Beside breakfast everything was fine.....the host was very helpful and kind....she gave us lots of details ,and answered quickly when we needed help
The breakfast was the only dissapointing thing....large breakfast for 11 pounds, and u get 1 piece of everything, usually u get at least 2 sausages,2 eggs. The black pudding was really dry, mushrooms had no taste......but i ate all the breakfast,it was just an oppinion...maybe for that price could be more things included(quantity)

The accommodation was great and perfectly suited our needs; well-equipped, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed being able to eat outside. The site was quiet and peaceful the week we were there.

Nice clean comfortable caravan. Good location for walking
10.0 / 10.0
The caravan - clean and specious. Need to admitt that I was a bit afraid of the caravan, as it was my first time staying in one, but it was just amazing. Perfectly clean and there were busicuits and welcome note from the hosts. Really nice touch. My daughter and mum were really happy and impressed.
The park - really nice, and big. Swimming pool (both under the roof and not) made my daughter really happy. A lot of enterteinment for kids and adults. My daughter just loved kids disco in the evenings. The park is just 15 mins walk away from beautiful beach, 5 mins from amazing sea views and just around 25 mins from the Brixham harbour.
Overall - amazing place. Had a lovely holiday.
Can't think of any negative points... maybe the lack of WiFi? But I think that it made us good to have a break from the social media and Internet, so can't complain.

Location was lovely quick drive into the harbour and a lovely coastal walk just outside the caravan park
The mattresses were a bit uncomfortable but that is the only criticism

Accommodation provided for every need, including a lovely welcome pack. Plenty of heating and hot water as required. Storage space amazing. Plenty of easy parking nearby. Site very quiet in May but for those who wanted it the clubhouse was clean, bright and friendly. Good pool for swimmers. Lots of lovely places to visit nearby.
Hills - site in Higher Brixham so steep walk into Brixham itself. Bus service to site available though.

Exceptionally large accommodation

Clean caravan, big bedroom, lovely walk and bay nearby
Mattress in double room was very uncomfortable, to many caravans are privately owned which made it feel not like a holiday, crazy golf needs updating, couldn't get in clubhouse from 5.30 onwards as the "private owners" take up the tables for bingo, didn't like the park I'm afraid.

Lovely peaceful resort with a good pool for swimming. Great communication from the hosts. The place was impeccably clean and very well equipped. Really appreciated the welcome gestures of a card and milk in the fridge. Very thoughtful.

As we were visiting family in Torquay the Location was a bit further from Torquay than we had thought. The site was quiet but in school holidays l imagine it would be a lot more lively. Accommodation was excellent and welcoming gift with pint of milk in fridge also was very welcome after a long journey. Key box was a good way of leaving the key. Code was texted well in advance. All queries were answered quickly. Couldn’t have asked for better hosts
A smaller play area in each site would be good. It was too far for a four year old to walk up the hill after playing in the park and we ended up carrying her. A map of the facilities on all 3 sites would be useful.

Excellent service and complimentary snacks and drinks even a bottle of Bucks fizz , Susan was very quick to respond to any queries very helpful and friendly .
Not a big deal as we knew in advance but towels would be appreciated.

Couldn't find any holiday parks as they only take booking from Friday or Saturday starts which was not ideal for us. We booked for October half term. I found this and was excellent because we wanted to arrive on Sunday. I am sure you can book midweek start too or they can be more flexible compare to if you book direct with the holiday park companies. It was clean on arrival, had tea, coffee and a bottle of bucks fizz waited for us. Very nice touch. Also basic toiletries, soap, washing up liquid etc nice that it is provided does make a difference. It was well equipped. Most caravans dont provide basic stuff. The location is good short stroll from the beach and Brixham town centre. The site is good the pool and amenities due to covid was via a booking system. Overall we had a nice stay and sure will be back.
