Convenient place to stay if want to explore the midlands

The location was good.

The cleanliness of the property. The walls need a fresh coat of paint. The cupboard under the sink had a lot of mould as well as the bathroom.

Great Location, Nice apartment just hard to get to

The location of this apartment was fantastic, the train station is a 2 minute walk, Buckingham palace is a 4 minute walk. great places to eat and very easy to get around London from this location.

Our Room was on the very top floor, level 4 i believe. The elevator is supposed to go to Level 3, however it would only take us to level 2 which then required a rather steep climb up stairs which we found rather difficult with our luggage. No warning of this was given to us. I would also Recommend that they update the Mattresses as they are clearly worn out.

very nice stay, the addition of the tablet with attractions and places to eat was a nice touch

the size of the rooms were great and the bigger room had a door into the bathroom which was a good surprise

Good

Serene and quiet

Heaters weren't heating well, water from sink and bath weren't flowing and there was no plunger to work on it. Never took calls and message response times took forever. He didn't sound accommodating in his responses also.

OK stay but overpriced for the quality

Location was great for the event we were attending. Lots of space for a family of 4 with 2 teens

The apartment wasn’t very clean with lots of cobwebs and stains on the walls. There was mould in the bathroom and very bad mould under the kitchen sink. The apartment wasn’t ready at 3pm when we needed to quickly drop our bags and get on to our event.

Disappointing

Absolutely disappointing, nothing cleaned, sticky utensils, oven so dirty it can’t be used as smells of burning. No heating, property smells of damp. There was a used sanitary towel on the front Garden. I would never stay again. I had asked for a refund but they ignored me and threatened that my review will be removed if it’s negative as they have contacted booking.com to ask for it to be removed. It has made me feel invalided as a customer as it feels as the hosts pay you you will side with them. I have made many bookings made with booking.com, this is my first complaint. It was so dirty and cold we left the next day even though we had booked for 2 days. The Host is rude and I did not see anywhere on the add that the deposit had to be paid by bank transfer so I had cash, which was problems for them also. Had to wait 45 minutes at the property to get the code sent by text. Worst place I have stayed would not recommend at all.

Apartment is in a poor state and needs deep cleaning.

The beds were comfy and when told about the issues we were having, the owner apologized and went round to wipe the skirting boards, clean the cobwebs and replace the towels I had used to clean up the washing machine dirty water. He also left some biscuits as a goodwill gesture. The apartment could be nice but it needs some work doing to put these issues right in order to charge the money that they are asking.

The apartment was cold, even after the owner fixed the heating system the heaters were timed and couldn't be changed. The whole place was very dirty and is in desperate need of a deep clean and some attention. The skirting boards were all filthy, the dining chairs had food all stuck around the cushions, the chopping board in the kitchen was stained and had someone else's food on it, there was tomato sauce splashes over the kitchen tiles, the fridge was broken, every room had cobwebs and spiders in and when I opened the washing machine to do my washing, dirty smelly water poured out of it all over the kitchen floor which I then had to clean up. The bathroom was in a very poor state with mould and dirt and we actually had to go to a friend's house to have showers as we didn't want to use the shower in the apartment. There was a fist hole in the bedroom door and the carpets were badly stained.
