nice room, nice swimming pool but to noisy

the room was really nice. there’s a nice swimming pool and restaurant. the staff was polite

THE NOISE!!! in the same property there’s a gym and they turn the music really loud, you can hear the music clearly in the rooms. and in the pool they also turn the music very loud

surprising little find with great potential.

this property really surprised us as it was a last minute booking and there was t anything else. the rooms were really clean. we had our first powerful hot shower for weeks. the staff were really great. not sure if the hotel do beach runs but if they did this would be a 10/10

the beds could really do with being bigger. we were 2 adults and two teens and the beds were squished

We stayed in five hotels during our stay in Costa Rica and this was by far the worst.

We were disappointed with the hotel facilities. The wi-fi was non existent most of the time and when it did occasionally work, was very slow. This was an issue for us as our daughter was studying for some exams and needed access to the internet for her revision and we needed to research and book excursions. In our room, the showers were luke warm at best. For the above reasons we had no option but to cancel the rest of our booking. We understood from the Receptionist that we would incur a cancellation fee of 50% as we had not given the required 2 week's notice. This however turned out not to be the case with the remainder of the full amount going through our credit card the next day. We emailed the company and they were not prepared to reverse any of the charge.

Very little selection of food or drink for a place advertised as a restaurant and resort. Also no way to contact staff who were frequently unavailable and have very little English. The pool was nice but not clean and the flies made it impossible to enjoy the relatively decent breakfast. (It’s not self service. So staff also tended to be a little bit stingy with portions and slow or unable to fulfill simple requests.)

Great little hotel terrible WIFI

Great little spot with very nice staff and comfortable large rooms. We even got a chance to share a kitchen with our friends next door.

The WIFI was not useable. They should not list WIFI as an amenity. When we complained the gentleman at reception said yes, we have terrible wifi. My speed test showed 1mbps for upload and download.

Nice clean and comfortable rooms with the worst internet I've had in all of Costa rica.

Nice and clean rooms, large bed which was comfortable.

The internet is unusable at this site, i got a few minutes of usable internet over these three nights. On the pictures of the room we rented we saw a fridge (which we intended to use) that wasn't in the actual room upon arrival. The pool area, although okey looking, has a road driving right by the pool itself. The pool is also used for various classes, childrens' swimming classes, diving classes so I found it difficult to use the pool.

Good, but you really need a car

The room is really nice. Spacious. Great bed. Very clean. AC + fan, but even with the ac off it doesnt get too hot. If the management reads this: maybe run an extension cord up to the desk, it was a bit annoying not having an outlet there, but thats only a minor problem.

- The location. It's really in the middle of nowhere. No stores, no restaurants, nothing. To make it worse, one night the on-site restaurant was just closed. - WiFi is terrible

Overal good stay because the staff was great and friendly but the hotel isn’t the best we have been to

There was kitchens in the rooms but there wasn’t even glasses, cups, cutlery to make this kitchen usable. Very slow internet and bad coffee at breakfast

On Wednesday we were there, the restaurant was closed, previuos, nobody told us about it, and nobody gave us how to take the dinner. Also, nobody talk about the beaches or services.

Exceptional

Very cozy, quiet and tranquil place. We only stayed for a couple of nights because we were at the end of our vacation and wanted to go to Manuel Antonio. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The young waiter at the Restaurant was very pleasant and accommodating. Very good experience.
