Perfect place to stay in Wells next the Sea
We booked Gull's Nest at very short notice, and were impressed by Norfolk Hideaway's speed and efficiency in confirming the booking for us.
Gull's Nest is wonderfully located, 10 minutes walk from the centre of Wells, with a well stocked Co-op food shop just down the road.
The house is comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. The off-road parking is a excellent, and it's nice having a small garden too. We appreciated the copious supply of leaflets, maps, information about walks and days out available for us in the house. We were lucky with the weather but if we hadn't been able to go out there are lots of board games to keep you occupied.
One small suggestion - I should have, but forgot to, pack a hairdryer - I'm so used to these being available as standard these days - so it would have been nice to have had one provided in the house. Wifi would also have been a bonus.

New Year at the Gulls Nest
Very good location, excellent condition. We had a great stay, as ever in Wells. Almost everything about the property was excellent. It would have been ideal to have wifi and towels, which these days come as standard in most places

Gulls Nest
We felt as though everything was provided down to a price. Lighting was poor especially for reading. Cooker oven needed replacing.

Perfect holiday!
We had a lovely holiday at Gulls Nest. The property is clean, well equipped and more than fulfilled our expectations. The shed to the enclosed rear of the property is excellent for storing cycles safely. Gulls Nest is located near to the shops, restaurants and the sea front. There were no negative, for us this was an excellent property in a perfect location.

A Great holiday home
Gull’s Nest was everything you could ask for in a holiday home. Great location, not far from all the local amenities, very quiet setting. The bungalow was very clean and very comfortable. There was everything provided that you could need for holiday self-catering. The best holiday rental we have ever had.

Relaxing stay in North Norfolk
The bungalow was clean and we were greeted with a pack of homemade sausages. The weather at the beginning was typical Norfolk with bright sun but a northeast wind to take the temperature down. All the local facilities are just a five minute walk away in Staithe Street and there are a number of good places to eat in Wells if you don't feel like cooking.
Holkham Hall is well worth a visit but check opening times as the Hall is not always open. Blickling Hall is always worth a visit but ensure you allow a full day as there is plenty to see. There are also numerous walks that can be done in the area if you like walking with the Coast Hopper bus to bring you back if you only want to walk one way. We love the area and will be back!

Lovely bungalow, perfect location!
As per a previous review, we felt that the double bed was quite small. Other than that everything else about the bungalow and the location in Wells was excellent and we would not hesitate to stay here again.

Fantastic cottage in fab location!
We have just returned from a weeks stay at Gulls Nest and it is located perfectly for enjoying all that Wells has to offer by foot but also a good base for the entire north Norfolk coast. The bed in the main bedroom is a little on the small and firm side but other than that Gulls Nest is perfect. It has everything you need for a peaceful getaway.
