Nothing it was a poor experience
Everything and has the audacity to label itself as luxury.
The room had a very bad mouldy smell and was messy. The fridge and washing machine smelled bad and the shower cubicle was disgusting. It was an awful experience and the owner was unhelpful when I raised this.

Place was clean and in a great location, very comfortable.
Didn't appreciate feeling rushed out as the cleaner came before my checkout time.

Nothing
Good morning, I'd like to give you some feedback on the apartments we stayed in last night in No. 21 and No. 29 Lancaster place last night, No. 29 stunk of smoke and Cannibis, to the extent my mother wouldn't stay in the room, so we all went into room 1 in house 21.
No. 21 also smelled of stale smoke and weed in the building. then had a broken back door lock that wouldn't lock, I eventually got it locked after moving the substitute wood placed in the frame to keep it closed.
Back yard has bins, rubbish, weed buts, takeaway food and to top it off, dirty used sanitary pads,
I understand it was cheap, however the pictures and the way you word your flats is highly inaccurate and I'd imagine against the law to say otherwise,
We have left 1 chair from 29 in 21, and 1 cup also,
We will be leaving by 10am if you wish to see for yourself, however my mother has eventually gone to sleep, so please leave it till 10am, so she and my partner can try and rest.
I look forward to a very positive response and hopefully resolving the issue soon.
Regards David

It was close to my son's University, serving the purpose of our stay in Leicester.
It states they are luxury apartments, however it was far from that. The facilities were extremely basic. The fridge was dirty, the saucepans were dirty, the door looked like someone had tried to kick it in. The walls were scuffed. We had trouble accessing the property as it was late, it was not clear as to it being the correct place and the code was incorrect and I was not told which apartment it was. It was in a house with several tiny apartments. The hallway was dirty and so was the staircase. Definitely not a luxury apartment, nor a luxury stay. There was not even a table in there to sit and eat a meal.

The location to the town centre
If you actually require any rest at all (like we did after a long night shift) better not bother booking this room because it is clinically white (with dirty walls) throughout and has the feel of an open prison cell. The electric shower kept cutting off and with it, the electric of the whole apartment which you had to reset via a fuse box in the next room. Not safe. In my 5 minute shower, this happened 3 times. We booked for 2 people, we were only provided with one towel which was old and starchy too.
Isn't homely at all and is only equipped with a bed, a desk and a manky, stained chair that's also rickety.
There is also no available parking except the pay and display across the road which costs £6 (for 10 hours, but still inconvenient). The landlord was kind enough and answered the phone quickly, but gave the wrong door code 3 times.
Then in the middle of our stay asked us to open the door to 2 guys that were fitting a washing machine into the apartment.
the cleaning staff were banging around from about 10-11am which may not be terrible for everyone, but if you work nights like we do, it's awful as the hallways and apartment are very echoey as it is, so with a hoover being smashed against the door of the apartment (basically where you sleep) it was impossible to sleep. I understand that cleaning is necessary and that the cleaners were just doing their jobs, but the landlord could have let them know to maybe not be so loud as there are people currently in the other apartments, or sent them a little later in the day when such racket is more acceptable.
Staying here was so awful that I packed up my things and left my friend there after attempting sleep for about 4 hours to no avail, it was just an absolute disaster. £65 is a massive inflation on what the apartment stay is actually worth. I've stayed in tents more comfortably.

Location
The apartment was dirty. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned for a long time. The appearance of the apartment is nothing like the pictures, the apartment is in very bad condition. Contact with the owner after check-in is not possible, the lady did not answer the phone.

It was close to the university. Which was great because I was there for graduation.
Everything else.
There were bug stains on the bed sheets, the pillows were practically flat, stains all over the walls and cupboards. It was like it was never cleaned beforehand. I didn’t even feel comfortable going to the bathroom I had to go to the university gym showers. It was just all round a mess. Definitely 0/10.

Pictures
Unfortunately pictures don't match reality. Filthy and overall I wasn't feeling safe. The door seemed not to close properly. Disappointing, luckily price wasn't too high, I was hoping it may be good value for money, but not.
