Modern look; great location; accessible food and drinks. Free breakfast and shuttle.
I wasn’t thrilled that I needed to request that our room be cleaned. That should be automatic.
4.4
The size of the room, the hard wood floors, the dispensers for soap, Shampoo, conditioner etc, size of tv
No tub, shower was nice but water pressure was low.
4.4
Comfortable bed
The wait for the airport shuttle was really long (50 minutes) Saw several other hotel shuttles come and go in that time. I guess that’s to accommodate a schedule of people leaving the hotel but when you arrive later at night, you just want to get to the hotel as quickly as possible

The hotel was very clean and appointed well. The staff was friendly and helpful.
The room was VERY loud. We could hear planes landing/taking off regularly. The ice machine was right outside our door and it was not in its own room or even an alcove. The rooms don’t have carpet to muffle foot noise so we heard the person walking in the room above ours at all hours. It was nice that they provided breakfast. However, the food was mediocre at best even when compared to other hotels free breakfast offerings.

Breakfast was very good. It had a variety of hot items to choose from like a toasted croissant with sausage-egg-cheese, a vegetable frittata, and a cheese omelet. Hard boiled eggs, bagels, toast, make your own waffle, farm-fresh yogurt, oatmeal, cereals and you had to go into another room for the juices and coffees. It had a reliable timely shuttle service to the airport or the Mall of America. You technically could walk to Mall of America but it is a very busy four lane street to deal with. Staff was very friendly and helpful. If you have family, there is bowling, and other activities attached. Hopefully, they have larger rooms for families because the supposed suite we got was very small - only meant for sleeping. There was one chair and one small table. You could only hang clothes over the refrigerator and a few hooks on the wall. The soaps were squeeze bottles attached to the walls and took a bit to get used to. The hand lotion was very nice. It was clean - no carpet - hard vinyl. There were very good black out curtains you could draw down by pulling a chain. And, a nice design to pull down over the top of the black out curtains to disguise them.
It was an efficiency type apartment. Very small room with a small refrigerator but no microwave. However, you can use the microwave in the lobby. The bed was very firm and not really that comfortable. The pillows were too soft and as a result, there was no support for the neck. You can hear the airplanes at night and no way to turn the fan on to drown them out. The airplane sounds were not really loud but similar to if you lived within 5 miles of an airport. So, they did a pretty good job with sound insulation. But, if you are noise sensitive it could be a problem.

I am reporting for the family member who joined us here. I commented earlier for our stay.
Friendly staff and great shuttle service.
It was too small of a room.
4.4
The breakfast was great...You could make a waffle or grab something light. the location was perfect...Right across the street from Mall of America. I loved the cleanliness of the hotel and how well stocked the room was with pillows and towels.
The only thing I could think of is more parking. But I managed to get a good spot the couple nights that I stayed. No other complaints. The staff and area were great and I would highly recommend.

The hotel was very clean. They are obviously well staffed here because we were always seeing workers cleaning the lobby, halls or rooms. The front desk was efficient and friendly. TV made the kids happy since it had more streaming options. Very close to the Mall of America and five minutes from the airport (which is a good and bad thing—very loud planes would wake me up). That being said, great hotel but don’t expect a restful sleep. Thin walls. And don’t get near the ice machine. Seriously I could hear the neighbors’ conversations, words on their TV, and their alarms going off. I have stayed near airports around the world but never felt like the planes were landing in my room. If it wasn’t for this I would have given it a 10 but have to be honest.
Thin walls and loud airplanes

Location
Breakfast was pitiful...fine for a cheap motel but not ok for a Hilton. The omelettes were dry and tasteless, and the blueberry muffins exceptionally crumbly. There was the typical pancake machine and waffle maker.

The location was very close to the Mall of America and not too far from the airport.
The front desk receptionist (Katie) had a bad attitude and acted like it was an inconvenience for her to answer anyone’s questions, get towels, and book shuttle arrangements. The pool had no towels and when I asked her for any type of towel she never got any. I had to come out and ask someone else who got them right away. Any time I walked up and said “excuse me” to get her attention she looked up as if I was irritating her. I called ahead to book a shuttle to leave and after waiting over 30 minutes in front of her with my children I asked her for an update and she said I missed it (which I didn’t) and she was going to make me wait another 30 minutes. Luckily another employee (John) walked up, apologized for the inconvenience, gave me water, and I was easily on a shuttle within 3 minutes. She should not be the first person to represent the property and deal with guests. Lastly, the breakfast was good but the staff didn’t stay on top of keeping everything stocked and also came across as very irritated with guests.

It was close to MSP, which is one of the reasons I chose it. Staff were friendly, facilities were clean.
The entrance is difficult to find, especially at night. It is tucked in between a cluster of other businesses and a nature preserve (? - an undeveloped area of trees and field). The principal reason I mark down the property is that they charge for parking overnight - And I don't mean park and fly - If you have a car, you pay for parking. What the heck?? The other reason is a lack of a comfortable lounge area. The reception is very utilitarian - nice if you're looking for coffee or a snack, but not to sit.

It was very clean and close to the mall.
The blankets were super thin. The room we stayed in also had a weird banging sound in the bathroom walls. As if there was an issue with the plumbing somewhere. It kept my husband up all night.

Location, WhirlyBall was connected and had super good food & drink, close to Mall of America.
Loud planes made it hard to sleep at times, breakfast was very limited & cramped. Weed smoke was present constantly in the hallway. Rooms were a bit small.

モールオブアメリカから近くて便利。ランドリーもタダで使えた。

Location close to mall.
Fantastic staff - patience, polite and respectful.
The breakfast - was expecting more. I have had Hilton breakfast in UK and was expecting similar or more. This was just basic.

Great parking lot that was on edge of a stream that looked like a forest.
Building was very new and hip
Room was very modern with nice common sense hangers, hooks, huge tv, great lighting, window coverings.
Bathroom was awesome with these giant tubes of body wash, shampoo and conditioner that was attached to wall
The main floor had lots of neat items, like a pool table, outdoor fireplace sitting area, a little market and attached to another business with a tavern.
My GPS couldn’t find the address because the building was hidden behind another business (Whirlybird something or other)
Worst continental breakfast I have had in 7 different states!
No coffee maker in room but the had coffee / paint stripper on main floor 24/7 where they served the horrible breakfast.

Very clean. Comfy bed
Breakfast was very disappointing. No selection and what was there was cold and hard - eggs
4.4
The waffles from the waffle maker were outstanding!
The bed was not even remotely comfortable. The A/C made the room really cold on one side while struggling to cool the other part of the room completely.

Good location
Breakfast was not good! Older man at front desk and shuttle bus driver did not respond when u spoke to them. Customer service training needed. Also no one was at desk during checkout. Myself and 2 other couples waited for awhile. Staffing improvements needed ASAP.

We arrived after 3pm but still had to wait awhile for our rooms. Also the wifi never did work with our room number and name, had to use a code they gave us. Minor inconvenience on the wifi is all.
