SPECTACULAR panoramic view. 2 bedrooms/2 baths, a nice-sized balcony, Gated entrance, Swimming pool, Tennis court, and Main lake views!! Convenient 7 South Location!!

This 2 bedroom 2 bath unit is 1200 sq. ft. located on Lake Hamilton. The unit sleeps 6 people. Assigned parking in front of unit for easy access to unit. This unit is directly on the water. Both bedrooms have king beds and TV's. The living area has a large flat screen TV with surround sound. Kitchen is fully stocked for your cooking experience. The unit has a stacked washer and dryer. The complex has a pool, pickle ball court, and a picnic area on the water. You have plenty of places to fish, swim or just enjoy the sun. Magic Springs and Crystal Falls located 7 miles away, downtown is approx. 5 miles away. Hot Springs Mall, Grocery Stores, Restaurants, less than a mile away. This unit is located off of 7 South. This is a gated community. Boat slip is not included but typically one is available for rent prior to booking.

Exactly what we were looking for...excellent view of the lake! Well stocked condo and comfortable furniture to include patio area where we spent lots of time watching boaters and beautiful sunsets. We would definitely stay again.

First, the communication from the host was amazing from booking through checkout! The condo was as pictured and described, and had the most beautiful lake views! The location was perfect, just outside of the main strip of town, but easily drivable for shopping and eating. Would stay here again for sure!

Very nice condo, right on the lake. Very comfortable beds. Had an issue that I reported on arrival and didn't push for repair - host didn't offer to fix. Great place to stay though. Would definitely return.

This property was exactly as advertised and the pictures do not do it justice. There was an amazing lake view from the first step inside the door. I would highly recommend this property for a great weekend getaway with friends and/or family. This weekend was spent with friends celebrating their 28th wedding anniversary but my wife and I are thinking we may take a getaway with just the two of us. It’s cozy enough for two but spacious enough for four or six. It’s only minutes from the historic downtown baths and the casino and horse track. We will definitely stay here again!!

We enjoyed our stay at the Landings. The lake view doesn't get much better vWe brought our boat and used the slip just down from the balcony. Great view of the fireworks! Unit was comfortably furnished and had what we needed for the long weekend. Host was very responsive and helpful.

We had a blast feeding the turtles and fish from the balcony. Very roomy and the host was great with communication. The floating dock was a little noisy with heavy boat traffic in the evenings, but the sunset makes you forget about all of that. Truly beautiful! Also, if you are traveling with boat having the dock right there is perfect! Thanks for a wonderful trip! We loved the area!!

This condo was as described as had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. It was clean and comfortable. The kids really enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the fish and turtles below. The sunsets from the balcony were amazing. Condo is located close to everything. I highly recommend.

We had a wonderful time in Hot Springs and this unit was the perfect place for our family. I spent weeks searching and reading reviews before booking, and we definitely made the right choice with this place! The unit was so clean, the decor was adorable, and the layout inside and outside was perfect for our family of 5! And so spacious!!! Tons of storage areas and closet space and lots of room to spread out! The kitchen had an open view to the living area and the 2 full bathrooms were wonderful! There was also an amazing vanity area outside of the master bathroom so I could use that area in the mornings to get ready while the kids got ready in the bathrooms. The air conditioner worked perfectly and kept us cool when we were indoors, even with heat advisories outdoors. The large TV was entertaining, as was the trash compactor (we don’t have one and my kids were amazed with it!) The balcony was wonderful with gorgeous lake views and picture-perfect sunsets! We didn’t take advantage of the grill on the balcony but we will next time! The pool is close to the unit and the property was well stocked with everything we needed to feel right at home! The location can’t be beat… ~2 miles from Walmart and close to multiple restaurants and entertainment areas! Steven was so helpful before and during our trip, and was able to give us recommendations and answered all of our questions! There were several brochures in the unit that helped us to add extra fun events to our trip! We enjoyed horseback riding, putt putt golf, an escape room, Garvan Woodland gardens, and rented a boat for the day while vacationing Hot Springs. We had so much fun and we will definitely be back again!!!
