Located on the historic Old Route 66 it's an easy drive or Uber/Lyft ride to most Flagstaff attractions such as The Lowell Observatory (where Pluto was discovered), The Orpheum Theater, and Northern Arizona University (NAU). This brand new construction comfortable 3 story townhome includes a bunk room with 4 full sized twin XL beds, a room with a queen bed, a master suite with king bed, and a bonus room with a twin bed that pulls out into a double twin. A large kitchen fully stocked with kitchenware for making meals at home and an electric fireplace to help keep cozy on cold nights are all part of the experience while staying at this Railroad Springs home. Our family of 4 stayed with another family of 4 to go skiing and we had a great time. Plenty of space and everything we needed. Garage parking was a plus! Would return again!

To start, Phillip, the owner, was very responsive, welcoming and great at communicating with us. Why did we pick this property? Because we wanted a location that gave us access to several local tourist attractions (Snowbowl, Observatory, the train in Williams, Downtown Historic District, hiking, Bearazizona, etc.), and this property was PERFECT. We had two adults and a 16-year-old with two 12-year-olds (all boys). Everyone enjoyed their own rooms. We cooked 2 of the 3 nights and the home had all the cookware, dishes, etc. we needed. We even had the option of a Keurig or old school drip coffee maker! Beds were very comfortable, with soft sheets and extra blankets and the home was clean and well appointed. The sectional couch easily fit all of us to enjoy a little TV at night after long days of adventure. The home is surrounded by tall, beautiful trees giving you the feeling of being in the forest, yet super convenient to everything we needed. The balcony was a nice touch and we all enjoyed it at different times. You don't hear the road noise when inside the unit and the private garage was super nice! We would strongly recommend but do be aware there are multiple sets of stairs. Although this unit shares walls with the neighbors, we did not hear a sound - so very well insulated. If we are lucky enough to return to Flagstaff, we would definitely consider renting this unit again!

Myself and 4 of my friends came up to Flagstaff to hike Mt Humphreys. This condo was the perfect place to stay! It had plenty of beds and bathrooms and room for us all the relax! Kitchen was well stocked and the beds were all so comfy. Phil was great to work with and fast to respond when I had a question. We would all totally stay here again!

My family and our friends needed a nice convenient location to stay as we travelled through Flagstaff, AZ. The location to explore downtown Flagstaff as well as the hiking areas in the mountains was perfect. The townhouse is very well maintained and modern. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit.

Very nice property close to most activities in Flagstaff. Three floors of stairs were a minor issue for the older folks in our group, but all worked out well, regardless. Had several folks staying in a local campground, too, and property had a big enough kitchen and seating on the second floor to feed us all.

Our blended family came for a long weekend to see the south rim of the Grand Canyon and Flagstaff area sites. This was a wonderful, comfortable place to return to in the evening after walking around all day. We would definitely stay again!

My family and I stayed here for two nights after enjoying the Grand Canyon the days before. It was great to have a washer and dryer to catch up on our dirty clothes. The location was close to Bearizona and the deer farm, which we visited as well. Plenty of sleeping space for our seven-member family. Overall, ann enjoyable stay.

This is a beautiful and cozy home! It was the perfect location for our weekend at Snowbowl - close to everything, but peaceful and quiet too. We loved having a garage to park and 3 bathrooms with showers. Phil was very responsive and a great host! We would definitely choose to stay again! :)

Property was easy to get to and close by downtown. The house was clean with plenty of room. Perfect amount of bedrooms and beds for us. Be aware there are a lot of stairs, not an issue for us, but my mother in law had a hard time.

This home was beautiful clean and very comfortable. At most it could sleep nine not 10. We all loved staying there. The Internet was great television worked. Everything was in working order and very clean. My only suggestion would be to please supply washcloths for bathing. Also, there were only two dish towels. Could there be more dish towels and a couple dish rags to use? Beautiful townhome

Place was great only problem had an elder with us to many stairs and the garbage cans in garage smelled so bad if you open door to go in or out smell would come inside Other than that place was awesome Thanks

We were concerned about the stairs because we had a toddler. Host purchased baby gates for both stairwells before our visit to meet our needs. They were a godsend! This allowed us to relax and not worry about the crazy toddler that is fascinated by stairs. Wish we would have stayed longer. Thanks again Phil. See you next Summer for 2 weeks instead of 1.

We had a fabulous experience staying in this townhome. It’s even nicer than pictured. Very well appointed & clean. Wonderful location and excellent communication with the owner. We traveled from the house to Sedona, the Grand Canyon & Antelope canyon with ease. The comfortable bedding was appreciated. If we return to Flagstaff we will definitely stay again! The restaurant suggestions were spot on! Thank you!!

Conveniently located in a nice neighborhood. A little noisy, especially since we had to have the windows open. Very spacious! Having 3 showers were awesome and the garage was a nice bonus!

The pictures do not do Philip’s place justice! He has everything you need, no detail is overlooked. Everything was super clean when we arrived, as if no one had ever been there (even the Keurig). He is really close to downtown and a grocery store, and even closer to a beautiful hiking trail. You can not go wrong with Philip’s place.

Great location! Easy to get to Snowbowl, downtown, grocery. Nice to have a two car garage, especially in winter. Lots of sleeping space for us and our teens and a couple friends along for a ski trip. We had everything we needed to cook, Keurig for coffee (we brought our own but there were pods provided), shampoo and body wash in bathrooms. Very comfortable beds. Definitely a lot of stairs which wasn’t a problem for us but could be for some. Phil was very responsive and made it easy.

Nice location and accomodation. Kitchen dishes and pans were dirty and pots and pans were old and very scratched. Heater broke down but owner got it fixed same day. Owner charged high amount to replace sheets that cleaners couldn't clean that I thought would have been easy to clean. He also charged us for stains that were not from our stay.
