Not much.
Room clearly meant foir 2 people but had no wardrobe and only one coat hanger. Evenlode calls itself an hotel but is not more than a pub with rooms. They don't do breakfast and this hould have been made clear before booking in which case I would not hasve stayed there. Food at dinner was not better than mediocre.
4.1
Clean and comfortable.
Breakfast was not available for us on Easter morning.
4.1
No car park slot booked and car park full up.
Smell in bathroom.
Restaurant shut at random times and not as published.
I booked a superior room with larger bed, I got a smallish room and standard bed.
4.1
There was no breakfast available which was not first when I booked
There was a card in the room sending us to Eynsham ironing at 9am but they didn’t open till 10am so it was too late.
No shampoo or conditioner
Cold in bed as duvet was too thin
No bath mat
There were marks on the wall near the tea making station
Cups for tea making were too small
We should have been told about no breakfast when we checked in
4.1
Restaurant was excellent for evening meal
No breakfast offering at all. The room was freezing with no heating working and single glazed windows
4.1
The staff were all very friendly and there was a good atmosphere at the hotel.
It was a shame that there was no breakfast facility apparently because of staff shortage.
The room we were allocated was far too small.
4.1
The staff were very welcoming and helpful, which enabled us to relax.
We had the Sunday roast, which we were able to pre-order to ensure we didn’t miss out, and it was delicious.
Being pedantic, my pillow was rather lumpy so my sleep wasn’t the best the first night.

No breakfast, i think they should offer the option, apart from that its a nice place to stay
4.1
Close proximity to Oxford. Well appointed rooms. Great restaurant downstairs.
Originally had advertised breakfast was available but then this changed.
4.1
Clean lovely decked out rooms. Close to Oxford.

There was nothing, it was a really nice stay and i would go back

Excellent welcome and service

Loved the style of the bedroom, cleanliness - fresh towels daily. Restaurant menus excellent and dishes fulfilling and even exceeding expectations. Despite being on a very main road, quiet. Friendly staff.
Sadly, a duck breast was not cooked as ordered and was all but inedible - problem rectified with apologies. Meal service perhaps a little rushed - even when we asked for a lull, the next course arrived in a couple of minutes. And, oddly, room not cleaned/restocked on Sunday!

The bed was exceptionally comfortable. I should have looked to see the manufacturer!
There was no breakfast available other than tea, coffee and snack in bedroom. No breakfast restaurant.
4.1
friendly staff, nice room, very well priced. evening food was good.
only thing that could make it perfect is breakfast, as they don’t open for breakfast they provided a cereal bar and an apple (looked pretty old). maybe providing some OJ, cereal, bowls and a croissant then it would be great :)
4.1
Very pretty hotel with pretty rooms, good value at 45£.
Sadly very loud noise coming from the road and cars passing next to the hotel, you are woken up at 5am by a constant stream of cars...We had a poor nights sleep.
Bathroom was not cleaned well, esp the toilet...

Everything
Nothing. It was as good as ever
4.1
clean, nicely presented rooms and comfortable beds
No shampoo or conditioner in the shower. No breakfast available at the property
4.1
the location was excellent 10 minutes walk to Windsor Castle,
Bath was very deep to step in/out and there were no safety hand rails. very strong paint smell. parking was expensive and not on-site, which meant having to walk with your luggage.
4.1
Really lovely friendly staff
There is no breakfast included in the cost of the booking. An Apple/orange and cereal bar is all you get.
And no facilities near by for a breakfast.
Unfortunately I hadn’t realised I had booked £150 for a room only basis.
4.1
Lovely pub and the food looked good, although we didn't have dinner there. Good size room and clean and warm.
Really bad drain smell in bathroom..got a bit better after taking a shower. No breakfast available and a local cafe was recommended, unfortunately it was fully booked when we got there so no breakfast!!! Cereal bar and orange in room felt a bit stingy 😒 for the money £100 a night.
