The location was great. It is centrally located on a quiet street.

The rooms are not well lit. The elevator didn’t work for 3 days. The food was less than desirable and there wasn’t a lot to choose from. Also even if you went downstairs at 9am, most of the food was gone and not replaced. The espresso machine is not easy to make and there is a sign that states that if you would like to take it away it is self service with the paper cups to accompany. However if you ask to have the express made at the barista bar the staff tells you to go make it yourself.

Hotel perfeito no coração de Lisboa.

A localização é excelente. Perto da praça do comércio e de todos os pontos relevantes. Táxi e Uber param na porta. Há um estacionamento (pág) no fim da caso vá de carro. Quartos é amplo e agradável. O maior que já vi nos hotéis dessa região. Banheiro excelente. Funcionarios receptivos e educados. Café da manhã excepcional. Buffet com o horário de 6 às 12. Excelente horário e excelente qualidade. O hotel é totalmente acessível a pessoas com dificuldades de locomoção. O hotel é perfeito e é estranho que não esteja acima de 9 na nota geral.

Não há nenhum ponto negativo.

L’emplacement est parfait proche de tout et point de départ pratique pour beaucoup d’excursions. La décoration et les chambres sont propres et soignées. Le personnel est attentif et réactif. Très bon établissement.

Ottima base di partenza per visitare la città

La posizione a 2 passi dalla metro e da tutto il centro città. La camera grande e pulita. La possibilità di fare la colazione in camera. Il personale SEMPRE gentile e disponibile alle nostre richieste.

La colazione, buona ma con poca scelta di cibo e bevande, anche se sicuramente è imputabile alle misure adottate per il covid.

It was an excellent experience for my first time in Portugal.

Everything specially the great attention from the front desk staff.

The bed was a little bit uncomfortable but is good because the hotel is in the center of the city.

Very disappointed? They offered 2 rooms for 6 people, my kids had to sleep on the floor, because they didn’t have extra beds as they should had!!?? And the bathroom towels had holes. Its not a 4 star level hotel, mire like 3. Wouldn’t come back👎

Location staff friendliness and very close to the metro Station. Very happy with the staff being friendly easy going and always prompt to help

The Shower area MUST have a handle for the elderly people just in case he/she slips with the wet floor. Could improve the breakfast with possible more variety

We were surprised at how nice the hotel was. The facilities are very clean.

The location is excellent. It is right next to the Metro and right in the heart of the city. Everything is walking distance. The staff are all very friendly. They gave us tips on how to navigate the city and where to find great restos.

There was one unfortunate event when the fire alarm went off. It was a false alarm though. The hotel staff told us that it was the first time that an incident like that happened. This should not be taken against the hotel. It did not affect our over-all impression of the hotel.

location, friendly staff, good shower and comfortable bed

breakfast awful, longe advertised however just a small sofa and 2 stools by the lift. bar advertised but just a counter behind the reception. Kettle in room but only one t bag and 1 coffee sachet.

Wana be near all Lisboa matters - stay here!

Almost everything - central location is gorgeous - you can reach anything you want in a few minutes, easy to get back, easy to go to all directions, and of course lovely personel

Maybe hotel can add breakfasts in the staying price, but that's just a thought

Decent accommodation in an ideal location

The location of the hotel is ideal, as it is in the heart of the city. The room we stayed in was quite large and comfortable. The bathroom was new, spacious and clean.

The hotel staff does not know even basic English to communicate with customers. Unfortunately only the employees on the morning shift knew English, and at other times of the day it was impossible to communicate, even about the simplest things, despite the courtesy and willingness shown by your otherwise pleasant employees. Also, the cleanliness of the room should have been better, especially regarding the armchair, the carpet and the curtains.

it’s location is excellent. just a minute away from Metro. very central. everything is within a 10-15 mt walking distance.

the carpet looked old and dirty. there was no cooked breakfast- no eggs for example.

Basically you are paying for a really really good location. if you don’t care how it looks snd smells then this place is

first day of check in it took staff about 40 mins past our arrival time to get us our room. this was after telling us that our room wasn’t ready at around 2pm. they said it would be ready at 4pm. when we came back the room was just being cleaned. the staff that day was rude and unapologetic. They don’t know how to speak to clients and they were just the type to avoid work and pass it off to the next shift. The bathrooms smelled horrible, almost like sewer. The carpets are dirty. The walls had writing all over them by the stairs.

great location close to transport and monuments. Very confortable duplex room for 3 to 5 people with 2 bathroms

Duplex with 2 bathrooms and balcony providing good lighting. Healthy breakfast. Great location close to Subway and Alto-Chiado- Baixa and Rossio station to reach Sintra. Paying 15eur you can get an early check at 9am just arriving from airport
