Estuvimos una sola noche porque nuestro vuelo llegaba de madrugada y nos resultó cómodo de llegar con el bus gratis desde el aeropuerto. El self check in es cómodo y la habitación sencilla pero acogedora. La recomendamos

Cada cierto tiempo se escuchaba algún ruido similar a una caldera, pero sólo eso, a pesar de estar cerca del aeropuerto tiene muy buena insonorización

Ideal airport stop-over

Free shuttle bus almost to the door - other airports can learn from Arlanda. Spotlessly clean bathrooms Fully equipped kitchen for my picnic supper w/tea & coffee making facilities.

The light in the room could not be turned off. Not the hostels' fault but every word and footstep of the early morning low-cost carrier passengers in the corridor easily audible. Take eye patch/ear plugs etc if you aren't leaving before dawn!

Smutsiga lakan som vi fick ta bort för att kunna sova. Rummet var bokat för 2 men hade bara en kudde. Vi klagade och fick meddelande att de skulle höra av snart. Personalen hörde av sig först dagen efter då vi redan satt på planet. Rekommenderar absolut inte!

Cheapest stay close to Arlanda airport

Clean, comfy bed, free bus to the terminals, contactless check in and check out

Asked for communication in English, but have been receiving automatic messages in Finnish all the time. Very late check in (after 4pm). 2 extra hours of checking in earlier cost ridiculously.

They have to be removed from Booking because they spoil their Reputation.

Room ok clean and Comfortable.

I was not able to enter my room because the system had a problem to verify my passport.So I had to wait 3 hours outside the entrance for 3 hours freezing-20.I called Customer Service 3 4 times but their answer was they couldn’t let me in until verification so I had to wait in the freezing cold even though the room was fully paid.Very disappointed and Poor Customer Service and no Support at all.I think they have to be removed from booking.First time I had such a bad experience in my life.It supposed Customer Support they are there to support you.They could have let me in and asked me to verify for example in the next couple of hours or something. It’s not an answer we don’t care you have to verify.I work with Customer Service for years it happened to me personally to go out of the Standards to help and support my Customers.Its an excuse they can’t they just don’t want and they are not for this job with such a Poor Customer Service support

Bra, men förväntade mig mer för pengarna.

Enkelt att komma in i byggnaden, samt fina lokaler.

Ej städat ordentligt, det var flera månaders damm bakom tv:n Samt att alla vägguttag ej fungerade i rummet utan bara ett fåtal (hälften)

Close to the airport and Hoyle offer shuttle for free.

Closed the airport. There is no front counter were you can check in everything is handle through email so you have to check to see when you get the code to get into your room.

We were there for one night not much that we did.

Great overnight accommodation close to the airport.

Stayed overnight to catch an early morning flight. Caught the free shuttle at 5:30am from the hotel next door. The location was quiet, room was great, everything we needed for one night’s stay. would recommend for accommodation close to the airport.

Nothing we didn’t like. All good.

Emplacement top ! Accès facile avec la navette. Toutes les instructions ont été envoyées par mail, très bonne communication. Concernant la propreté, rien à dire que ce soit la chambre ainsi que les communs.

Bodde i ett större rum/lägenhet. Fräsch inredning. Bekväma sängar. Enkelt att komma in med nyckelkoden. Gratis parkering. Parkeringen ny ombyggd och ligger på framsidan. Hotellet ligger perfekt vid Arlandas Alfa-parkering.

Disappointing

The hotel was eerie, completely empty - no reception, no guests. the rooms were okay but it felt like being in high-style coffins. when they cleaned the rooms i saw rows that did not even have windows. i can imagine that the banging of fireproof doors would be disturbing through the thin walls when full of people. it may be cheap but honestly creepy, would not stay there again.

I am not able to stay due to strong material smell.I have to leave rather than living therein.

I am not able to live there due to strong new decoration smell. The bed is also too high and close to window it is not safe.there is no barrier next to the window.The bathroom is outside of the living room. All the information are not clearly descript. Also, I arrived in the evening, no recensioner there.
