Outstanding hotel experience in 10/10 location in Charleston!

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The location was fantastic. Decor and design awesome. All staff (from cleaning to butler to valet driver) were exceptional. Rooms and mini fridge offerings were such a welcomed treat. Turn down service and evening hotel ambiance was swoon worthy. This was the perfect upleveled home away from home experience in such a vibrant city. We can't wait to return and share our recommendation of this hotel with our traveling friends and family. Bravo Spectator!!

Great location and awesome property. Clean, beautiful rooms. The staff were sooo welcoming and accommodating. They couldn’t do enough for us!

Breakfast was included but would have liked more choices.

Superb

Great welcome treat. Butler service was wonderful. Chuck (the butler) is a character: what a great guy. Breakfast is cool at the lobby.

Impossible to turn off the AC fan at night. Not a big deal but rather the only downside y could point out.

Fantastic hotel, great location!

The service was fantastic, nothing was ever a problem. The hotel was immaculate and room was a great size. The complimentary snacks just made the experience that tiny bit better. Could not fault it. Excellent location.

It’s the UTOPIA of stays

Staff was beyond professional and courteous. Attended to every need and were very service oriented. Knowledge of the Charleston was exceptional. Must stay, they do things the right way! Phenomenal place to stay.

Exceptional staff, service, and amenities!

Both butler’s on duty during our stay were exceptional. We enjoyed being welcomed with a choice of cocktail/mocktail. Front desk staff were incredible too. Easy to understand why it’s in the top 25 hotels to stay at. Definitely will return when we find ourselves in that part of the US again!

The only thing we didn’t like was only staying one night.

Fantastic

Lane at the front desk was fantastic. James was a pro at helping us with our car and luggage. The best hotel experience in our lives.

Breakfast was free and good, but with the quality of the food we ate in Charleston the bar could have been a little higher. That is a little petty. It was good but it was not exceptional like the service and food at the restaurant at which we ate.

We absolutely loved it.

location style service comfortable GREAT TUB AND SHOWER strong water pressure Chuck brought us bath salts without asking! welcome drink and great valet parking. really good coffee. breakfast brought to room was wonderful.

was absolutely fantastic!

great location - walking distance to everything. butler was so cool and the room amenities are all included. so snacks and water are replenished daily. we never felt without. bed was comfy. bathroom was huge and spacious. luxury. decor was awesome and bar downstairs was tasty!!

pass on the breakfast. it was not tasty although they did try. good presentation and was included in stay price. too many other tasty options near by.

Spacious room and bathroom nicely appointed. Comfortable bed, quiet for sleeping. Enjoyed the butler service bringing included breakfast to room in the morning as well as the free snacks and waters in room. Nice bar located in hotel to grab a nightcap before retiring. Excellent location for all Charleston has to offer.
