Great

Very modern, a nice big fridge to keep food cold and a kitchen to cook Made me feel at home

Doors are heavy, when anyone goes in and out of their room you can hear their door slam and them in the hallway

Will definitely stay here again.

Property was easy to access, lots of parking available. Lovely large room, much bigger than I was expecting. Lovely and clean, bed was huge and comfy. Lots of local places for food.

Loads of cctv , bed OK,

Small room , banging doors , could here rooms next door , fan from next door humming all night. Very tight car park , c3 shower flooded, unfinished building outside,

Love accomadatoion/ Buggs me greeting in enough to think about not using again

Short stay close to where I want to be.

The getting into the room so much faffing around down load app sending emails, I just want a key or more simplistic way in.

Underwhelming

Lots of close by takeouts good locatikn

The window in the kitchen has no blinds/curtains people can see you sleeping in bed no privacy from car park very disappointing… regarding cleanliness there was a plate in the cupboard that was still dirty.

Nice but room was extremely cold

It was exceptionally clean and well layed out

The room was very cold, although they turned the under floor heating up from the mains the 1st day, the second day it only went up 1°c even after emailing, the large window takes all the heat out of the room and creates a cold spot reducing the heat, made the stay quite uncomfortable having to sleep in extra clothing. Inevitable I left the accommodation a day early as it was just to cold for me 🥶

Disappointing. I've stayed in City Suites in other locations to a much higher standard.

Location.

Very noisy with road traffic as my room was right next to the road. Bed was very hard and uncomfortable. I decided to leave and travel home rather than stay. Property is really tired & basic.

Really clean and well put together, modern. Provided morning drinks which is a lovely added touch.

Great place, hate the checking in process.

Like the size, parking and price

No complementary sugar / but had tea, coffee and milk I thought the checking in process was a nightmare, didn’t get some texts had to spend a while down loading imputing information, would be only thing to put me of staying again :-(

Stay away.

Construction going on. Woken up at early hours. Had to keep all curtains closed as the construction workers were right outside the room. Coffee was out of date by 2 years.

Property is fine

Staff are not very understanding of my issue. £100 damage deposit was not returned to me even after the time window. Wasnt due to any damage or anything its just not been returned to me. So iv basically been robbed. I've stayed with them multiple times, each time the damage deposit does take upto a week to come back but this time i just haven't Recieved it at all

Great apartment not so great lock

Clean comfortable apartament, fantastic showers

The horrible horrible idea of using Bluetooth \ location electronic key to get into the building and the room itself.... Every time had a problem to get through the door...

it is OK , but if you are looking for a quite night this is not the right place.

it is located just at a bussy street and so noisy. rooms are not quite.

Nicely decorated but noisy. Take earplugs!

The rooms are nicely decorated and well equipped.

Sadly won’t be staying again due to the noise. Walls are thin and doors to apartments/ building slam loudly, take earplugs.

Excellent value for money, large suite.

The apartment was in a secure block, great for a lone female traveler. It was large with comfortable furniture and and modern facilities.

The stairs were tricky as I was on the 2nd floor

Stayed before so I knew the property was going to be clean and well presented. Nice kitchenette

Nice little apartment

The apartment was clean, great location, had everything u needed , instance hot water

When we got there all windows were open and it was freezing, it didn't heat up at all, there were no hooks for drying towels , no toilet roll holder

APPALLING - THE WOEST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD

The 10 minutes I spent in the apartment were ok.

DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY - DUE TO A FAILURE OF THEIR ELECTRONIC KEY SYSTEM AND NO WAY TO CONTACT ANYBODY I SPENT THE NIGHT IN MY CAR IN THE CAR PARK - NO APOLOGY OFFERED - DO NOT USE - A COMPLETE DISGRACE EVERY BAD REVIEW IS CORRECT - I WISH I HAD LOOKED MORE CLOSELY BEFORE BOOKING

It was very nice, I would stay again but there are a few minor things that would make it better

The facilities were good and the independence was very unique in a good way

Rooms were not cleaned during our 5 day stay, top ups on coffee/tea would have been nice
