The facilities were clean and the rooms were comfortable. The motel is in a good location in town and close to Mount Cook National Park, making a day trip there the perfect distance away

The rooms weren't anything special, but they were clean and comfortable which is all that mattered for our family.

Was comfortable and suited our needs for this trip.

We were only staying here overnight so were essentially looking for somewhere quiet to sleep before heading off the next day. The room is a separate bedroom and lounge/kitchen area with a good size bathroom. There is also a pull down single bed. Beds were comfortable, although pillow selection was not so great. Kitchen was functional. Shower was great.

The door from the bedroom couldn't close because the bed was in the way, not sure how that can be fixed. It was a little noisy as it was at the front of the complex so traffic noise was evident until about 10pm and started early the next morning. Not that we minded that much as we were heading off early'ish.

Always stay here when we are in Twizel. Great hosts, reasonably priced and close to town.

We had the 2 bedroom Unit, it exceeded our expectations. We arrived late in the afternoon and walked into a nice warm Unit. There were heaters and tv's in each of the rooms along with nice big wardrobes. The lounge was roomy and comfortable. Will definitely stay in this Unit again, reasonably priced as well.

No faults at all.

Clean and tidy, lovely staff, strong/hot water pressure. Wonderful bed!

A good clean place to stay.

The room was warm with a handy kitchenette. The bed was comfortable and a good size. Everything felt roomy and well laid out.

The decor was dated. The shower area leaked water everywhere. Because there is only a shower curtain in a large area when using the shower water leaked into the rest of the bathroom floor. Towels were lovely and thick.

We were able to park outside our unit as the parking spaces were numbered. The unit was comfortable and had everything we needed. When we saw that a large group of cyclists were staying at the motel we knew the bed would be comfortable.

Although I had requested a walk in shower rather than a bathroom with a spa bath when making our reservation, we were allocated one with a spa. However, when I went to the office and asked if we could have a walk in shower this was done.
