The pullout couch was terrible. There were not enough blankets or sheets. The king bed was sunken in on one side and very uncomfortable. The toilet paper holder in the bathroom was broken. There was dirt and buildup of grime on the baseboards.

I loved the location and the property. It is clean and kept very nice.
The AC was out in my room but they did move me to another room but the noise from the street was terrible. A lot of screaming and yelling and folks having a good time through midnight.
I had to go across the street for coffee creamer and sweetener as it was in any room.

Area just like as advertised. It was very clean. There was parking in the back. It was super close to all the places I needed to be.
The coffee maker didn't work. There was no shampoo or conditioner in the containers in the shower. I called the number provided to report the problems to no avail. I didn't expect to have to go out to get coffee first thing in the morning.

Nothing.
The worst service ever. Room lock code didn’t work and no response from the management and booking.com. We couldn’t stay and 2 days later still no one is assisting this issue. Need to get refund.

The place was comfortable and clean. Decor was nice. The cost was reasonable. Good location for checking out Nulu. 25 ish minute walk to downtown.
I booked 4 rooms. 2 of the codes for the rooms we were given didn’t work. I tried contacting the numbers available on booking.con and google and they were either disconnected and no one answered. My SIL found a number posted on a piece of paper in the lobby area and was able to reach someone to help us. Also, the street noise can be loud at times, as others have said. I brought my sound machine and it helped.

Could have stayed at a motel 6 for the same experience and 1/3rd the price

the loft apt, the colors, the location
thin walls

the clean beautiful rooms and so quiet
water wasn’t hot enough

The Room was spacious and comfortable. The bed was comfortable. The Couch could have been a little better, but it wasn't terrible.
It could have been cleaned a little better. There were a few crumbs on the counter. Also, i would like to have seen trash bags in the waste cans.

how quiet it was
the heating system didn’t seem to work.

The bed was amazing. The accommodations including the kitchen were great for someone staying for an extended period of time. It's a very unique hotel. I'll definitely be going back again.

Clean, bed was comfortable.
The bathroom door would not close unless pushed w/ force, the toilet seat was broken and taped together.

The whole Nulu area is great. Lots of fun restaurants and bars and a run of distilleries is only a block away on Market street. eEasy to walk to lots of places. We have an entire small one bedroom apartment. It’s clean and has everything we need. Pretty quite considering the city streets are just outside.

The property was only a short walk to a lot of great spots! Nice and clean room!
We encountered an issue with the code to get into our room, but it was resolved. The room was very nice but if you are a light sleeper there is a lot of noice from passing cars.

Clean, easy access with a code that has been sent before arrival, plenty of free street parking and behind the building for guests, 20-min walk to attractions downtown, ...
My room door (304) had problems locking from the outside because it seems like the deadbolt isn't correctly lined up when you just let it shut behind you. Had to play around with it a bit until it locked, but it did eventually.
It does get noisy. Thin walls and the street noise isn't a whole lot but it seems louder than it should be.

Very clean, comfortable, quiet and more than you need for a weekend trip. It was like home away from home.
The tv kept restarting, but with a simple software update it worked flawlessly.

Fantastic building.
Like an apartment but priced as a hotel.
Very comfortable bed, lots of towels.
Everything you need to cook, eat.
Cute desk for working as well.
Lots street parking for free.
Would happily stay again.
Parking lot for hotel always full. No way to verify cars are hotel guests so anyone can park there.
Entrance with code blocked off from elevators so stairs only to get to upper floors with luggage, groceries unless you go up and back down and hold or prop door open at back.
No front desk so hard to get coffee or amenities replenished.
4.1
The equipment and nice design of the place.
Blood stains on the wall next to the television (!!!), cleaning was not done correctly (some dust and animal hair behind the entrance door), located on top of a seafood restaurant/bar (extremely noisy with very loud music coming from the restaurant/bar until midnight at least), surroundings not safe after 8 pm.

didn’t ever see our room
code didn’t work for room. couldn’t contact anyone

the location, the hotel itself and the price is awesome!!
My only complaint is the bed. I just didn't sleep well.

Great location, very clean, easy access and on-site parking! We would definitely stay here again!
Honestly, I cannot think of anything that we didn’t like.

We liked the privacy. The private parking. Bed, kitchen, Cable TV, Microwave, Sink and utensils. Bathroom was of good size and Shower was nice and big. Windows in the front room were large and let in a good amount of light. Having a kitchen/living room was a plus, made you feel like there was space to spare while staying there.
The electrical light over the bed had exposed wires, it seems the ceiling medallion fell down exposing the electrical box and everything within it. The Soap/Shampoo/Conditioner dispenser had fallen off the wall in the shower and was pretty much completely empty. Could have used a couple more pillows available. No plastic bags in any of the garbage bins.
