This self contained accommodation at the bottom of the owners garden, with its own self contained little garden, entrance & parking was ideally placed for the city centre.
The accommodation was very comfortable & clean.

Great central location with parking, and friendly hosts
Nothing. We couldn’t find a bread knife that’s all.

Parking was very convenient. The garden room and small courtyard with table and chairs were private. The accommodation and fittings were modern, clean and uncomplicated (there is a microwave but no hob/oven). The owners were welcoming and keen to ensure that everything was as required. On arrival we were glad of the fresh milk, tea, coffee, pastries and fruit juice but a variety of grocery stores, Co-op (late opening) and M&S Foodhall were within less than 10 minutes walking distance plus an abundance of cafes and restaurants.
Whilst the location was excellent for walking access to the city traffic moving around the junction outside the walls of the courtyard is noisy.

Very friendly hosts who met us on arrival to show us in to the property as well as providing a map of the city, which was much appreciated. Complimentary milk and orange juice in the fridge was a lovely touch. Apartment is cosy but has everything you could possibly need for a stay. Excellent location being a short walk to the city centre with plenty of good restaurants and pubs nearby.
Nothing everything was great

Everything you need in the compact space, comfy bed, TV , shower and toilet, kitchenette. Hosts were friendly but not overbearing. Own entrance so you can come and go as you please. Just a few minutes walk from the city centre. Nice complimentary teas coffee, .milk Juice and brioche as well as towels and toiletries provided.
Given it was very close to the city centre the road noise was a little loud but expected

Great location. Self contained with all the essentials. Very clean.
The bed was too small for us (we are used to a superking size bed) but it was comfortable. This is not a criticism, just didn’t suit us.

Perfect location, even had parking and a little garden. Nick and Lisa were super hosts

A great place to stay in central Chichester. Lovely hosts, who are so helpful. Very clean and well equipped. Nice garden space which is a bonus in a city centre.

We had brought our own breakfast but were appreciative of the pastries and of the milk provided.
It was really nice to have a roomy shower rather than a cramped cubbyhole.
I liked the courtyard garden though we were unable to make use of it due to the weather.
I missed having a coffee maker. Instant coffee is not very drinkable. There were however a good range of teas.
I also missed having a radio as the reception on the TV for live news was intermittent.

Lovely clean room and with a nice garden to sit in too. Perfect location for exploring the town! Very friendly and helpful hosts too, they let us check in a bit earlier than we had arranged and even left some milk, pastries and juice in the fridge.

Our hosts couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. We communicated by text and they were immediately responsive to any questions. The room has a charming little private garden in front, a good-sized bathroom, and is bright and attractive, with excellent Wifi. The location was very convenient and within minutes of shopping, restaurants and tourist attractions. The hosts had supplied milk, juice, tea, coffee, snacks, and soaps and shampoos. We very much enjoyed our stay.
I found the bed and pillows somewhat uncomfortable. My husband did better than I, but I would have loved a choice of pillows which might include one with feathers, and a more generous-sized blanket. This was my only complaint - all else was marvellous.

Location was perfect very close to all facilities lovely bars and restaurants a few minutes walk. The room was lovely very clean and a great shower. Loved to be able to sit outside for breakfast and an evening drink. Bed really comfortable and hosts were lovely very friendly and informative but then gave you your privacy. Would highly recommend we stayed for 3 nights whilst at Goodwood races.
Could not fault anything

Our usual option for Chichester was not available and rather than opt for a generic hotel experience we went for this snug after reading the reviews and information here on booking. It's an unusual venue for a city centre location, however once settled in it became our nest. It isn't a pure self catering arrangement but there are just enough facilities to keep you going. There are plenty of eateries well within walking distance together with a supermarket if you need any supplies. The location is very convenient for the bypass and town centre and there is a small off road parking space.
We are not ones for being negative after doing our research beforehand unless a venue is mis sold. A few personal preferences did not deter from our stay and cannot be avoided by the hosts. As we are 'country folk' the road system right outside maybe too noisy for some and the lack of a direct view is understandable. The bed for us was a little small but was very comfortable otherwise. There is some thought and upkeep to this cabin by the hosts and we would definitely stay here again if we need to.

It exceeded my expectations

The hosts gave us a very warm and friendly welcome and there was a safe place for our bicycles. The room and facilities were exactly as outlined and were very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the beautiful outside space. The hosts left basics for breakfast and hot drinks which were much appreciated. The only downside was not having a longer stay.
