Enjoy the tropical Pura Vida residential apartment complex consisting residential apartments. Each apartment has its own Hot Tub for personal use.

The Englewood Beach apartment is a 1st floor king bed unit with direct access to the garden and the Tiki BBQ area . It has a second bedroom with a bunk bed. A private backyard area including an exclusive right of use of the Hotspring Hot Tub. Decide how warm you would like to have it!

To help you enjoying the warm water under the Florida sun, the apartment is equipped with SPA bathrobes to take full advantage of the Pura Vida.

The tropical garden invites you to discover the seasonal available Fruit and Pepper Trees which you can harvest and eat during your stay.

Enjoy the BBQ area and the Caribbean Tiki feeling without leaving the country.

All furniture, appliances, bedding are selected to give you maximum of relaxation. Cable TV including HBO and a recliner guarantees you a relaxed evening.

Fully equipped Kitchen including dishwasher, oven, microwave and large side by side refrigerator.

The apartment is equipped with an hotel safe, hair dryer, iron with ironing board and has access to the laundry area. The self check in/out area allows maximum flexibility for your arrival and departure.

Bring your boat and store it across the street with PALM HARBOUR Marina (www.palm-harbourmarina.com) There are wet slips available on a daily base, including power and water. Also you can use the fantastic commercial swimming pool for free if you rent a boat slip! Ask us for more information or contact Palm Harbour Marina (phone 941.697.4356).

Also in walking distance is the Palm Island water taxi located. (Discount if you have your boat in the marina!)

A 3 minute walk away leaves the ferry to Palm Island. You are able to discover the secret beaches of Palm Island. These beaches allow you to find the best shells and shark teeth even without a boat. Most of the people never find the island!

The Pura Vida residence is located in the heart of Cape Haze. Sitting in between Palm Harbour Marina and the Freedom Boat Club. You have the choice! Or just charter one of the fishing captains across the street and enjoy the world famous fishing between Stump Pass and Boca Grande. Boca Grande is known to be the Tarpon fishing capital of the world.

Right across you have the Leverock's seafood restaurant and the Water Taxi brings you directly to Rum Bay restaurant which is the only restaurant on Palm Island.

Excellent communication, walking distance to Cape Haze Marina where we had boat tour booked. Unit appeared newly remodeled, grounds were gorgeous with lots of room to relax and enjoy peace and quiet. Would definitely recommend!

We loved everything about this place. It is beautifully decorated and immaculate. The kitchen is well stocked and the beds are very comfortable. The outside courtyard is a little oasis with palm trees and 4 hot tubs. So happy we found this place!

Clean roomy well furnished One of the owners stopped by and was quite nice and genuinely concerned about us My only complaint is the property did not mention you must rent an upstairs apartment to use the hot tub in the garden (which is quite beautiful) Otherwise the one you use is behind the building (which is not quite beautiful) I. The condo was clean and perfect for what we needed. My family lives close by so the spot was great. My kids lived the hammocks and and the outside area is cute. The hosts are very responsive and helpful and it is a great location close to groceries, beach, shopping and everything you need. Would stay again.

My husband and I stayed here for 10 days while visiting family. The Pura Vida was perfect for us. Centrally located to beaches, stores, marinas and our family. There is a nice walking/biking path the runs along the road out front for exercise. The outdoor areas were clean and well layed out. The unit was clean and comfortable. Our host made a point of checking in on us after a few days to make sure all was well. We were quite pleased with our stay and would highly recommend it to our friends and family.

We were very impressed from the moment we arrived. The property is beautiful with a relaxing vibe. The location is convenient to beautiful beaches, restaurants, and shopping. The accommodations are super clean, updated, and comfortable. We did enjoy relaxing in the hot tub after a day's excursion. Katja is an excellent and responsive host. We spent a week in one of the downstairs apartments. We were impressed by the cleanliness of the entire establishment and the locations convenience to shopping restaurants and beaches. Traffic was light compared to many other Florida areas we have visited. We will definitely be back! We also loved getting in the hot tub!

This property is really nice and has a extra amenities you won't find with a typical hotel room. Also, it is centrally located to beaches and there are plenty of things to do in the area. Management is extremely helpful. Our unit and bedroom was really close to the busy road. I am an early riser so this was not a problem. However, if you want to sleep late the traffic starts early and you can clearly hear it from the bedroom. Also, 1st floor you can hear the people upstairs scraping chairs and walking around.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful, the condo was immaculate, everything was just perfect. The owners are super friendly and came by a few times to make sure we had everything we needed. The property is really special, tiki huts, two hot tubs, plenty of outdoor covered seating, hammocks, a private sitting area directly outside of each condo with privacy curtains that can be pulled if you like - we have stayed in a lot of different places in Fla. over the years and this one ranks up there with the best!

We really appreciated that the place was clean. The outside area was nice with all the fruit trees. The other tenants were nice and loved our dog. The area was also good for us. Close to beaches and dinning in the area was good. I liked the Lighthouse Grill at Stumps pass. We would love to stay again. But would like to make it longer .

The whole place was so clean and tropical and well organized and very well run. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and everything needed to cook. The beds were comfortable. Katja and Alex couldn’t be more accommodating or nicer. We used the spa and rented bikes and even the laundry area was spotless. Location is perfect- Restaurants grocery stores kayaking all close by. Wide trail to walk and ride bikes right out the door. Lots of comfy outdoor furniture- we had a wonderful time.

This was a great little get away. The property is beautiful! You can really escape in a beautiful oasis! Katja was so sweet and helpful letting us know of different things to do in the area. It was an awesome place...between the beautifully furnished apartment, the private hot tub and the very relaxing public space. You can tell these owners really care about their guests!

Not a single detail was missed by the owners of this property! It is tropical, quiet relaxing and looks like your staying at a high end resort! Each apartment has its own hit tub and it felt like we were the only ones there. It was right across from Leverocks as well as the wayer taxi to Rum Bay and the Palm Island ferry. Communication was great! I highly recommend and will be staying here again!

Lovely area and the property is exactly like the photos. It was very clean, inside and out. The gardens/outdoor areas are absolutely stunning! The bed was very comfortable and we loved having the robes to lounge in after using the private hot tub. Katja was very easy to work with and quick to respond to any questions we had. Honestly do not think the listing clearly displays the amazing quality of this property!! It was way better than the pictures!! The hosts are amazing people with a huge heart!! It is clean, comfortable and a relaxation oasis. Whether you're hanging in the hammock, or sipping on a cocktail in the lounge chairs, you feel like you're in a Caribbean spot! Beaches are within reasonable driving distance as well as dining options! We will be back!

Almost hate to give a review as others will find this hidden gem. But the owners deserve the kudos! The unit and property are very comfortable, and well maintained. This was our first experience with a VRBO rental. Turned out to be an exceptional 2 week stay. We learned a lot about the area from our hosts, Alex and Katja. The unit was well kept, brand new, and featured a private garden area with hot tub, hammock, table and chairs. There was a fruit tree garden with bananas growing just outside our door. Outdoor couches and and tables under a covered porch in case of rain, but it didn't. Did not have a bad meal at any of the local restaurants. Fishing charter right across the road. Book early at "Man Overboard". Will return.

Very clean, beautiful property with a fabulous tropical courtyard. Full of unique fruit trees. The tiki hut, garden music and hot tub were awesome.
