No idea what they charge for beside the bed and room

the staff members were not polite at all, they could not stand the busy waiting lines in front of the desk! One of the rooms was messy and the lights were broken.

SPA and Swimming Pool, lovely views and atmosphere
No towels at one point when swimming.

The location was good
The hotel is poorly maintained, the furniture in the room is very outdated. The breakfast reminded me of a worker's meal at a job site and everything felt a bit like the nineties

The room was very spacious.
The room was past it's prime - carpet fraying, floor dirty and the fixtures wer used

Unfortunately, it was the worst experience ever in a hotel all over the world.
Check in time from 3 pm for the receptionists of the hotel is meaning that if you arrive at 3 your room might not be ready and it's not possible to know when you'll get the room.
Me and my hausband waited one hour and a half, before to have the key.
The hotel management is totally absent. Everything is cahotic and random.
There are 4 elevators and you still have to wait forever before you can catch one.
Me and my hausband and other clients used the cleaning staff elevators, smelly and dirty but at least faster.
Personally for such an expensive hotel i felt that it was the biggest waste of money.
I personally don't plan to come back and for sure i advise other people to avoid this hotel, even if it's the only one available.

great location
food not great

Extremely overpriced.
No wifi in many rooms (they changed my room twice until they found one with a decent signal), outdoor swimming pool not functioning, doors at the main entrance broken, only one lift in 4 is working, forniture inside the rooms is falling apart… overall it looks like an abandoned hotel, poorly maintained.

The pool was nice so was the jacuzzi and sauna, the beds were nice and clean.
The tv was an old piece with no options, and a few Staff members weren't as friendly as the others.
The pictures online give a whole different picture of how it really looks.

We didn’t get to breakfast as we left the hotel after what was supposed to be supper. The food was cold there was no variety and was completely unappetizing. There was no service cooks or staff in the dining room aside from the cleaners.
The room’s heating didn’t work. The food was terrible. There was a group leaving when we were there and they held up the elevators for over 15 minutes. We were promised a sea view - we got a parking lot. The third bed was not made up. There were no blankets in the room. We were so dissatisfied we packed up and left and went to a different hotel.

The hotel made the best impression.
Large spacious room, very clean, good room service.
Lovely delicious breakfast with a wide selection of food.
I would like to say especially good words about the spa. We loved the amazing massages done by Aviram.
In general, we give the highest rating to the rest at the Royal Dead Sea Hotel.
As a humorous note, the Spanish-speaking shift of maids did not speak any language other than Spanish and it was not easy to communicate with them.
Some remarks about the sauna: the wet sauna hardly worked, and the dry sauna needs urgent repair and cleaning.

I really enjoyed the spa area, it was clean and welcoming. The hotel itself is beautiful. The location is 10 out of 10.
Special thanks to Dan at the reception who did his job the best way possible, was very helpful and even cared for a little surprise for our child who had birthday that day.
There was a vast choice of food for breakfast, tasty and fresh.
All in all a high-quality stay at a wonderful hotel.
We'll definitely come back.

pretty much everything was wonderful. the facilities, it was very clean, lovely salt water pool and spa, the beach was a walk across the road, and the room was great. the food was amazing!
the check in process is horrible too way too long (30 mins!) and they were very understaffed.
