Was a somewhat comfortable stay, room was clean & modern. Ok location

Clean & modern room. friendly staff.

Internet was weak had to reconnect each time. Also each time guests came & went from property when the door closed the whole room would shake and it felt like someone was trying to get into room.

Just right

It was very cosy and clean. The bed was large and comfortable, there were two pillows for each: one harder and another one softer (perfect for us as we're on opposite sides). The air conditioning was heaven. We had a clothes dryer which was perfect for when coming back from the beach with damp towels and swimsuits. The room was cleaned daily and the girl doing the cleaning was very attentive and nice. Thank you! Francesca is a great host and she helped us with everything we needed. Thank you!

Phenomenal value for money would recommend to everyone

It was extremely clean and was finished to an exceptional standard. The room had everything you needed, especially really good aircon! Great location with only a short 5 minute walk to the supermarket and another 15 minutes to the beachfront. The staff were the most helpful and organised you could ask for. There is not one bad thing I could say about this property. Worth every single penny.

Pescara little haven

The room is compact but has everything, sockets by the bed, clothes airer, good bed linens and extra fluffy blanket, Kettle to keep in the room. The bath towels are provided and there is an extra charge per person if you want them changed. The bathroom is brand new and impeccably white. The hostess greeted us on arrival and gave us keys, explained how everything works and gave us lots of information on what to do in the area. Great tips! The location is close to the airport, the train station and the bus station yet doesn't feel busy. Best to take a taxi on arrival from outside the airport. It is €20 for a 12 minute drive but will save you alot of frustration trying to catch the red bus to the train station especially if the flight is delayed. There is no allowance for that. Otherwise going back, we managed quite well by walking to the bus station and taking the bus to Chieti, it's about 25 mins ride for €1.20 each and it stops you right in front of the airport. There are also plenty of caffeterias for a quick breakfast and supermarkets like Tiger amico or Conad if you like to prepare a packed lunch for your trips. They will slice the fresh bread for you so you don't need cutlery really! This accommodation ticked alot of boxes for us as it suited our trip really well, providing with a clean, comfortable and safe place to sleep after our day trips and also great location to the beautiful promenade walks in Pescara. Highly recommend.

I don’t think it’s very suitable for solo travelers. I would opt for a hotel the next time I’m travelling alone as I saw and met nobody during my stay.

Little far from the centre without anywhere particularly nice to eat nearby - you have to walk to the old town or the centre (15 mins).

Exceptional

Everything! Simply the best place where I could have stayed! Great staff and super comfortable. It had everything I needed.

There are two things that could have been slightly better: 1. Location. It could have been closer to the city center and beaches. But it's only a 15 min walk away so it's completely fine! 2. Noise. The flat is located right next a noisy street but the windows are noise cancelling and having a climatized room makes it completely irrelevant.

The perfect stay in Pescara! Good value and great service.

Nice and clean, welcoming staff and great location. The room was cleaned and tidied during our stay. Free bottle of water and coffee at our arrival. The bed was very comfy.

The only minus was that the room is a bit small and it is difficult to fine enough space for the luggages once open. Building quite old outside but modern and new inside.

For me with baby too big distance to the sea. I wish to have a kettle for making tea.

Comfortable, convenient, economical, and very friendly host. My room can see a beautiful sun rise view from the balcony. It just stunning. And 1 euro for a cup of expresso...

Nice rooms in Pescara

The owner was really friendly and helpful :) The room was really great and enough for 2 people. With coffee machine and water heater for a nice tea :). There were a cafe just a block away, nice a cozy to have breakfast. Close to the city center. It takes around 20 min walking to get to the beach side.

The wifi never worked, even tho I alerted the owner. I guess nothing could be done to fix this. It wasn't only me but the person in the room next to me too. The builiding looks old but once you get to the floor where the rooms are everything is ok. The area is not quite nice.

highly recommend

Francesca was very friendly and helpful host. she provided me with map of the town and recommended places to go. she also arrange iron for me knowing I will need it for a wedding next day - thank you so much 😊 apartment was very clean, bed very comfortable, lovely tartare in each room to have a coffee on in the morning - super host, super place, highly recommend. note - 20 min walking distance to the beach and promenade, and 15min to city centre.

everything was good 😃 only thing I may suggest is for the air one to go down below 25, it kept stoping on 25 degrees option, which was slightly above my average.

Awesome!

All very clean, new, comfortable. Good A/C for those like me that need to be cold to sleep well at night. Location was awesome, many bars to buy good cappuccino and cornetto, as well as restaurants. No private parking but you always find one on street in front of the building. Self check in and check out. All was very nice! I'm already recommending it to friends!

Very modern and cozy

The room was very modern and comfortable with everything we needed. Staff had a little problem with english, but they were super helpful and with google translate we had no issues.

The building is next to a hospital, and you hear constant ambulance sirens throughout the night. But you almost can’t hear it with the balcony door closed.
