The cabin was absolutely beautiful and accommodated all 18 of our family members well from 3yrs old to our oldest 79yrs old. The drive up to the cabin is a little curvy, so u have to drive very slow. The only downside to the trip was that the sealing did leak in 2 places on the top level bedroom. It got my clothes wet, they were under the leak. Thats definitely needs repair.

The stay itself was wonderful. When we first arrived there was a water leak in the bathroom that the maintenance guy was already working on and got it solved fast. The home was beautiful!! The only down falls of the place was we thought we read it had WiFi when we booked it. Had kids that needed it for work and homework. And the thing that we were most upset with is the balconies on every floor was covered with pollen and we have grandkids that have bad allergies. We feel they could’ve been power washed before we arrived. We understand that it is in the mountains and pollen is going to be real bad but just think it would have made the balconies look a lot better upon arrival if they had been power washed. But over all stay was great and ours kids loved it and that s what we wanted.

We enjoyed our trip to Tennessee! The cabin looked very beautiful inside and out but however there were several things that made our stay not the best! We wasn’t able to watch tv in every room on the main floor. We would have to turn the living room tv off for the tv’s to work in certain rooms! The hot water on the main floor was never hot! The dryer did not heat up it took hours to dry clothing! One of the rooms on the main floor bedding did not fit! All the beds except the bed in the master bedroom was extremely uncomfortable an hard! The ceiling was leaking in one the rooms on the main floor! There were several nails sticking out on the balcony floors! Lights were extremely dim and there were no broom to sweep up if needed! We had to buy our own broom! The half bathroom by the front door locks you inside when you close it! Two family members was unable to get out once closing the door and using the bathroom, one of them being Autistic. Which is very traumatizing to an autistic child! That really was upsetting! And last but not least there were only two eyes working on the stove and it was the small ones! We had a large group imagine cooking with only two small eyes operating! Would definitely not recommend anyone to this cabin looks were definitely deceiving and money well waisted!

The house is well used and needs a renovation for sure.
The basics are missing in the kitchen, the stove only works two mouths, not all electrical outlets worked, extremely loose canes, garbage on the balcony, social bathroom with damaged lock, strange insects that stung the elderly, they were terrible days in the house, spoiled window and very cold wind coming in, the power could not stand two baths at the same time and the bath had to be finished in the cold water, loose floor woods, fireplace not working in winter was very bad, no internet signal in a place where the phone signal is terrible,Leaking toilet I got in touch and I was not reimbursed.
I have the images if anyone wants, I can send by e-mail [email protected]
I don't recommend the house, the experience is really terrible,

Dirty
The property was not cleaned before our arrival. There was blood found through out the cabin: on the fridge, beds and bathtubs. The tubs were all dirty and the water wouldn’t go down in two of them. All of the furniture in the cabin was worn and needs to be replaced including the beds. “Cabins for you” was no help, no one came out to fix our problems. The fire place did not work. The hot tub was not cleaned nor was it filled all the way. There was no Wi-Fi in the cabin even though it was advertised that there would be… and so much more. Overall horrible stay

Not Satisfied
The amount of rooms were needed. However, we were not satisfied with the upkeep of the place. First, the flooring inthe main area has holes in the floor as if they had the furniture bolted to floor. Second, the fire places didn't work. Third, the furniture were well worn. Fourth, the mattresses need to be place. You can tell where ppl lay and rest. New mattresses are much needed. Fifith, the pool table is worn and outdated. Sixth, the light in the bar area did not work, so we had to get a lamp out of a bedroom. Seventh, all toilet seats need to be replace. The paint was coming off all of them. Eighth, one of the bunked bed on the lower floor did not have all the wood to whole the mattress in place, so we could not use it. The refrigerator and freezer had broken shelves. Tenth, TV's in two rooms did not work at all. Eleventh, TV in first room on botton floor is broken from its base. Twelfth, the tolet tissue holder was broken in the top bedroom bath. Thirteenth, the kitchen sink holds water. Fourteenth, the sink in the gameroom was clogged up and the sink was leaking underneath. Fifteenth, if you have a cabin for 24 ppl, you should at least have one big pot. The re was a pot that was so worn that the bottom of it was peeling. The ice tea plastic container was stained really bad. The carpet on the stairs need to be replace. The property grounds had beer bottles, soda cans, and all other type of trash on it. I would not recommend this property to anyone. We paid almost $8000.00. It was noy worth this amount.

Bearfoot Landing in Gatlinburg
This house had enough room for all 15 of us. We really enjoyed ourselves. We did have a huge proplem with the fact that the house was not very clean. The windows were so DIRTY we could not even see out of them. The floors looked like they had not been cleaned in a long time. Both Bathrooms down stairs the bath tubs backed up... The Master Bedroom had such huge spider webs we would not venture to use the large bath.

DIRTY….So much potential
Words cannot describe how disappointed we were with the cleanliness of this property. When we walked in we were immediately greeted with a broken window, filthy windows, a broken bed, rusted pots and pans made of Teflon, dusty air vents, the ice machine did not work, The refrigerator took days to cool down, questionable “white bodily fluids” on all of the futon covers. 🤢🤮. We had a party of 18, garbage was not picked up our entire stay, so we had to leave it bagged in the laundry room so the wildlife didn’t get into it. It was a shame because the property itself has a ton of potential the kids enjoyed the game room the views are beautiful only he could barely see it out of the filthy windows! The service fees are ridiculous, they actually charge a cleaning fee which is ridiculous - especially since nobody is cleaning the property!

Huge house, great location
The house size was wonderful. Each bedroom had it's own bath, huge kitchen and dining area. But, furnishings are very worn, windows haven't been cleaned this year. The beds were well worn and uncomfortable. Kitchen utensils and pans need updated. We were here for 6 days and ran out of garbage cans within a couple of days. There were broken items, a window missing, only 1 roll of TP for each toilet, very small bar of soap for each bathroom, one package of DW detergent. The huge decks were great considering there is no yard. It took several days to find the broom and a vacuum. And NO WIFI!

Perfect weekend getaway!
We took a quick trip to the mountains to celebrate our upcoming wedding with friends. The cabin was wonderful and was able to accommodate 16 of us easily! I highly recommend! It had everything we needed. The only things we didnt like was the only grill available was a charcoal grill and we couldn't get the lights by the hottub to turn on and one lightbulb was broken. Other than that we loved our stay!
