Dated and dirty -wouldn’t recommend

Good location and the rabbit hole is a great restaurant/ bar with good food. Staff were friendly

The property itself is very dated with dirty windows and artex all over the walls. The pictures look more polished than reality. The bathroom was a horrible yellow cubicle, I came out feeling more dirty than when I went in and had to wash each day in the onsen down the road which thankfully had clean & modern facilities

Excellent Location, just 2 minutes to the Lift and ticket counter. Surround by great restaurant. Staff is nice and helpful. The rooms are modern and cozy. And worth all money you spent. Also has kitchen and space for group to enjoy dinner and party. Love the bar.

Only if there is a washing machine in the 3 and 4 bedrooms apartment would be perfect.

Great location just near the ski lifts.

Great location. Nice and clean. The shuttle bus and the drivers were super friendly and awesome.

Most things were great. We were in the cabin and got forgotten on most days and had to ask for towel changes and toilet paper restock.

Great location, really helpful staff throughout. Our booked accommodation was unfortunately having plumbing issues but we were upgraded to a bigger apartment which was very thoughtful.

To be honest, the daily cleaning of rooms was a bit lacklustre (e.g. no sheet change in 8 days), often not cleaned for several days. Probably needs to be listed as serviced apartment rather than hotel hotel in that regards

Great location. At the foot of Sakka slope, a 5 mins walk to Central Snow Hakuba to rent your gears, convenient pub for lunch and dinner. Helpful staff that went all out, from receptionists to drivers.

Many staff were new so their knowledge wasn't great. Only have assess to one Happo One Slope, have to cab to other places. Bathroom was incredibly small I must add

Fantastic Stay in a private little cabin in the snow

We stayed in the private cabin and it was wonderful. Such a lovely little spot which made the trip even more enjoyable. The cabin was always really warm and a nice place to relax in between skiing and eating. Fantastic service from all the staff in the hotel and the Rabbit Hole. Shout out to Rose and Travis were very friendly and approachable. Great shuttle service to most places we needed to get to.

The ladder upstairs in the cabin maybe wouldn’t be suitable to all guests but didn’t really bother us. Not all the Merch was available to purchase but not a major concern, just a shame missed out on getting a jumper/tee shirt.

this is the best place in Hakuba. no other property matches this place.

this place is perfect all around but the staff made this trip and stay the best ever. we were part of a family, not just customers.

Cozy stay for one night

Location was great and staff ( or maybe owner?) was easy to communicated. They offer just right service and that is what we need. Amenity also great!

The day we stay, outside was little bit noisy ( but we were not sure what was that, something like machine engine sound ), so we had to keep the window close almost time.

Close to ski lift.

Tho room wasn't warm enough and couldn't sleep well. Air conditioner didn't work well. also we experienced blackout twice during the stay.
