Extremely helpful, friendly host family. Particularly enjoyed the specialist,
high quality breeding stock in fields. Whole enterprise thoughtfully and intelligently organised. Covid dealt with as directed by the Government, but well thought out, so easy to follow instructions which made for a relaxed stay. A pleasure to visit Smalluconbe Farm . Thank you.
Already stated above.

Very comfortable property. Affordable. Very friendly hosts. Very easy accessible parking.
Microwave could have been a bit lower. A plastic stool to use in shower room would be a great addition

They let us help feed the animals and was telling us all about them in great detail and really took the time with us, great experience really made our stay special, Lovely park and fairy trail. The beds are sooo comfortable too - definitely coming back here - we all loved it we wished our stay was longer
There wasn’t anything I didn’t like

Loved being on a farm, liked our little garden area as well as it having a communal garden.
Liked the style of the rooms and decor.
Loved the location in the valley.
Liked the wood burner to keep us warm in the chill evening.
Plenty of storage for our clothing and walking gear.
Liked the boot rack - I will be getting a few of those myself.
Liked the cream tea on arrival.
The kitchen are is very tiny - nearly self catering - but not quite. For example there was not enough room in the fridge for butter, bottle of wine, fruit juice pack of bacon. It need a proper fridge. The current setup is only going to work if you either eat out or buy food to cook each meal/day
No condiments or oil or kitchen roll etc...
Only one toilet roll!
It was very much set up with the intention of being self catering, but in reality it was a bit like staying in a hotel room space wise.
Bathroom is beautiful- but it's a wet room with shower curtains and no mop or squeegee. So when trying to shower and not get your hair wet, it's a fight with the shower curtain. And from there on its difficult not to walk water around the rest of property after a visit to the loo.
This is our 3rd stay away in various parts of the UK since February and this one had the least amount of self catering facilities.

Welcoming friendly family. Working farm in the middle of rolling fields. Children play area..safe and well equipped. I helped feed the animals..pigs..chickens..ducks and a very beautiful turkey. We ordered a breakfast platter as it was my husband's birthday....excellent!! All home grown produce. Amazing place.
Can't think of anything

It was lovely and clean with stunning views. The best thing I personally loved was how quiet it was.
For me I struggled sitting on the sofa as it was very soft and it hurt my hips. But I used the cushions to make it more comfortable. This is a personal thing and no reflection on the hosts or the accommodation.

Fab location, peaceful, rural and very easy to relax using the available outdoor space and facilities.
Bathroom extractor fan sounded very loud during the night. Not something we considered a huge issue as during the day you barely noticed it.
