From November 1- April 15 please be aware that the Utah Department of Transportation and Town of Brighton rules about canyon travel require snow tires (3PMSF) or chains to make it safely up the canyon and to the home. Snow plowing on neighborhood roads is provided by local vendors and intermittent. Cottonwood Lodging does not have control over snow plowing. Please plan to check in between 4pm-8pm at the latest to help avoid unplowed roads if it is storming and note that this home can accommodate ONLY 2 vehicles parked in the garage only. There is a road in front of the house and parking is not allowed outside the garage. Please call to inquire about garage size.

This stylish home in Silver Fork has EVERYTHING! Honeycomb View is a gorgeous custom build with all the comforts one expects in a luxury mountain home. Situated high on the sunny bench of Silver Fork just 1 mile from Solitude Resort and 3.4 miles from Brighton! Entertain in comfort with high ceilings, large windows, and a show-stopping 400-square-foot cantilevered deck on top of the world! Grill and entertain on the spacious deck, cozy up and relax in front of one of the 4 stone fireplaces (3 gas 1 wood), or take a soak in the newly installed hot tub on the lower patio. Honeycomb View is the perfect location to get away from it all.
MAIN FLOOR:
-Living Room- This floor features huge windows, lovely views, and an open floor plan. A 50" TV provides the entertainment, while a comfy sectional couch and a beautiful custom-built stone wood-burning fireplace bring comfort.
-Kitchen- Plenty of prep space, cooking tools, and dining ware to keep everyone full and happy!
-Dining Area- Enjoy your meals at the dining table (seats 8) in front of a gas fireplace! There are also 5 seats at the breakfast bar.
-Common Bathroom- A full bathroom with shower lies just off the kitchen.
UPSTAIRS (Primary Suite):
-Primary Bedroom- You'll find a king-sized bed and 42" TV in this unique lofted primary suite. The bedroom is partially open to the living room below (see pictures) but still maintains its privacy.
-Primary Bathroom- A luxurious bathroom featuring a jetted tub and a walk-in shower.
-Laundry Room #1- A full-sized washer and dryer are contained in a room off the primary bedroom entry. Detergent provided!
DOWNSTAIRS:
-Private Guest Studio- A large, open room with ensuite full bathroom as well as kitchenette! A king bed rests against one wall, while a queen-sized sleeper sofa is in the middle of the room in front of a TV. A gas fireplace is opposite the king bed. The kitchenette features all the typical kitchen amenities (even a dishwasher!).
-Lower Living Room- Featuring a wet bar, foosball table, TV and board games, this is the entertainment hub of the house! There is another Queen sleeper sofa in this room as well.
-Twin Beds Guest Room- 2 twin beds that can be combined as a king
-Queen Guest Room- great natural lighting
-Common Bathroom- A full bathroom with combo shower/tub sits in between the 2 bedrooms.
-Laundry Room #2- A full-sized washer and dryer live downstairs in a room off the wet bar area.
PATIO AND DECK ACCESS:

We had such a wonderful stay here. Everything was perfect from check-in to check-out. The views are breathtaking. There was plenty of space for everyone. The hot tub had an issue on the first night but a repair team came out immediately to fix it. We were so impressed but the response time. Very professional!

Honeycomb is a wonderful property with stunning views. The house is spacious, comfortable, super clean and very well equipped. The kitchen has everything you could want or need (nice dishes and glasses too). Plenty of towels and supplies. Great property for entertaining. Stunning views from the deck and hot tub (loved!) We had a couple of warm days but there were fans in each bedroom and with the windows open we were very comfortable (note ~ there is some road noise from the road below). The rental management company was excellent to work with and did a wonderful job of providing a lot of really great information for our stay. We had a really wonderful time!

Our family members all live in different states (and coasts) this trip was a mini-reunion with kids ranging 7-9 and adults. The layout of the house was perfect for multiple families (especially when some of us were jet lagged). Incredibly clean and a wide range of offerings in the kitchen. When we weren’t hiking we were in the hot tub, playing cards on the deck, battling is out with foosball or strolling the beautiful neighborhood. There was one incident getting locked out of a room and it was handled by our gracious hosts! Absolutely loved this home and stay.

Our family had a reunion plus ski trip with 11 of us staying in the home, coming from various parts of the US. Communication with the home management company was very good. The home has spectacular views and is set up well for a big group. The kitchen was one of the best stocked (from plates to pots to coffee and spices) we’ve seen in a ski rental. It could be helpful to have more chairs or fold-up chairs around the dining table (there were 6) so we couldn’t all sit together at the same time. We had plenty of linens, towels, and blankets for all of us. The driveway and parking situation getting in and out of the garage are challenging in the snow. I’d only recommend it for experienced snow drivers which we were fortunate to have in our group. We were able to park a large Suburban rental and pick-up truck in the garage (you’ll just want guidance navigating through the doors). Location-wise: You are five mins from entrance to Solitude and a few more mins to Brighton which made the ski experience pretty great. I think we’d stay in this home again in the summer or with experienced snow drivers again in the winter.

This was a beautiful property and the hosts were very helpful with our stay. The home was clean and up to date with everything one would need for a great stay. The only problem we experienced was that the neighbors did not allow any street parking thus making it difficult to accommodate our guest parking.

Our annual ski trip (11th year); I, my 2 sons in their thirties; a nephew in his thirties and two brother-in-laws.This year found a great home which allowed us to relax after skiing on the great nearby mountains. Our days started with breakfast and daily soaks in the hot tub. Spacious enough for all.But besides the beautiful house and the nearby mountains need to mention the house management team, imcluding the business owner. The issue we had with heating was quickly addressed and resolved. From the staff to the owner all professional and responsive. Could not ask for more. Look hopefully to return next year.

This is a wonderful house. Location is excellent. Host is very nice and accommodating. Our group was six skier guys with two vehicles and it was just about perfect size. Great kitchen/great room and huge balcony with great view. The road and driveway is tricky if it's snowy/icy with limited parking so you must have for wheel drive. We had two vehicles. Overall very good experience.

Our stay at Honeycomb View exceeded any experience that we have had at other rentals. The property management company went above and beyond to take care of us. They do require in winter that guests be guided into the neighborhood to ensure that no one gets stuck, lost or disturbs the neighbors. The community is a very quiet neighborhood. The roads are steep and require chained tires in the winter. Cottonwood Lodging was able to provide us with chains when we forgot. Carole and her team were amazing!

Our stay at "Honeycomb" was lovely. We enjoyed all the varying spaces to gather in, especially the one on the main floor that offered breathtaking views of the mountains and Aspen trees. The management company was extremely responsive, friendly and helpful with any concerns we had. Some of the furniture is worn but the beauty of the space overtakes. We were grateful to have the double garage space as parking is limited. The house is full of natural light, even on the bottom floor. In one room, you feel as if you're sleeping in the middle of an Aspen grove.

We had a wonderful stay for our family gathering. Home had all the amenities—well stocked kitchen. Gorgeous view from the deck, perfect for morning coffee and sunset watching in the evening. Easy walk to Silver Fork. Good access to Solitude and Brighton. We took the chairlift to try Solitude’s frisbee golf course. We had fun on the course—met some interesting people that helped ease the pain of losing several discs!

Our family has stayed at this location 4 times now and enjoy the location regardless of weather. We enjoy the mountains and the local owners as we have had many conversations with them and their peasantries. We are always trying to improve the property appeal by picking up trash on the canyon road and keeping the drive and garage swept out. We have really become accustomed to this location as a home away from home.

Our group really enjoyed our stay here! The hosts were extremely helpful and communication was excellent. We were comfortable in the living space. We would definitely stay here again. Only feedback we have is the listing stated there were humidifiers, but we weren’t able to find them and they would’ve been helpful with the dry air. Otherwise, 10/10 stay!!

My family and I had a nice time at Honeycomb View. The rental was spacious, clean, and had a lovely view. We were traveling with an infant and there were doors that could be closed to block all staircases, and sound did not travel from one part of the house to the other. The staff was very responsive and professional, with good communication. The only issue we had was that some of the appliances in the second kitchen were broken, and would sound alerts throughs the night.

Our family of 10 enjoyed every aspect of the location and views to be taken in. We stayed in late spring where snow was not an issue and foliage was green and smelled good with the flowers coming on. Our strolls down the lane in the evenings were met with courteous and friendly locals who gave us good recommendations for hiking trails near by. The individual rooms were easy to maintain comfortable temperatures and was quiet throughout. If allowed or available we have full intentions of returning to this location instead of the other Canyon options.

Beautiful home & location
This property was amazing! 12 girlfriends stayed through the weekend. We enjoyed the amazing views & the house was very comfortable, fully stocked with dishes, towels, coffee, filters, toilet paper etc. The house was clean & had a great open feeling on every level. The rooms were great & we were able to park 6 cars total which was perfect. It was the best place for our getaway weekend.

Outstanding home with a spectacular view. It's well equipped, and offers excellent privacy for 3 couples. The master loft is a little inconvenient, as you hear everything in the living space below. Bus since there are two additional living spaces downstairs, couples can remain in their space until everyone is awake. The only challenge is the steep sloping drive that is covered in ice (not snow, ice). It was quite treacherous, with mulitipe incidents of sliding backwards and sideways into the snow bank.
