Very good

The staff were very friendly, the rooms were big, and the bed were super comfortable.

It was not as close to the airport as I would like, the lyft ride cost me 20 dlls. The carpet had stains, which made it look dirty. The bathroom had only 2 towels, we arrived late and were leaving at 4, no time to ask for extra towels. So for 240 for a couple hours the least I expected, if I reserved for 3 people, to have 3 towels on the bathroom.

the breakfast was good

my room was dirty!!! sofa had so many stains on I got a sheet to cover it before I would let my kids on it. towel rod was broken, curtain valance was broken.

Not the best, but reasonably priced for what you get.

location was fantastic. beds and pillows were comfortable. staff was friendly and helpful.

building was showing its age—cracks in the walls, chips in linoleum, toilet not flushing completely. No hangers in the closets. Not enough outlets for charging and no usb outlets. Continental breakfast was lukewarm even when it first opened. all three elevators closed at the same time with no notice to save us from walking to each one.

Never again

Staff was rude when my Uber sent me to the wrong facility. I asked if there was another one in the area and I was told no. But yet she called the other and told I was coming and was rude myself.

Nice for one night sleep

The breakfast was okay. I have a gluten intolerance so could only eat some eggs and fruit, but overall not bad. One of the front desk ladies was the nicest person she helped me print out some documents when I needed assistance right after i arrived.

The printer should not need an adapter to print should be able to print from the computer itself or connect to other peoples laptops. Needs to be set up as wireless. Unfortunately I was carrying the specific adapter it needed to be able to print it myself so had to ask staff to print it.

I would not stay here.

Close to the airport, but nothing else...

The breakfast wasn't good, the elevators didn't work right, the nonsmoking room smelled like smoke, & the bed was terrible.

Other hotels literally right next to this one at the same price point. Stay there instead.

Breakfast was good. Location was decent being only a few minutes from the airport.

Location a bit far out from city center. Hotel is run-down. They didn't have a microwave in my room because it was broken. They put me in a handicap accessible room because "it's all they had left"

Front desk staff friendly and informative

Breakfast items not replenished timely, very congested setup, juice dispenser leaking noticeably, wet and messy, tables left uncleaned. Bedroom had urine smell in sofa sitting area and bed was too bouncy, not comfortable.

All in all, was very pleasant would stay here again!

The staff were very friendly, room was great and the location was good

Did not get fresh towels even though we left them outside of our room like asked to do, and had to go get them when front desk was called instead of having them taken to us.

Excellent property, lots of amenities! Would highly recommend!

Room was excellent, clean, comfortable, well appointed. It was an accessible room. Easy to get to and had everything we needed! The ONLY thing that could be improved was breakfast. Otherwise, it's an excellent property!

I didn't like the fact that Staybridge Staff did not honor my Government Discount that I was told I would receive when I booked the room.

Comfy for the family

Room was comfortable. Still doing some Covid protocols to protect staff and customers which is appreciated.

The grounds around pool need some TLC, but the pool itself was in good shape.

Fair stay

Didn't know they charged 20.00 a day for any room damage. Breakfast would have been better if the lady spoke English and didn't have attitude. The weed smells from the bathroom ventilation every morning wasnt to nice. Walls very thin. Other than that nice play and will come back.

Room was nice. Liked the small kitchen. Loved the stores were close and short travel time.

The receptionist was friendly and professional.

The smell in the hall way was bad. Also, the cleaner/janitor was very rude, just because I stayed a few minutes past 12pm while waiting for my Uber ride.

Review Staybridge

Only the location. The front desk staff was very friendly

HOTEL DID NOT LOOK LIKE THE PHOTOS and was old and in need of new carpet and furniture Door to outside parking area was broken and propped open with a yellow placard,anyone could have walked in this back door!!! Not SAFE! It was also NOT a Suite, and not for handicapped as reserved,but one big room. It was WAY, WAY OVERPRICED ON BOOKING.COM. I COULD HAVE PAID HALF THE PRICE IF I HAD BOOKED THROUGH TGE HOTEL!!! I found this out from the Staff. They said there was not anything they could do since I booked through Booking.com. I will NEVER USE BOOKING.COM EVER AGAIN
