The staff was rude and did not provide linen for the sofa bed. They do not use cleaning Products to clean. They use citrus room spray as cleaning agents. The hotel has roaches and the money I spent wasn’t worth it

roaches, cigarette burns on tub covers and nightstand, dirty sheets and pillows literally everything in the room was filthy even the sofa and blinds the real definition of a ROACH MOTEL!!!!!

I liked the friendly staff nice tvs and a slightly comfy bed bathroom area was decent and clean microwaved and fridges

I didn’t like stains on the floors and couches and tubs

There was a lot of space in the room. We had extra space to put a air mattress

There was a man hanging around the vending machine and pool high on something. Cops were called and he was arrested but he did cause people to skip swimming in the pool.

It needs a lot of upgrades. The couch was worn out. The floors were dirty. But the price of the room was very reasonable and I wasn't looking for nothing fancy I was looking for cheap. The bedding was clean and towels. They did give my sister extra pillows when she ask. It was what I expected for the price of room

The staff were all polite and helpful. The room was clean. the spa bath was extremely nice.

There was no coffee maker in the room. They did not have have breakfast of any kind or even coffee. They had no handrails on the bathroom Wall to help get out of the tub.

I feel that the hotel rating was misrepresented online, and that it needs some serious help for sanitary purposes. I wou

I did not like the property. The sidewalks were dirty and there were cigarette butts all over the place.

It was not clean and the hotel looked run down. My initial room was very dirty- it smelled like cigarettes and the sheets had a rip in them as well as a cigarette burn. The sofa was very dirty and I would not sit on it or put my things on it. There was a ketchup stain on the tv stand and half a cup of soda left sitting in the refrigerator. There were no rugs in either room, which made walking around barefoot impossible. I asked for another room at the desk, and I was moved downstairs. This room was much cleaner, but still dingy and I’m not convinced that the sheets were changed.

If you lock yourself in with earplugs after dark you should be safe according to the cops

the location was great for what I needed

the first night there was a party…there was several females selling one of two things all night..the cars played music so loud that the windows shook in the room. The second night I went to the manager and said look you do something or I’m calling the cops.

Not able to complete my stay

They gave my room to someone with a similar name and then the key wouldn’t open the door. The guy working the front was trying to kick the door open. It was awful. The photo is what you see when you pull in. Along with chaos, shouting people, the smell of drugs.
