nice clean and efficient room and bathroom. very comfortable bed. amazing fireplace. excellent heating. adequate internet connection to do some basic work. extremely helpful and discrete hosts.
Location 35 minutes away from the valley but still in the park, had to commute but it was ok. breakfast not my style but not important either - hot chocolate was delicious. no closet

The beds were firm and the pillows were soft and lush. The little snack box was great and the fireplace was cozy! It felt so homely with all the little touches!

Property inside the park. It was not only well equipped but cozy. After a long (wonderful) day of hiking different trails, big and comfortable bed to rest. Hosts left snacks (very thoughtful) both days we stayed. We were very lucky and our last night it snowed and it was like a fairytale, so charming, and they have a fireplace. We 🥰 loved it.

Location was great, so close to some serious attractions. Property was clean and a great place. Very approachable and helpful hosts
Great for a short stay for two but staying for much longer and the limited storage would have proved problematic. We couldn’t find much by way of local food so come prepared

Top Lage, super nette Gastgeber, es gab sogar ein kleines Frühstück, Zimmer sehr schön eingerichtet

Breakfast was nicely packed in picnic boxes that we could take away. Good quality food.
If you have a lot of luggage, there isn't much by way of storage space. Also, there are no elevators. If you're traveling light, none of these apply!

Everything was very clean and nice. We called Alexey a few days prior to our visit and he gave excellent advice in answer to our questions since this was our first time to the park. We saw him during our stay and on the last day once again he answered all our questions. He is a great host.
The breakfasts were good as well. Kitchen was well stocked too.
In the apartment we had, L9, the deck lights at night made it hard to keep all the light out.

A lot of effort put in the property. Warm, good appliances, TV, cable. Bathroom. Gas grill was excellent. Very comfortable.
Yosemite West is 20 minutes uphill driving from the park, that is a problem. But one has to check the map. I knew that in advance. Stairs may be a problem. Too much color and texture variety in the studio, a bit overcrowded. But comfortable.

Location was fantastic! Hosts thought of everything and stocked the room with all of it! Breakfast and wine were very appreciated. The bed was extremely comfortable. They also checked in during the stay and were quickly responsive when I needed anything.
Nothing.

Great location, 15 Minute drive to the valley to beat the masses in. Beautiful views and sunset, nice outdoor table, grill on deck. Quiet neighborhood, Met the owner Alexi, very nice and responsive. Perfect place for a couple to stay. Loved being able to cook and relax in private. Comfortable bed, nice bathroom, well stocked with needed items.
Had everything needed, only thing not working was the electric burner. Paying for location but everything is expensive in the park.

A great location to access Yosemite. Hosts were meticulous about giving directions to make it easy. Accommodations were clean and atmosphere was great. I'm very picky...it was great.
That I had to leave.

Communication with the hosts was amazing. Bed and pillows were sooo comfy and the balcony with the bbq was a big success! We loved sitting on the balcony at the end of a big hiking day, relaxing, enjoying some wine and taking in the Yosemite air.
Nothing.

The apartment was absolutely fantastic! We were absolutely blown away by it and it was far beyond our expectations. The view was incredible and there was everything we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked and even with all spices for cooking. The bbq was a really nice option to have.
Yosemite west is about a half hour drive from mariposa grove , glacier point and also yosemite village. The hosts reply really quickly to any queries. We would deffinately stay again.
Nothing at all!

The location was great. The grill was very new and modern, the bathroom was very clean and efficient.
The room was smaller than I expected, there were some cobwebs in the lamp shade, there were no cupboards or drawers to unpack cases, and it looked like not a lot of money had been invested on upgrades over the last few years.

Alexey is one of the best hosts I have encountered. He is extremely patient, helpful and kind. Rooms are extremely comfortable and I really appreciate their attention to small details which made our stay much more enjoyable. We have a large group of people and having a kitchen in one of the rooms is super convenient. Really enjoyed our stay!
just be aware that although Yosemite West is in the park, it still takes 40 min drive to the valley. that said, we are close to the glacier point and mariposa, so it worked out well for our trip!

Comfortable bed and very thoughtful touches.
Big terrace, grill.
Wish we could stay longer.

Great location. Good facilities. Great host. Very comfortable. Great deck with furnitures. Variety of items in the kitchen like coffee, olive oil, utensils etc. Host is very flexible on breakfast options.
Not much in this section. They have a portable cooking plate. It would be great if it's an inbuilt range with an exhaust fan. But it's not a breaking deal if you keep your cooking to minimum to medium.

A room with a small kitchenette, very clean, new and very well maintained, quiet A/C, comfortable bed. The hosts kept in touch, making sure we are happy with our stay (and we met one of them, Alexey, on departure and had a nice chat).
We did make our own breakfast, though the owners had prepared continental breakfast packages (as well as complimentary wine and snacks) that we ended up taking with us to go.
The place had a small oven and an outdoor patio grill (immaculate, perhaps brand new) and we used both of them to make simple hot meals.
We were very happy with the stay.

The property is in an EXCELLENT location - inside the gates of Yosemite and about 30 minutes from Yosemite Valley. This location means that you don't have to wait in line to enter the park each day, which saves a lot of time. The property is very well appointed with an incredibly comfortable king bed, kitchenette, gas fireplace, and bathroom. The kitchenette includes a microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, kettle, coffee maker, and small portable cooktop. There's a grill just outside the door available to use as well. All necessary dishes and cooking utensils are available along with paper towels, dish soap, and dishwasher detergent. Towels, hairdryer, and toiletries are provided in the bathroom for use. The condo doesn't have a closet for hanging clothes or a chest of drawers for use; we didn't mind living out of our suitcase but some individuals might want to know this ahead of time. Our hosts were very responsive to all communications through the Booking app and replied in a timely manner. We even had an issue with the electricity going out during our stay and they were accommodating and apologetic, allowing us to make an adjustment to our stay. We would absolutely recommend this location and would stay here again the next time we visit Yosemite. The area is quite and parking is easy.

I liked everything about the property. Checkin was a breeze. They stocked up the fridge with breakfast items and even offered to restock the next day. The staff was very attentive and stayed in constant communication with us. The location was perfect and was only a short drive into Yosemite Valley.

it was a well equipped and well designed property. Very modern and comfortable.
The instructions to get to the property were poor. We spent one full hour after reaching the area. As the phone signals were not available it was impossible to find the accommodation from the external markings and directions.

It was a very peaceful beautiful place. The hosts were very helpful and responded quickly. It had all the necessities of home.
The cell service was only available to Verizon customers. Which made it difficult to reach them when i was in a pinch.

What matters is in the details.
I reserved this place for a trip with my friends who were visiting from outside of the USA. When we arrived, my friends were pleased with the place. It was beyond our expectations.
This place is like an upscale hotel room, but with much more space than a hotel room.
We could see that the owner paid attention to all the details. The path from the carport to the entrance had snow-melting mats, unlike the neighboring places, and we didn’t need to worry about slipping on the icy stairs.
There were almost all the amenities we needed (perhaps except for slippers. But I understand not everyone asks for slippers).
There was a welcome snack with wine, and the breakfast provided was more than enough.
I contacted the owner about a month before the actual trip, and the owner responded to my questions kindly every time with no delays.
The lodge is located in Yosemite west village, and it has incredible scenery. We were very proud that we found this place.
I certainly plan to take my family back to this place next time.

There are a lot of positive details to write about the YoBee! property. In short, I thought it was one of the more enjoyable lodgings I've experienced across many years of travel. I would say this applies even more so when considering that the lodging is for a National Park. The hosts have considered a significant number of details across all aspects of the property. Perhaps most important are a quiet lodging, comfortable bed and a great shower.
The hosts send a tremendous amount of communication your way to cover all the bases. When it comes to communication the details are there if you need them to reference.
During our visit we had to deal with snow. Alexey made sure that we felt safe dealing with the snow by ensuring us the roads and driveway/parking for the lodging would be cleared. As a result, we had no issues with the weather (approx 8" of snowfall). Our climate doesn't include a lot of snow, so while it's normal for many, it was a bit intimidating for us.
The breakfast provided was awesome. It had a great selection of items that fit our preferences, and the host communicated options to request additional food if needed. We had more than enough to cover breakfast and also take snacks from the breakfast allotment into the park. The host, Alexey, made sure the options were convenient such that the items could be taken to-go.
Food options are otherwise not close by, so ensure you bring enough food or plan to make trips to Yosemite Valley or another area. This translates to a minimum drive of 30 minutes one-way. But to the section covering breakfast - you have a few snacks built in from it.
We needed entertainment due to the snow and it's covered with the TV and WiFi.
The kitchen is very well thought out, stocked and managed for its size. We were able to cook a few items. It's nice to have an actual coffeemaker and not a Keurig like solution.
There was honestly not anything negative about our visit at YoBee!
We knew the distance from Yosemite Valley and this meant a ~30 minute drive to reach it. I would not list this as a negative due to the fact it was clear upfront, but it is important to be aware that the lodging is this distance from the valley. You are either staying somewhere like this with a drive or staying in the valley (at what I thought was a significant premium). The drive in and out of the valley is beautiful, so I was happy with our decision to stay in Yosemite West. If you want to park and not drive, pay for it in the Valley.
I could've written a lot more in the positive section about this lodging, but I ran out of space :) The property is deserving of its rating.

loved how cozy the place was! 30 minutes away from the Yosemite valley which was perfect. the hosts were very lovely and very accommodating. they made sure we were feeling comfortable and had everything we needed and they answered any texts very quickly
the roads were a little icy but not really that bad

style, location, furniture and fittings, comfort,in fact everything
no storage space for cloths, 2 very small draws and the wardrobe did not have any hangers and contained the travel cot and spare bedding. we arrived in the dark and had trouble finding our holiday home, we were in L9 and the signs showed U3 and L8. however these are small things and overall the house and facilities were excellent
