The property is at an excellent location so if you are looking to explore Canguu and not spend too much time at the villa this is the place to be.
The staff was amazing and helpful.
The villa is slightly older so there are issues like the doors are not smooth while opening/closing, the front door lock is also hard to close, the bathroom water smells funky. There is a Nespresso machine but no pods were provided and we tried the local marts but pods were not available there as well. Only expect water to be provided. There could be a proper shower in the bathroom instead of a hand shower that doubles as a head shower because the water from it spills all over the bathroom. If there is a power cut you have to turn on the backup power yourself which sucks in the case if you are sleeping and the AC stops working. Also to turn the power back on the outdoor lights need to be closed otherwise the switch continues to trip. We figured all this out on our own over the course of our stay. I think most issues can be sorted by renovating a little. There’s water leakage as well in the common kitchen area right above the couch.

We had a wonderful stay at the villa! The property itself was beautiful, and the location was fantastic – just a short walk to the beach and very close to Brisa, a well-known beach club. The pool was amazing, and we really enjoyed having it all to ourselves. The villa offered great privacy and the air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping us comfortable throughout our stay.
The staff were incredibly friendly and made the check-in process super easy. They even offered us scooters to get around, which was very convenient.
While we had an overall nice stay at the villa, there were a few areas that could be improved. Some parts of the property were not as clean as we expected, with a lot of insects and mosquitoes, and we even found spider webs inside the rooms. Additionally, a couple of curtains were stained, and although we understand that being in the countryside means dealing with bugs, the villa didn’t feel super clean.
One of the towels was dirty upon arrival, though the staff did bring us more when we requested them. Lastly, the bathroom didn’t have a door, which was a bit uncomfortable.

the location is good, road to the property is a bit Bumpy but it’s in perfect place far from crowd but nearby all the best restaurants.
The cleaning lady are so helpful and nice.
The space was beautiful but some furnitures needs a bit touch up

Toilet had a small leak so bathroom floor was wet.
Would’ve been nice to have an iron/ironing board somewhere in the villa.

Quiet location, away from Canggu traffic, but close enough to many restaurants, cafes, gym, spas and anything you need. The villa is furnished with taste, the garden is just gorgeous and wifi actually works. Staff is helpful and always just a message away if you need anything.
The villa shows its wear and tear already, like squeeky doors, faded tiles, doors that do not close tightly. There is a lot of nature - ants, cockroaches size of your finger, mice, rats, cats (yeap that is who is jumping on your roof during night, you’re welcome), then random roosters and dogs howling. Bring good earplugs and try to shut those doors as much as you can. Pillows - if you feel like you are sleeping on a brick, know that 2 out of 8 per both bedrooms are actually normal fluffy ones. We figured that after two sleepless nights.

Kadek the housekeeper was so warm and lovely and helped me a few times. She is a gem. The villa was large and the pool was perfect for the kids and me. I like the decor especially. The villa is very private, although some additional plants behind the daybed would give complete privacy from Tribal (co-working) behind and a two-storey villa adjacent.
The light over the first bathroom shower is way too big and means you can't stand up or in the middle of the space. The shower head also needs replacing. There was not enough cutlery and all the forks had bent fingers. The kettle also needs replacing as it takes an extraordinary amount of time to heat the water. Normally I am used to an electronic water dispenser that chills the water on demand, this was not a requirement but considering the price, I was surprised it was provided.

We loved how roomy the property was. Villa Fig was absolutely beautiful, such amazing interior. We loved how open and relaxing the pool area was. Absolutely loved that there was cafes and restaurants in walking distance

situation of the villa is good.
We were greeted by no-one, we waited for 20 minutes in front of the house.
had to take the key from a hidden location, but that was told last minute and we didn't have any internet.
The villa was not clean enough. Finally, the electricity went out and we tried and called but no one answered or even called us back after...
Overall disapointed.

Beautiful Villa! Amazing pool and great location

Villa Fig is absolutely stunning. So clean and the lovely host/cleaner helped us out with anything we need. The pool is amazing! The location is great, even though it's down a small road off the beaten track, it was easy for us to get to the restaurants around Pererenan. It's a bit of a hike to get into canggu but it's easily accessible by rideshare or scooter.
The outdoor furniture is outdated and broken, we couldn't really use the day beds because the wood was falling apart and the cushions were all dirty.

The property was beautiful, very clean and quiet. Once you know the shortcuts the location was good and the facilities were great- we had everything we needed!
