Worst motel I ever stayed at.

I didn't like anything about this place.

THE BREAKFAST WAS CEREAL OR INSTANT OATMEAL OR A BAGEL. We walked in and looked at it then left and went out for breakfast. I asked for a handicap room and all that was , was a bar in the tub. There was no grab bar for the toilet. The advertisement said there were coffee makers in the rooms. They said they don't have coffee makers for the rooms. The pool was closed for the whole time we were there. Who closes a pool in July? My family had a room for 2 adults and 3 kids but all they would give them is 2 towels. I was in my own room and I got 2 towels that was enough for me. The phone didn't work, the alarm clock didn't work. This was the worst place I ever stayed. One more thing that isn't mentioned is when you get there to check in you have to give them a deposit. For the 2 rooms I had to give them 150.00 deposit. After they checked the room you get it back but they wanted cash for that. There was nothing I liked about this place. On top of all this the lights were off on Sunday morning when we got up. Lights in the lobby but not in the rooms.

Terrible!

As soon as I walked in to check in there was a roach crawling on the counter and I pointed it out to the lady and she just swiped it into the floor like it was no big deal, then when walking to the room there was throw up all over the sidewalk and water all over the place.. very unsafe… we got into the room and the door had previously been kicked in to where the bottom of the door was bent and it wouldn’t shut completely and if that wasn’t bad enough we were checking the beds and I pulled the sheet back and it had blood spots on the sheets… needless to say we checked out immediately

I was denied access to a room upon arrival I want a refund. The staff of shift stated "I don't care what ya'll want i'm goin home!" due to other customers complaints about their stay.

Room was nasty sheets was dirty hair all.in bed hot water didn't work on sink ask for extra towels room.i booked was not available and price went up jus Unstatfied give them a 3 rating need do better breakfast was terrible no meant or microwave sausage or nun jus ughhhhh...

Price point was good and we lived though the night

The pool looked nice but we didn’t use it

The rooms were dirty. In 221 we Found a French fry by the bed. There wasn’t a shower curtain, the ceiling was drooping (maybe water damage). The bed headboard had a hole and lampshade was damaged 219 had hair on the bathtub walls. There was a puddle of water In front of interior cooling unit

The lady at desk was nice

The room door wouldn't close so anyone could open it even with key. The bathroom had a big hole in tile so water was coming inside it. The floors were wet. It was dampy in the whole room. Water appear to be in socket Bec I had to buy another one because it popped and damaged my chord. The walls had mildew on them and rust on lamps. Bathroom door had a mirror but was ripped off so you saw black pieces hanging. Pillow cases were stained luckily I had my own but eventually just laid in car because SOMEONE CAME KNOCKING AT MY DOOR AND I DIDN'T EXPECT ANY VISITORS AT ALL. THE ADDRESS IS WRONG NEEDS TO BE UPDATED. IT SENT ME TO GOVERNMENT STREET TO A BUSINESS. Very awful. The pictures are not accurate at all. Also it's connected with another motel which they are still the same.

I did not like anything about it, they gave me 2 dirty rooms. I requested a refund for one of the rooms because the other family left to another place. I’m waiting for my refund.

Nothing.

Filthy. Bath drain clogged. I stood in ankle deep water while showering. No vanity. Just a pedestal sink with unmatched old faucet handles. Smashed bugs on the floor. Only one washcloth for two people. Hair on sheets and in sink. So I'm not sure the sheets were changed after the previous customer. Maybe. Floor needs hard scrubbing. Threshold needs scrubbing. Just one little trash can. Mildew smell throughout. There is no apparent extra effort to make it pleasant for the customer. They just take the money and run. I generally use Wyndham motels as a higher bar when booking rooms. Wyndham needs to address, or just drop their affiliation with this location. Very disappointing. And I'm not that picky of a guy. I just ask for proper accommodations. I'll never go here again.

I stayed at your property checking in on 04/26/2023 and checking out 04/272023. Room number 129 was assigned to us. It was unacceptable. The room was dirty, dusty, noisy and the sink didn’t drain properly. when asked for a room change I was told that there were no other rooms with King Bed available. Besides, the room was a state of disrepair please see photos:

I liked that it was a cheap place to stay for a couple of hours of rest. It was close to the hospital that I needed to be at as well. The breakfast was decent also.

I didn't like that the floors hadn't been cleaned, and i couldn’t walk around without stuff sticking to the bottom of my feet and socks. My pillow cases had stains on them, and it seemed very unclean to me and run down. There was no toilet paper holder on the wall because it was broken and laying on the floor, and there were only two towels for showering.
