It was ok but very loud

The place itself is ok as shown in the photos. The location is good as it is very central and there is a parking which is super close which is convenient

However the building is really strange and we had a difficult time finding the apartment. It was super loud throughout the whole night there were neighbors talking and people screaming and we could hear them really loud and clear.

Don't recommend, not safe

Close to city center (8min waking from main train station) and easy to retrieve the keys. Wi-Fi available

We arrived at the accommodation, but decided to leave after a few hours because we didn't feel safe and didn't like it at all, although we had it booked and paid for 3 nights. There were 2 main areas with issues: 1. SAFETY: - the door didn't lock from the inside, it just blocked the doorknob - the building had structural issues (big cracks on the staircase walls and mold on the walls from the first floor) - the area in which the accommodation is located doesn't seem safe at all, after talking to some locals, it seems to be the worst area in Brno 3. FACILITIES (these were things that could have been easily fixed by the owner): - the ventilator in the bathroom was broken and there was no hanger for the towels. The hand towel seemed ancient and super worn out (it's the only photo I took of the place). There was no toiler paper holder & no shower gel/shampoo - there were only two coat hangers in the room, although there was a wardrobe and a clothe rack. Inside the wardrobe there was a big rolled up carpet. So basically you couldn't use the wardrobe - the bedsheets were of very poor quality, almost made out of plastic - all furniture, although not old, seemed shabby Given all these, I wouldn't recommend booking this accommodation.

A wasted day in Brno.

Not very far from the train station. Basic studio accommodation, very clean. Excellent Wi-Fi.

Not the studio fault but there is no grocery stores nor restaurants nearby. And it rained all day, so no chance to visit old Brno.

No reception, no hot shower.

Clean and comfortable bed

Shower switches from hot to cold every 5 seconds, no reception, they ask you to get keys from an old box in the wall that doesn't open.

Superb

I was a little worried at first by all these “negative” commenta by others left for this apartment but I have to say, if you have no high expectations, the place is actually really good. The position is really nice, close to the station and the centre, the keys are right next to the door (while other comments said it was hard to find the keys) and the staff responds very quickly to your questions (at least for my experience). The place is not big but comfortable and clean, there’s all the essential things you need (especially for a short stay like mine). And there were no sounds from the outside for the whole night (while I read lots of comments complaining about weird sounds or smells coming from the neighborhood), it was really quiet, and yeah, the hallway is long but not scary or dark, or creepy, as they say!!!!

The only bad things probably are: - the door is a little difficult to open, you need to be patient a little bit and push hard. - the bed, it was comfortable but at every move it makes noises

Horrible

The bed was comfortable.

The room has a bad smell. It was very cold and the radiator doesn't warm the room at all. The host was rude, using her key to come in without any warning, a huge problem and invasion of privacy. There was black mould in the property. Its noisy, you can hear the neighbours next door. Wouldn't recommend booking this property.

Room for improvements

The fact that it's close to the city center and cheap. The staff allowed us a late checkout.

The bed is terribly hard and insanely loud, kept waking up any time one of us moved. Not the best neighborhood of Brno, expect some very drunk homeless people in the street. The flat was really hot when we arrived with no air-conditioning nor fan.

Really bad way to obtain the keys.

Comfortable bed .

The way to obtain the keys is really sophisticated. I spent almost a hour to understand and find the keys. Host person don't speak English and all explanation (perhaps using Google translate) was unclear.

You get what you pay for :) It was not bad, but nothing amazing

Place was okay. Location is not bad for the price. It was easy to find the place and find the keys, despite needing to pick it up on the way. The downside of that is, that we could not take a tram from the train station to the property as we had to pick the keys up halfway and had to walk with our large suitcases all the way (about 18min walk) The internet met our needs, kitchen was nice and clean. Shower was good.

There was no coffee, despite the description saying the coffee is free for us to use, with the nespresso machine. We pointed it out, then they brought it over. Maybe it was just forgotten this one time. Beds were not comfortable at all. I hurt my back sleeping there for 2 nights and still busy recovering. Host was okay. Asked us for documents to be sent to her beauty salon email address, but never responded that the documents were received and/or accepted, so we did not know until we arrived whether we would have any issues.

Clean apartment, great localisation, enjoyed a lot.

I arrived at 11 PM and there was not a problem for the host to accommodate me so late. I got a detailed instruction how to get the keys walking distance from apartment. That was very helpful and stress free.
