Clean & comfortable hotel close to the Central station of Napoli

Clean & comfortable hotel close to the Central station of Napoli. Big rooms and bathrooms. Nice rooftop area with a bar and a small swimming pool.

The shower cabins were leaky and the water did not drain properly. The surrounding area is terrible (typical for Central station areas, so no surprise), but we had no problems. Just take a taxi to and from the hotel (especially at night). During daytime, it was no issue to walk to the Central station.

Excellent for an overnight stay but no longer due to neighbourhood.

The hotel was modern and comfortable. The room was good and the breakfast more than adequate. The hotel was 5 minutes from Napoli Centrali Station so ideal for travellers using the trains. Once in through the doors there was very little to fault.

Wifi was a bit hit and miss. The surrounding area was very dodgy, we did not feel comfortable outside the hotel which was such a shame given the hotels quality. Maybe the authorities are trying to improve the area, very hard to tell!

Wonderful stay at excellent location

Breakfast was really various and tasty. Location is excellent - close to pick up points for tours to Capri island, Pompei and Amalfi coast. A roof terrace is breathtaking. Living dolce vita !

Good hotel for one night, with adequate facilities, however not in a very nice area.

The rooftop terrace was great for relaxing and for taking breakfast. The room was a good size.

The location of the hotel was in a run down area. It didn’t feel safe at night in the surrounding area. The surrounding streets were also very dirty.

Be careful with location! We wanted to be close to the train station, but the neighborhood is not that nice! very noisy,

the whole building is renovated with charm and goos vibes!

Heel fijn hotel met geweldige personeel, inclussuef kamermeisjes.

Personeel is geweldig. Met name de man aan de receptie (Giovanni?) was heel leuk.

De buurt. Hoewel het een slechte buurt is, heb ik me geen moment onveilig gevoeld, maar ik zou na middernacht niet alleen als vrouw daar rondlopen.

Breakfast was great. Pool and it surrounds were fabulous. Really nice vibe at the rooftop bar.

I wish the shower was not in the bedroom and there was a proper ensuite. No privacy whatsoever.

Fantastic customer experience

The staff were amazing and so helpful. On our day of departure, they made us breakfast bags up, as we had to leave early. They also took the time to get to know you and spoke with us every day, the two owners were also around a fair bit and were so lovely too. The hotel is beautiful and the terrace is a really nice feature. It’s just a short walk from the station and you reach other cities in a short time

The location of the hotel wasn’t great and we felt unsafe walking around the area.

A lovely one night stay with a good breakfast and the added value of a pool

We arrived late but there was someone there to greet us. Pool was a definite bonus as Italy was experiencing a heat wave!

We weren’t sure about the area, not sure we would walk the street around the hotel at night. But it was quiet and the hotel was very safe

Appreciated the rooftop pool, the staff, and the breakfast. Recommended.

The staff was very helpful and the facilities are great. We initially had an issue with the AC in the room not working, which was luckily solved quickly. The swimming pool and the breakfast on the terrace were both great.

The location is not the best one, as it is close to the central station and gives a sense of non safety.

Great hotel, horrible neighbourhood.

Our room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was good but no variety day to day. The reception staff were always very helpful.

I dont think the hotel do enough to promote the bar on the sun deck - most evenings it was empty and the poor bar staff looked very bored. It is a lovely terrace to unwind on at the end of the day. The photos of the pool are deceptive. It is very small and quite shallow - more of a splash pool than a proper pool. The local environment is my only negative - it doesnt feel safe and we were warned by the hotel not to walk around late at night!!

the location, whilst ok for getting about seems to be in a bad block. for example people street sell the contents of what appear to be stolen suit cases on the pavement.

Excellent locale for easy transport links, a short walk from thriving nightlife. Would return!

Excellent breakfast, big comfy bed, very conveniently located for public transport. Friendly but relaxed staff. Impressive roof terrace (not much of a view given the location but great to be in)

Lift broke down for 24hrs during our stay, which given we were on the 4th floor (and each flight had 3 sets of stairs) was quite painful. Bar was v.expensive.

Amazing hotel not so great location.

The staff working that night were extremally kind and helpful. We sat in the lounge bar area for a bit and it was quite pleasant. Great staff at check in and at departure.

Not a fan of the location. Doggy walking to the hotel wouldn't want to be alone that is for sure. A lot of un savory people around.

Beautiful hotel with comfortable rooms and good shower. Delicious breakfast with regional sweeties. Very nice and helpful staff. Location is great if travelling by train.
