Basic small room, breakfast was included, restaurant downstairs and the location was perfect.
Very friendly staff.
Pretty fast wifi/internet. (usually between 100 - 180 Mbps)
Bad noise isolation, from indoor as well as outdoors.
Indoor: if people walk on the stairs or in the hallway at night, you can clearly hear it inside the room.
Outside: the neighbors keep roosters, and like in all places where people keep too many roosters in a small area, they're not only make noise in the morning, but also many times in the middle of the night.
The room was a bit too small. 18m² is a bit too small for me, but I already knew this when I booked the place, but there's a lack of better options in this area.
And a very small issue I encountered during my stay: if you take a shower and there's water splashing on the floor next to the shower part, there's no draining on that side around the toilet, so the water stays there.

I liked the overall look and feel of the hotel. Good value for money. Good breakfast as well (not included).
We booked our stay late afternoon on the same day and arrived around 11pm at the hotel. When we got there the reception was closed even though it indicated the check in time is until midnight. I called the manager to let her know we were waiting at the reception, but she asked us to cancel our booking at almost 11:30pm because her staff had already gone home. I insisted we couldn't cancel due obvious reasons: no other hotel in the area would be able to accommodate us last minute at that time. It took about half an hour for things to be sorted out.

very cute and comfy
very nice terasse and very good restaurant

Nice location to the beach and waterfront. Best on offer considering the standard of accommodations nearby
Lots of roosters nearby making noise all day and night. I didn't mind but some friends couldn't sleep. Some very small ants in the apartment too from time to time.

Near beach and other establishments
They only have one bathroom for sharing. A bit pricy for a room without CR. No breakfast included

location was good
loud noise internally and from the road. very small and basic room. shared bathroom downstairs and not always working.

Plus points are this place located in a crowded street that has lots of good restaurants and bars - even this hostel itself has its own good coffee shop, 5m walking to the beach and the staff is really supportive.
Bad things are 1st: room is too small, has a stinky smell (so bad that I cannot sleep), and no soundproof. the facilities are really old too. They need to innovate this place asap

The restaurant below is tasty and the WiFi was good. The staff let us leave our bags there also before and after checkout which was helpful
Our room was right on the main road and it was really noisy. There is a bar next door that plays very loud music and there are motorbikes throughout the night, dogs barking and people talking outside constantly.
The shared bathroom was clean but the shower was poor and you had to walk to downstairs to it, which is just next to reception

Incredibly hospitable staff. Above and beyond.

Our plans changed very unexpectedly because of a typhoon and we booked this hotel only hours before arriving. All of the smaller rooms were booked, but because we reserved last-minute we got a great deal on one of the larger, family rooms. The room was very big! It's a very new hotel so everything was very nice and clean. The lady that helped us check-in at night was wonderful and answered all my questions and booked us a tour for the next day. The location is good. It's maybe a 5-7 minute walk to the main road that runs along the beach, but there are plenty of cafes, restaurants, and convenience stores on the way if you need to quickly grab something. Air conditioning works very well.
Bring earplugs. The outside rooms get a lot of noise from the street so we heard cars honking and roosters crowing starting very early in the morning. There is no sign outside with the name of the hotel so make sure you have the directions ready so you can find it.
