Estadia satisfatória - Agradavel

Boa localização e fácil acesso. As instalações exteriores como piscina, praia e bar muito agradável.

Esperava um pouco mais de um resort 5 estrelas. Manutenção geral do hotel deixa um pouco a desejar. O elevador fazia um barulho muito alto e durante os 7 dias da minha estadia não foi arrumado. Como meu quarto era próximo, incomodava bastante. E o fato de o desativarem durante a noite até as 9:30 da manhã para evitar o barulho causava filas e grande espera no outro único que estava operante. Funcionários, nos restaurantes principalmente, com falta de treinamento adequado.

It was Very Spiritual

Staff makes up for any discrepancies. Hotel is a little old HOWEVER, so what. Waters are immaculate, beach is breathtaking. Food is great. Casino on point!

I didn't like that the Atm is just in the Casino 😥 They need another one in the lobby 😊 Shower is also cold sometimes

Conforto, e atendimento dos funcionários.

As instalações são ótimas, ressalvo apenas os chuveiros que não possuem box e acaba molhando todo o banheiro. Além disso, às vezes faltavam alguns itens de comida.

Buen Hotel: Playa espectacular con algunos aspectos a mejorar.

La playa del hotel es muy agradable para descansar, pequeña, pero muy linda. Es posible observar todo tipo de peces ahí mismo, recomiendo llevar snorkel y disfrutar de los arrecifes. El servicio de los bares es muy bueno.

El desayuno es común de un Resort, con algunas particularidades que se podrían mejorar. Agregar musica ambiente en los restaurantes, tener los cubiertos (Tenedores y cuchillos) en las mesas o de acceso directo. Tener un sector de café. La comida es agradable, pero en general es un aspecto a mejorar en toda la isla. El hotel en las noches podría habilitar una zona de buffet. En el hotel no existen las fiestas, ya que todas las actividades se cierran a las 12 de la noche. El servicio a la habitación no es recomendable, tuvimos una muy mala experiencia.

Not the best option

Natural pool is good. Buffet and snacks are good. Room facilities are good.

Staff actitud was rude. Some days restaurants were closed without previous warning or communication to guests. I suffer a injury and they don't have a nursery to attend events. Snack point close before of time many times.

Not exactly as advertised

The beach accommodations were really nice and staff was friendly.

The food quality was average. The Italian restaurant and the micro brewery were never open. There is no swim up bar as advertised. The room assigned to us had black mold on the shower curtain and the bathroom door wouldn't shut. If you want to go to the downtown area it's 40 USD round trip, the drive is 10 minutes there and back, which seems pretty expensive to me.

location was good, beach was small, seemed understaffed and a lot of services or things advertised were not available or no longer in use.

not a lot of options for food, didn’t have the items for accommodating food allergies, alternative dairy options, bar service was slow and selective, room service took an hour and no pre order options available or night before orders.

If you’re nervous about this resort from previous reviews on here, don’t be! Our entire stay was amazing. The staff was super nice and accommodating and the views from the resort were incredible. The property itself was decorated super well and was very clean overall. The beach on site was one of the bests with the most clear blue water and tons of tropical fish right at your feet! The food was actually super good as well and the restaurants had great portion sizes/options. Tons of other guests highly recommended leaving the property to site see and we definitely would have if we would’ve been here longer. The entertainment staff was also super fun!

There was only 1 bar really open the whole time which caused a little bit of a wait time, but didn’t really matter since we weren’t in a rush to go anywhere. The staff worked as quickly and hard as they could to make sure everyone was waited on. On the busier days (Wednesday and Thursday) you had to get up pretty earlier to claim your spot by the pool/beach but again, not a huge deal.

Very good

A good place to relax and too not worry about anything, staff was great at check in very friendly and helpful, room was great, happy with the ocean view upgrade that make our stay even greater.

The only thing they can get better at, is at the bar, I don’t think workers have a great strategy of work and serving drinks to people, had to wait a lot for drinks and sometimes makes us not want it a drink just because of the waiting time just a few of the bartenders were nice.

Very good

Most of the staff was great, always in a good mood and very helpful. The place is very nice, well organized and with good facilities. The breakfast buffet was great. The view from the room is spectacular, the food is quite good.

The bar was almost always very crowded and understaffed, with the lonely barman having to deal with 20-30 people being obviously overwhelmed and in a lousy mood. The buffet for dinner was open only once in the week we were there, contrarily to what advertised. The swimming pool was unsupervised, and (pretty drunk) people were spilling cocktails and smoking inside the pool (with ash floating all over the place), which is not ideal when one has little kids around, as in our case.

I’ve read about your hotel on Curaçao that this hotel is good for family rest with children and with reviews that this hotel is quite?? Last 3 nights I’ve spend calling to front desk and begging that to make the sound of disco and karaoke not so loud??? The sound was on the highest level!!!! And any of my request was not successful!!!!!! Now I still do not receive any answer from the management of the hotel!!!

It's a Dream!

Very nice facility. Very nice landscaping and rooms. SMALLEST BEACH I've ever seen. But beautiful clear water and FUN to take bread out and FEED THE FISH! For ALL INCLUSIVE they have the Best Food and you realize this is Fine Dining. With Great Drinks!

No real Beach to walk on. Just enough to get in water. Comfortable to swim out 100 yards with only graceful waves. You can float on your back for as long as you like without any fear!

Lovely location with a nice beach and safe place to swim. We booked a superior room, which was very nice with beautiful sea views The staff in the executive lounge were very nice and tried to do everything possible to make our stay better.

Understaffed in the restaurants and bars. Not all the restaurants on the property were open e very day The restaurant ran out of butter at breakfast one morning. The bus shuttle service to town was not in operation. For an all inclusive property it was pretty poor
