Great location within easy walking distance of city and the love quay area. Good parking facilities, First Class cleanliness and comfort. The buffet breakfast is very good indeed.
This was our second visit because it’s so good and, no doubt, we will be back gain. All staff are helpful and friendly
It can be very busy at breakfast and there may be a short wait for an available table but staff are so efficient that the waiting time is never more than just a couple of minutes

The room was upgraded from what I paid for, which was fantastic. The staff were excellent, helpful and kind, nothing was a problem for them. Great complimentary free cooked buffet breakfast. Large comfortable beds and large tv. Just great! 👍😊

Excellent location shame they charge another £16 per night for parking. Room was a little small and cold as air unit not heating up only blowing cold air. Breakfast was fine but struggled to get a seat as so busy. Queued for everything.
Room too small but you get what you pay for

The staff were superb every member we met from start to finish
The carpet was a bit grubby it had been cleaned but just looked grubby with age. We may have been given this room though as we had our dog with us.
Car park expensive but managed to park on street

Clean and comfortable room with view. Spotless bathroom. Traditional english and french breakfast menu. The staff members are very kind, friendly and helpful. They supported me in unexpected situation.
There was one incident similar to Zimbardo's experiment, but it did not repeat anymore, therefore it does not affect my overall opinion.

Location was good to travel to and from in the car. Bar was good with limited food choice.
Breakfast was cleared away at 9.30 on the Friday and dead on 10.00 on the Saturday and there was limited food items from about 15 mins before the stated closure time. Eg no sausages or beans at 9.50 and the staff just said there wasn’t any more to bring out. Yet guests were still arriving for breakfast and the staff were seen making up breakfasts and thanking them through to the staff area. Not what was expected.

Breakfast was average nothing special
parking fee was not advetised before booking - very poor to pay £15 on top

The room, the staff and the location
My only criticism is to do with the breakfast. I would've liked more choice in the cooked breakfast section (tomatoes, fried eggs, hash browns, mushrooms etc.

Very good and fresh.
The temperature control in the room did not seem to work so we were a bit warm and the windows do not open.

Modern, clean room, everything needed, good shower, Dove toiletries, comfortable bed, quiet heating/aircon, full length mirror next to hair dryer and light. Easy walk into city via steps.
Expensive parking (the road outside is cheaper) breakfast quality could be a little better, dining room very busy weekends. No fridge.

A perfect stay, as always with a HiEx. The bonus was seeing The Tudor House, right by the entrance. A remarkable surviving building and worth the visit alone.
No complaints.

We normally stay here at Christmas time as it is the most reasonably priced.
Bit of a trek back from the main city and car parks as you can never get in the car park on site.

Room was comfortable and breakfast excellent. Great value for money.
The flights of steps to get to the level of the Hotel. The hotel advertised that a there was some basic foods available at any time but when we arrived they told us there was not. If we had known we would have not walked all the way to the hotel only to have to walk all the way back into town as there was not much available close to the hotel and especially since we arrived on Sunday

Posizione centrale comoda per tutti i servizi. Parcheggio a pagamento accessibile. Staff accogliente. Colazione variegata salata e un po’ meno sul dolce.
Nulla da segnalare dopo una sola notte di pernottamento.
