We had booked an one bedroom suite and we were upgraded to a two bedroom suite, which was really spacious and comfortable. As we arrived late and there are no late dinning options around we appreciated the kitchen amenities as we bought food from a nearby supermarket. There was free parking under the hotel. We enjoyed our morning swim at the heated outside pool. The bar seemed lively and nice at the time we arrived, although we hadn't the time to visit it.
There is a large construction site right next to the property, obviously replacing the preexisting forest at the space. This downgrades the surroundings. It also affects the pool area image. The room had a modern look but rather impersonal.

Location! Room was everything we wanted and more- very comfortable.

Room was very spacious and comfortable with all modern conveniences. Pool area was really nice and a good place to relax. Good bar area with friendly staff. Great location directly opposite the Mammoth center and the uplift station and buses.
Restaurant, food ordered at Breakfast on our first day wasn't good and found better options for breakfast and evening meals in the town center, 2-3 min walk away.

Het was een mooi hotel, we hadden een fijne grote kamer.
Personeel was niet heel vriendelijk.
Jammer dat er betaald moest worden voor het parkeren.

Location is excellent! In room kitchen facilities are convenient.
Resort fees are excessive. We had to report two maintenance issues: a leaking hot water faucet and a low battery alert on the thermostat. The staff should be on top of maintenance issues so that guests don’t have to deal with them. The person who checked us in gave us the wrong room number, so the keycards did not work. We had to go back to the desk to correct this issue. This was not a good start to our stay.

Friendly, clean, lovely, pet friendly, ease of parking, the view from 6th floor, the fireplace, quick response to concerns, offered helpful ideas about surrounding areas…
We liked the property…just a few nicks on furniture & paint in our unit…truly no big deal..yet needs attention.

Location close to the slopes
In the room, it’s only one king size bed with a sofa bed. If you’re traveling with a friend, it would be nice to have two queen size bed instead of a sofa bed, which is very hard to sleep. After you get up from that sofa bed your body it’s very sore
Even if you are a member of Marriott, Bon boy, you still don’t get any privileges at your property

We booked a one-bedroom suite and it was quite comfortable for our family. View from the room was amazing from the high floors. The facilities were really great. Overall, a great experience and the perfect place to stay if you are planning to stay at Mammoth Lakes.
10.0
The location and the view from the room. We were there off season and made good use of the well-equipped kitchenette.

Nothing, or at least I can say the breakfast menu was good and the dinner menu too, plus one of the waiter at breakfast a guy from Mexico was really nice.
Everything, I really had a terrible stay.
When we arrived the Vallet were rude, they do not even help you with bags and they stated if you want to use us is 25 US Dollars. The shaved bellboy was extremely rude, receptionist were all rude especially a blonde guy in the evening and an asian american girl. It was pouring rain and they did not have enough umbrellas for customers, plus they charge them to your room cause they are afraid you might steal them. Room was badly kept, dirty, dusty, not rershed, lined were not ironed. The cleaning ladies were so rude, they would enter in the morning even if there was a sign do not disturb, and wouldn't even say sorry.

Excellent location, free underground parking, well equipped room with kitchen.
Nothing.

Location is the best and rooms are very nice and well maintained
Elevators were very slow and one of three (including the service elevator) was broken. 2 primary elevators for such a large hotel with one broken is not acceptable

Room size was small

Beautiful view
Tub kept clogging, fireplace glitched and initially had to be serviced, only one washcloth the first night and none the second day, room had a sour smell upon entry

ski valet
we waited for 15 minutes before anyone served us at breakfast… one of the elevators was down… Which made the waits unbearable on Saturday

Dog friendly. Garage parking. Free coffee. Great staff, very helpful and friendly.
Dining table was on carpet, would be cool if they had toddler/ infant chairs from restaurant to be used in rooms during stays upon request.
