About this apartment rental
Summary:
Mulberry House offers spacious comfortable, spacious and bright apartments with just flats per floor. A selection of one and two bedroom apartments are available, each with its own splash of personality and all with sofa beds for additional guests. Some even offer views of the London skyline. The spaces are ideal for couples, business travellers and groups.
The Space:
This generously sized apartment is designed with the urban traveller in mind and is located on a quiet side street away from the main bustle. Approach the apartment via the first floor and then immediately walk through the hallway into the large reception room with barrelled ceiling and wooden floors. The reception room features a large sofa bed and dining area with tv. The open plan kitchen features a washing machine so that you can do some laundry and travel light, a dishwasher because who wants to do the dishes by hand, toaster and kettle, fridge, stove/hob, oven and microwave. We know how important it is for people with special dietary requirements to prepare food for themselves rather than rely on the understanding and cooperation of restaurants and you may not want to eat out all the time, so we make sure you have the added choice of self catering. Of course, there are plenty of pots and pans, cutlery and crockery for you to use.
There are two bedrooms. The main bedroom features a king size bed, lots of wardrobe space and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a slightly smaller bed which comfortably sleeps two and it has access to a separate shower room. Both bedrooms feature hotel quality bed linen, wardrobes with hangers, plenty of drawer space, TV, hair dryer, iron and ironing board and good quality towels for all guests. We will supply you with some toiletries on arrival and also put together a welcome pack of tea, coffee, milk and some snacks for when you arrive.
Good quality wifi is available in all our properties to help you plan your day's sightseeing, catch up on some work, keep in touch with friends and family back home or simply to relax after a busy day in the capital.
All City Living London properties offer convenient bases to discover what London has to offer so that you can recharge at the end of the day and then do it all again.

We had a wonderful stay. The flat was true to its description, and was in a great location, being within a short walk of Farringdon Tube station and Exmouth Market. Angela and Simona were very helpful with check in and keeping in contact with us. We truly enjoyed our stay and hope to be able to come back and stay there again.

Close to the inner City, Restaurants nearby

Location is close to train and bus lines and unit was clean and well stocked. Some things that could be better; hard to operate switches and appliances; particularly washer, the tub could use a grab bar and none of the linens fit the sleeper couch. The LR can didn’t seem to work. But in general, this was a great place to stay.

Rather newly renovated flat in a quiet area before NYE. This flat had all the amenities like a hotel (plenty of towels, travel size shampoo, etc.) It is a 10 minute walk to the Tube however as well as a few restaurants in the area. Bus stop right outside the door. Has washing machine but no dryer. Overall a great place if you want to stay in this area.

We were a group of 2 couples and wanted a spacious, quiet place with 2 separate bedrooms and bathrooms. Moreover, we didn't want to be too far from St Pancreas train station because we needed to catch an early Eurostar train. The 2M Clerkenwell was a good choice for us. It got everything that we needed although the wifi signal wasn't very strong but it was fixed by the 3rd day.
The location was safe. A Premier Inn was nearby where we left our suitcases for storage since we couldn't check-in till 3 pm (booked thru Stasher.com). There were 2 supermarkets near the underground station and plenty of eateries there. Not far from the apartment there was the Exmouth Market with some restaurants. The Farringdon underground station is about 10-14 minutes walking distance from the apartment and it is only 1 stop from the King Cross/St Pancreas Station.
The apartment management was very helpful and kept me up to date about the wifi problems.
Overall, our stay was great and I would book this apartment again in the future.

Apartment was in a very convenient location, less than 10 min from the Farringdon tube station. We were able to travel throughout London (and to Heathrow) very easily. The neighborhood had many restaurants, and grocery stores and was very walkable. The apartment was very nice - clean, well lit and very spacious for our party of four adults. Having two bathrooms was very helpful, and the kitchen was well equipped, for the most part. A few minor issues - the wifi was very slow, so we ended up doing without it. It would have been helpful to have a few condiments in the kitchen, like oil or pepper (there was only salt). The shower head in the master bath is a bit awkwardly placed, a bit too low on the wall - this forced the user to hold the shower wand to make it useful. Also, I couldn't get the heaters to work - I tried adjusting them, but they didn't seem to get warm. All minor issues, as we still had a wonderful time and would not hesitate to rent the unit again!

Exceptional experience with great communication provided by our host while we stayed at this modern apartment for our 10-day London holiday. Our flight arrived after 10pm and the instructions and keycodes provided by the host were easy to follow and we had no issue accessing the apartment late in the evening. The apartment was ideally located for all our planned events: 5 plays/musicals, cooking class at Le Cordon Blue, museum visits and more. The apartment was clean, bright, and suitable for families or couples. The apartment is close to Farringdon Tube Station, and we took advantage of the restaurants in Exmouth Market, which was a short walk away. Several options for grocery stores close to apartment made getting breakfast supplies easy. We have already flagged this property as one we would book again, and we would recommend it to friends who travel to London.

We were in town for a NFL football game at Wembley. The location of the flat is great for sightseeing around London and it is very close to public transit. Property management was easy to work. We were able to check into the flat early upon arrival.

The location of the flat is fantastic. Very close to transportation and great restaurants.
The management staff was VERY responsive and helpful.
Allowing us to leave our luggage beyond check out time was a fantastic plus.

The apartment was well located on Elizabeth lane and Circle ln and more train lines.
It was clean, spacious enough.
The noise at night was the only bothering detail. We would surely come back in the future.

Great location to local restaurant and great coffee at FWD.

We were pleased with our accommodations. The flat and the linens were clean. Good location. No coffee pot only French press. Grocery store and restaurants around the corner. Communication with property manager was a bit of a challenge as it took 24hrs for them to respond after we had checked in.

This was the perfect flat for our mother/daughter/niece vacation. It was very clean and true to the pictures. Beds were comfortable. We made good use of the washer/dryer, iron/ironing board, and toaster. Only wish there were more table fans to use, preferably in the bedrooms. It stayed quite warm throughout the night. We would definitely stay her again!

The place worked out great for a family of 4 with 2 teens seeing the sights. Convenient to Farringdon tube, and took bus (closer to apt) a couple of times. Exmouth market nearby was good for last minute dinners. Easy walk to st. Paul adn British museum. Wifi was a little weak. I didn't come for the internet, but...2 teens.

The owner was kind enough to allow us early check-in. This was a great help because we had an early rnorning flight into London. We could go directly from the airport to the place and drop off our luggage and then start sight-seeing. The place was very clean and contemporary. Two bathrooms was a big plus. I recommend it.
5.0
The apartment had everything we needed, and the property manager and cleaning lady were very helpful with a last-minute request. We were also benefitted with an early check in which was a plus as our flight arrived early in the morning.
The sofa bed was also quite comfortable and big enough for two people.
The only negative was that the maintenance people never answered the phone. It was just a minor request for a missing battery.
Regardless of this our stay at Mulberry was perfect

The flat was fantastic! It is in a great location - off the beaten path but convenient to all of the "touristy" areas in London. Catching a cab, uber, bus and the tube were extremely easy. We loved being close to Exmouth Market. The Bowler - literally right outside the front door - is a great pub to grab a drink and some food. The flat was clean and had all the amenities we needed. We highly recommend it.

Excellent stay. The appartement is gorgeous, cosy, decorated with taste, well equipped, beds very comfortable. Nice Linen also available for the coach.
Location is perfect, next to bus stops, metro or within 30 mn walk of points of major points of interest. Grocery stores, pubs, aerea feel secure. No view from flat 2, except from a bit of traffic, however when walking ilmediately on Farrington Street, St Paul Cathedral and the Shard can be seen admirably.

We really enjoyed our visit to London. The flat was clean, modern and spacious. The location is excellent with easy access to the transport network. We would like to return in the future.
