Very friendly owners, A/C in the room, nice shower, comfortable bed. 2-min walk to bus terminal.
Soundproofing is inexistent. The first two nights were OK but the last night we had loud neighbors, and that made it difficult to fall asleep.

Nice rooms around the parking lot, providing everything you need for a stay. An armchair in front of your room to enjoy an evening sitting outside of your room. Very close to the centre of Quepos and convenient to get to Manuel Antonio. A very friendly and helpful host. Muchas Gracias!
The furniture and equipment was all a bit outdated and aged, but nonetheless you have everything you need. Parking lot was quite small, so you have to arrange where to park beforehand to get out on the next morning.

Nice motel style room with AC and a fan. A bathroom is a bit small, with hot water. We stayed two days and a room was cleaned each day. There are some restaurants and sodas around to grab something to eat. The owner was really nice and helpful and even though he doesn't speak English, we manage to communicate well.
Small bathroom, noise from other rooms, but that depend more on the neighbours.

Great location! Off the main streets but amazingly quiet. Walk to the promenade along the waterfront and all the shops and restaurants. Our favourite was Soda Sanchez, especially for breakfast. Easy access to drive, taxi, or bus to Manual Antonio National Park. Close to bus station. A few off street parking spaces available inside the gate.
Nothing to do with the hotel but I don’t like the open rainstorm sewers. They are dangerous for walking around downtown especially at night.

Clean room with minifridge, air conditioning, and ceiling fan. Good shower, and you can flush toilet paper. Small motel-like property inside gate. Great location--a short walk to bus station, but just off main streets, so it's quiet. Owner very hands-on and helpful. Nothing fancy, but good value for money.

location, beautiful trees and lovely plants. loved the sound of the scarlet macaws in the morning, although I couldn’t see them in the huge tree at the entrance.
lighting in the room could be improved by adding small bedside lamps or wall scones. TV only seemed to have one station in English, not a real problem just a suggestion for the future. Some traffic noise early am, but offset by the great location. Barbed wire and gates were off putting but meant security. However we noticed all buildings in Quepos have gates, barbed wire or even broken bottles on top of walled courtyards.

Very pleasant owner. Bed comfortable. Had a fridge. Shower and bathroom good facilities. Good location.
The room has many entry points for mosquitos - spaces around the doors and ceiling including ceiling light fittings. The windows that open also do not close flush. There alot of mosquitos around the accomodation because there is resting water just outside in the open drains. So the room had so many. We killed over 20 in the first night and then used nets and a coil to deter them. This made the experience less enjoyable. The rooms were cleaned each day however there was quite a bit of black mould along the base of the back wall where the beds rest that could do with cleaning.
It's a shame as otherwise it overall is a reasonable price.

Great value. The shower has a heater of it's own and I couldn't figure out how to get hot/warm water. No problem as cold water was preferred áfter a day of fishing offshore.
