Close to the airport
You had to pay for parking in an empty lot and didn’t even offer a continental breakfast
4.5
Overnight stay only. But the location, lobby and facility was in as-new condition and the staff were super friendly and accommodating. Proximity to airport was excellent, just 10 minutes away.

Very clean, quiet and comfortable beds
Just the AC was a bit too loud at times, but overall everything was very comfortable

It was convenient, exceptionally well staffed, and had an abundance of amenities. The staff were so friendly and accommodating, and the rooms were very comfortable.
There was nothing at all to dislike. We were so pleased with our stay, and we will return.

Humble Origins, who provided airport shuttle service for this hotel and other hotels in the area, were very helpful and courteous - good service. They operated 24 hours, 7 days a week. They were waiting for us early in the morning (3:30 am) for our 6:00 am flight. We had a nice view of planes landing at Austin Airport nearby from our room.
There was nothing that we could complain about.

I was under the impression they would picks us up from the airport when we came back to town and they did not. So have to pay $50 for a Uber We would not have stayed there is we had known

Awesome place, looks like new. big lobby with bar and tables, smoking area and pool. the room was excelent.
At night there was a rumbling noise on the roof. we were on the last floor so I guess there is some kind of machine making a loud whirring noise and it went on and off every hour during the night.
4.5
Brightly-lit bathroom (why is that a rarity in many hotels??), clean, friendly staff!
Breakfast buffet was super expensive (at least for MY budget).

It was a decent hotel. We stayed 3 days and were promise the room would be cleaned on the 2nd day but the Biggest issue was the severe price gouging because the Formula 1 race was in town. So bad that I may never come back. The breakfast was equally overpriced. Property and staff were fine. The hotel was not crowded so no reason for the price gouging other than basic greed..... Shame on Hilton.
Housekeeping.... which was non existant

There was an issue with Booking.com where I tried changing my dates and the staff were unable to change them so I canceled my booking where the staff said due to the confusion they would not charge me.On June 1st I was charged.I called to have the charge removed. At first they told me a manager wasn't available, then they put a Manger on the phone and he was very rude, told me it was my fault because I booked through booking. Then proceeded to say "I am not dumb enough to give you my name" prior to hanging up on me. Note to rude manager: I was a diamond rewards customer prior to the pandemic, so i am understanding of how Hilton hotels operate and understaff concerns. & If the hotel doesn't want you using Booking then they shouldn't offer it. It is not the customer's fault they used additional resources provided by the hotel. That should never be publicly conveyed to a customer.
