a long day of touring Venice. Staff was super friendly and the included breakfast was top notch and a great way to start the day. Rooftop bar with free welcome drinks was an added surprise and we enjoyed the view and night caps. We took advantage of the complimentary water taxi to Murano organized by this hotel and I would highly recommend taking that trip. Overall for our family of six ranging in age from 14-53 this was a perfect hotel for our stop in Venice.

Hotel staff upstairs were really nice one was called Rabbie and a always forgot the other 3 workers names but they couldn't be any nicer or friendly with me and my Mrs.
The 2 staff members as we were checking out couldn't have done much more to ruin the end of our holiday. Asked for late checkout as my Mrs misplaced passport then at 1pm was told I was too get out and a asked for 15 more mins because she can't find passport guy said if am a min late it will cost 300 odd euro. One with glasses threatened me then took his glasses off and proceeded to walk up and down behind me smiling which made my Mrs very uncomfortable. Never been treated or spoke to so bad from hotel staff. Even one of the upstairs bar guy found me in pub couple hours later and asked what happened and said he was very sorry but nothing to do with them, they looked after us well and spoke to us unlike the 2 guys at reception. Won't be back

Location and staff was the best!
A little pricey.

Perfect location, right between the Rialto Bridge and St. Mark's Square but it was so quiet at night! The Breakfast was perfect -delicious scrambled eggs- and a variety of offerings. The rooftop terrace is lovely for drinks and snacks. All the staff were incredibly helpful and cheerful. The room was small but plush- nice bedding. Nice-sized bathroom with a great shower/ water flow. The Air conditioning worked really well. Across from the hotel is a great restaurant if you don't want to have to travel far to have dinner.
The bath/shower is not for people who have mobility issues. You have to step over a very high tub rim to get in and out, and the interior is narrow. I wish hotels would stop putting in high bathtubs. I don't have accessibility issues but I was extra careful getting in and out of the bath. The upside is that hotel does have two rooms for guests who need disability accommodations so be sure to look into booking those if you need them.

Excellent location. Exceptional staff who were extremely helpful, welcoming. Our rooms were impeccably decorated and delightful in every way. A welcoming basket in the room was a welcome surprise - one thoroughly enjoyed by all four of us (two rooms). One of my adult daughters announced, "This is my new home!"

As others have noted, you cannot beat the location of this hotel. You're just a few minutes' walk from a water bus stop and the Rialto bridge, but tucked back enough that it feels intimate and quiet. You're also a quick walk to the other major sights as well. The hotel room was comfortable and pretty. The staff were very nice as well. I really enjoyed having a drink at the hotel's rooftop bar too.

Excellent location, 3 minute walk to Rialto, 6 mins to St Mark’s Basilica, around the corner from bakeries, trattorias and gelaterias, yet quiet and tranquil at night. Excellent accommodations and thoughtful and immediately responsive hospitality from Andrea, Ali, and Lilia. Highly recommend. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Venice
