The WORST STAY AT ANY FACILITY SO FAR

Absolutely nothing was as promised

The facilities were despicable, nothing matched the photos. The room mirror was shattered, there was No TV, blood stains on the bathroom wall. Unbelievable like an Abandoned building overrun with roaches.

didn’t stay they scammed me out of a weeks rate it’s a scam junk drug den

this place is a scam!!! i booked a double they said they only have singles available when me and my family arrived to check in and have yet to refund my money.. only doors on the room’s at the facility was on the bottom level.. there was druggies hanging around the whole place it looked like something you would see in a 3rd world country..

welll nothing, the pictures were amazing then you arrive and it is absolutely nothing like the pictures. there was a sign saying OYO Hotel coming soon, it was still being built I guess.

was just a old sore down building that was needing rebuilt is why there was a sign saying coming soon

the bed spread was dirty, had to kill many cockroaches had to spray the beds down with Lysol bleach bathroom toilet was running all night. No TV's seems like they in the middle of repairs on the Motel.

The worst case of false advertising I have ever experienced

There was absolutely nothing nice about the place, nothing worked, pool had trash and dirty diapers floating in it. The maintenance man said “I know the pictures showed a different place but we’re trying once the owner gets everything ordered we can renovate” then put a blanket on the bed with so many burn holes in it it was almost black

That there was a person passed out with a needle in their arm in the parking lot next to our car. The doors didn’t really work right so we didn’t know if anyone could walk right in

There was NO breakfast like advertised, no microwave, no coffee pot, no fridge

Worst Hotel EVER

We could not stay here it was so disgusting. We had to book another hotel to have somewhere to sleep for the night. Roaches everywhere. Lights and door locks didn't even work in the room. Tiny room. And they are trying to refuse refunding us. Not to mention ... two times before this, we booked a room here and they GAVE OUR ROOM AWAY!!!!!!! We showed up to check in on 2 different occasions and they had gave our room away that we already paid for!! Work hotel company ever!!

Everything! Trashy, nasty hotel. Do not spend money here!!

Nasty hotel

We lost our money because we didn't even stay because of how nasty the room was. Had black mold on ceiling, holes in walls and bed spread, no smoke alarm and more. They refuse to give us our money back and we didn't even stay. As soon as we opened the door roaches went everywhere..

Beware its not worth it

The room was a little better than I thought. Ive read the reviews and really didn't expect much.

Ok first I was told we couldn't get all the channels because of the weather this was before I even saw the room. Once we got there the walls were not clean and it seem very smokey in there. The curtain had holes in it and was not even hung properly. The heat did not work. They have no microwave or fridge. The bed is not comfortable but it was affordable. So they knocked on the door the next day and asked if I needed anything. I said toilet tissue so never got it. They saw me a few hours later and asked me if i needed tissue and towels i said i went and got tissue just need towels. Never got it. So because it was affordable I figured I would pay for two nights. I had already checked out and now its after 12 the next morning. So the guy says we have a room but its no tv is that fine im thinking wow but ok how much? He says 75 a night. Aint no way!!! I just paid 99 for two nights why so high. He says madi gras everybody going up. This is not true its very much a school night kids are out next week and noone is charging this much now. So beware because they will take advantage. Its not worth 75 period.

My reservation was Rented to someone else without Consenting or notifying me

Well I am very Displeased to say that I cannot tell you what I liked or did not like because Upon my Arrival, I was disappointedly informed that my room that I reserved through booking.com was sold To someone else and there were no vacancies available at all. And they could not give me an explanation or reason to why my room was not available and sold to someone else except that they were told by their superior that at 6:30 to say they had no vacancies to anyone, At least that is what I was informed at the front desk by the Employee. I do believe that I should receive a Complimentary One night stay, Which is what I had Reserved, but did not recieve, to recompense for my very unfortunate inconveniences, Being that financially I had to spend more money on another room at another hotel, Because Of not being able to reserve ahead time, AlsoFuel expenses that I was not expecting toSpend. And also the mental distress that I had to endure, trying to find another room At such short notice. End without expectation.

we didn’t stay or even check in so I’d like my money back!

the property was disgusting there was a huge pile of trash just piled up outside of the hotel. we did not stay or even check in. I would like any money back that booking.com or the hotel took from my credit card.

the front desk attendant was super rude and told us there wasn’t a room available and we would have to get a refund. there was a huge pile of garbage right outside of the hotel and it smelled disgusting.
