Bad experience

The place was pretty clean

The breakfast was pitiful. I don’t consider an orange, a granola bar and a packet of grits a real breakfast. There wasn’t even any coffee until I asked the front desk attendant to make some. Also we got in late and our key wouldn’t work. I had to go back downstairs and get another. It still didn’t work. The woman at the front desk said she would bring me one but she never did.

Inconvenient location , besides that it’s close to the airport ,getting to and from is a stretch. It’s not a safe hotel for solo female travelers . One night ,the maintenance/construction worker, male, older and tall ,wearing a orange shirt working at the hotel ,followed me all the way from the hotel to my destination . He sat outside in the parking lot the entire time , then he followed me to my next destination and to make matters worse one of the hotel staff members well aware of what he was going to do. Ladies be careful booking here . They target solo female travelers . I wouldn’t trust certain staff members ,due to the fact that they are in on it and just as guilty because they are aware of what’s going on.

One of my top, most convenient stays that I have ever booked.

The overall factors that I loved about the property (my particular room) was it had 100%, all of the necessities, including a comfortable bed, tv, walk in shower (clean), clean restroom, stove, full refrigerator, microwave, window, and hardwood floor. This was literally one of the best properties that I have ever stayed in.

It was good for the budget I had

Location and the Gm was really niiice

Being in a room without a restroom light after a request to have it fixed and one of the lamps were leaning didn’t stand up straight so we were limited on lighting the entire stay I renewed my stay over a course of two weeks.

Room was very comfortable and clean and the bathroom was very well equipped.

One of the staff at front desk was not warm nor friendly. When i arrived early before check in, she did not seem to go out of her way to let me check in early. Breakfast was just grab and go with very little to offer. There was very little in the way of a place in the main lobby area to sit nd relax--both for inside and outside. Vending machines did not work.

good value for the location and friendly staff

the staff - clearly short staffed - was very friendly. the location relative to our needs was great, as it’s distance to the airport.

part of the issue seems to be staffing. the coffee was constantly empty and once there was nobody at the front desk to ask to make more. another time I got the impression that the level of coffee was not checked. both carafes were empty. the other issue is that we saw a cockroach in the bathroom the morning of our departure.

The hotel room truly was nice,pleasant,just need the dig poop cleaned up,and the hot water improved,

Need to keep dogs from crapping everywhere in the grass,they need to have one site to crap,not as you get out of door from hotel,that's terrible,all the grass has dig crap,get owners to clean it up or staff need to clean it up. The bathroom water was not hot,it was warm,please find out why water was warm,and not hot in shower,and bathroom sink!

Well first of all the beds were uncomfortable. Then the people from upstairs were running and jumping around like they were having a wrestling match all day. We called the receptionist and she informed us they will be leaving the next day. But the next day came around they woke us up at 7am with all the running around and jumping. We would not be staying at this place any more. The worst thing is the lies from the receptionist. The worst place in Austin that we have ever stayed at.

The location

The hot water didn’t get hot. After running it for 10 minutes it’s lukewarm. We called the front desk and they said there’s no one around to fix it. We called again in the morning and they said the same thing. We were there when it was the coldest day of the year, 35 degree and no hot water to shower. It’s ridiculous that they wasn’t address the problem. Same with with coffee, no coffee in the morning, they were constantly out.

very comfortable. spacious. great value for what was paid.

staff wasn’t the best. lady that attended me at the front desk was very blunt. initially I arrived around 1:30pm and asked if by any chance rooms were ready then. she said at 3pm they would be. I go back at 2:52pm to get my hotel card and she looks at the time, sighs, and mentions she only has a room on the 1st floor since the rest weren’t ready yet (emphasizing what she had mentioned earlier about them being ready at 3pm). no smile or anything.
