Excellent B&B, large ensuite room very well decorated. The breakfasts were amazing, really! and the hoist was very very good and did their best to make everything just right. We would really recommend this place to stay.
The only thing we could thing of of was that the B&B is right on the A12 which is quite busy, however this was not a problem once you closed the grazing.

A great location easy to get to Southwold, Dunwich & back home along the A12. Kirsty was a super host very friendly & welcoming. A great breakfast to start the day.

Modern, beautifully decorated rooms with all mod cons.
Kirsty made us feel very welcome, she knew all our names and went out of her way to double check details before we arrived. Really impressed.

The location was perfect for what I was doing, I felt very comfortable as a solo traveller. The breakfast was superb. The interior of the property is much more attractive than the exterior, it’s beautifully decorated
The pillows weren’t as comfortable as I would have liked…. But they say you should always travel with your own pillow

I stayed over two nights as myself and some friends were attending a wedding nearby. The rooms were fantastic, the breakfast was great and the host Kirsty was friendly and helpful. The area is really nice too, lots of historical sights to see. The wifi was strong, the television had all the apps and there was plenty of parking space. 10/10 would recommend!

We love staying at Copperbeech so much we went back and guarantee we’ll definitely be back again. Rooms are all clean, comfortable and recently decorated in very modern styles. Breakfast is delicious and the choice is huge with something for everyone from cereal, yoghurt and fruits, continental to full English. Kirsty is an amazing cook and everything is locally sourced, fresh and served piping hot. Sat bang on the A12, the location is easy to find and perfect for exploring the beautiful nearby resorts of Aldeburgh, Southwold and Thorpeness. So much time and effort has been put in to Copperbeech by Kirsty and John to make your stay welcoming, comfortable and relaxing you too will love staying here.

We stayed just for 1 night, tried to get in for 2 but fully booked up despite booking 4 months before a wedding we were attending (the Wedding was a midweek wedding). The host Kirsty was absolutely delightful. She couldn’t help or do enough for us before arrival (I called her a few times) and whilst we were there. Kirsty personally cooked us our A** breakfast with local produce + some lovely touches like eggs from her chickens, marmalade and jam/preserve also made by her own fair hands and honey from her and her husband’s hives located in their rear garden.
I purchased some wild flower seeds from her to sprinkle in my garden which were beautifully presented in little hopsack pouches with little bee tags/keepsakes on. Kirsty is a genuine local so knows the area really well.
HUGE thanks to Kirsty- the reason why you will enjoy your stay the reason why we will hopefully return to Suffolk again.
We were very disappointed because we couldn’t get in for 2 nights! A leisure visit attending a wedding in the area at The Wilderness Reserve (which was truly unbelievable).

Copper beech is the perfect place for an overnight stay. Comfortable, quiet. Super friendly staff. Nice bedroom and lovely bathroom. Excellent Wi-Fi. (Very helpful in an area where phone signal can be poor)The breakfast was delicious. The best scrambled eggs I’ve ever had from freshly-laid eggs. My husband loved the kippers too. Would definitely come again.

Excellent breakfast, very friendly landlady and no problems at all. Can’t think of any apart from having to turn the heating down overnight.
All in all a very pleasant stay. Thanks Kirsty.

The breakfast was excellent. Good choices and plenty on offer. Kirsty cooked a great cooked breakfast and there was their own honey and jam for the toast. Very tasty and set me up nicely for my day's work.
