Location was good
Nearer to many attractions
Parking was not comfortable and shortage. Guests were fighting for the limited parking spot provided. Hot water availability at bathroom was a challenge. WiFi was not great

Good Location and clean modern building.
A Kingsize bed was advertised and there was a picture on Booking.com, however there were only single beds and bunk beds.
There was also only one Heater in the living room and none in the Bedrooms which meant it was very cold at night in the Bedrooms.
Also when I asked about this there was no response from Booking.com or the property.

at the end of the day nothing
The place does not look at all as in the photos. They mixed photos from different apartments. The photos have a lot of windows and our apartment had two tiny windows.
We contacted them a week before but they NEVER answered the messages, there is no one in reception and yet someone comes the last day to basically kick you out.
No chopsticks, no slippers (the floor is super cold), no hand soap, no body soap, no toothbrushes, no cotton swabs, no hair rinse and a very suspicious bottle with no label in the shower… probably shampoo but it didn’t say. No info regarding what to do with the trash. The publication says dishwasher but its a lie.
There is a Dolce Gusto coffee machine and yet not a single pod. Not even a welcome one. Not a place to buy them either. Not even a vending machine for it.
Not one towel hanger. Towels and bed sheets are super cheap and rough. Toilet paper too. Everything is sand paper.
The bathroom is super cold and the tiny tiny washbasin is insufferable. Washing your teeth or hands there is a total disaster.
Noises. You can hear every little noise from everywhere and the noise of people going up and down the stairs is unbelievable.
No information on buses or anything else. Mot even ski lift access.
Not a good location. Convenience store or supermarket is at least 20 minutes walking so you can’t even go to buy the things you need.
value for money is terrible. ¥35000 a night (we stay 4 days) for 2 people for a place without any kind of amenities or possibility of buying them is unbelievable. If we would have stayed in the cheapest lodge at least we would have been able to buy our own soap and toothbrush

perfect little apartment for a weekend getaway.
The hot water for the shower shut off unexpectedly for a short period of time but was fixed without a problem.

New place, clean and modern
The towels smells funny. they were clean but i think they were storred in a place that had just been repainted.

Was the second time to stay in this property, we will definitely repeat again. Very new and with all the goods to have a comfortable stay.
I tried to contact the property owner several times but did not have any replies. :(

Incredible place to stay! Short walk to the base of Sakka 4, and some delicious close restaurants. The place seriously is brand new and so comfortable. I can't wait to come back. For the price, I couldn't have even hoped for such a great accomondation.
Nothing at all.

This was the easiest check in. You pick up your receipt at the reception window then dial the code to get into your room.
Not much sound proof from the outside or upstairs but not a bother.

Modern, clean, spacious accommodations
6.0
- car park near entrance of our room.
- kitchen was well equipped.
- Chromecast provided we could use TV to cast music.
- we booked for a double bed and only twin beds were provided.
- thin walls- you can hear people walking, showering from other rooms.
- narrow sinks in both bathrooms. It was impossible to brush our teeth without spilling water everywhere.
- no reply when contacted via booking.com or calling from phone at reception.
- one final thing that was UNEXCEPTIBLE is the lack of handwash in any of the bathrooms or kitchen.

There is no window in the living room, it is very dark and not possible to ventilate which is dangerous with the ongoing covid19 pandemic. The equipment is poor: no shampoo/conditioner, no rice cooker, no chopsticks, the beds are not comfortable. The soundproofing is very bad, you can hear all the neighbours. There is no dryroom in the building, it is cumbersome to carry the ski equipment to the 2nd floor if your apartment is not on the 1st floor and also the apartment floor will get wet. There is no service/management, the only contact phone number is an Australian phone number expensive to call and difficult to reach.

Very complete and well located!
I asked a couple of times to see what kind of coffee machine they had to come prepare. They never answer and it had a Dolce Machine with no possibilities of buying capsules. only complain. Please update facility list.

Great location, new, clean place, perfect for two people. Nice to have two bathrooms.
The description said that there would be a dishwasher, however none in the apartment. Too narrow if you want to stay there with five adults. We came in March, not sure if the one heater in the entrance could keep the whole place warm in winter. The sinks in the bathroom are tiny.

The location was great. The amount of beds was perfect but while everyone did fit it was a little tight with all of our bags and all of trying to hang out in the kitchen/living room.
