Wonderful management and very friendly staff, plus a beautiful location on the beach. Great restaurant with lovely servers and delicious food for a great price.
Reception staff seemed very incompetent, aloof, and dismissive. Touts are allowed (encouraged?) to spend time by the beach area, making any attempt to use the beach turn into dealing with potential scams and uncomfortable pushing about giving money or joining activities one may not want to do. Pool was being worked on.

The meal was very good and the staff too. I enjoy the place and I will recommand it for everyone who would like to go to Gambia. A very good staff there!
The lack of toilet shower is the only thing I didnt like.
2.5
staff was friendly, place was clean. Nice view to the ocean.
Where shall I start? Fawlty Towers in Gambia. The most confused guy ever checked me in. Staff is very kind but incompetent. No water in pools, should have got a discount for that. Room was very dark. Bar not open. They have everything to make this place great, but right now it is a mess. They should really step up on all fronts. Moved to another place after 2 days, Cheaper and ten times better. All promises kept there.

huge pool, very nice people!!

Fantastically built on the Atlantic shores . A mix of contemporary and African heritage in design . Environmental setting is tropical.in nature. Adjoining Indian restaurant (the Flavour)added to the intercontinental ambience during our stay.Craftmanship of the house keepers is awesome and bathroom shower floor is the safest i have seen . Ousman and lokesh thanks 🙏.
Breakfast menu needs to be more generous for long stays

Nice pool and beautiful gardens with sea view and access. Lokesh, the general manager, facilitates the stay.
2.5
Great location on the beach, perfect with pool. Some nice staff, bur not all.
Remember cash is king at this hotel! So no card, nearest ATM in Bakau.
Breakfast very poor, one day buffet, next a menu with a narrow range of products. Service was poor at breakfast. Internet very slow. Bathroom smelled funky.
4.5
Good welcome. Easy check in. Security on site at night in case you arrive late. Room a good size, with bottles of water, clean sheets, nice shower. Good air con. Clean swimming pool. Lovely spaces to relax by the pool. Garden is a work in progress. Reasonably priced drinks and food. Friendly staff. Helpful in organising taxis.
Good location if you want to be in a peaceful area. We walked from there to Cape point. And easy to get a lift to Senegambia and other areas.
Excellent facilities of table football, table tennis and pool! Great fun!
Breakfast simple but effective: porridge, beans, bread, jam, sausage, scrambled egg, juice, tea/coffee, watermelon.
Accommodation is extremely well priced for great swimming pool, access to seeing the sea etc.
We returned here for our future nights later in our holiday.
Never seemed to have the vegetables in stock for the vegetable dishes.
Could do with a few small pools of water to attract birds to the garden for visiting bird watchers.
4.5
As before. Great facilities, staff lovely. Good swimming pool and games for entertainment
As before, lack of veggies/nuts for veggie dishes/unavailable. Needs water ponds with easy access for birds.
4.5
Good facilities. Nice staff.
Needs bird watering holes, for birds to drink at.

honestly just the staff was good. other then that the experience was bad. I would not wanna come back to that hotel again, if I go to Gambia.
everything was bad the rooms has stains on the wall, the Wi-Fi was not good at all! I had to move around the hotel to get some reception of the Wi-Fi but most of the times there was no internet. the keep up was bad, the management frankly didn’t care about guest’s experiences.
5.0
Beautiful surroundings and everything you need to make the holiday comfortable.
A breeze from the sea makes the climate at the hotel area perfect - even in 36 degrees it feels comfortable to stay at one of the many outside areas around the pool and the restaurant.
5.0
nice surroundings and there was a gym we could use
friendly staff and nice pool area

Honestly I didn’t like anything about this hotel
The staff was not friendly, the pictures looked nothing like the hotel, clearly the pictures was photoshopped. They never had any change so they ended up owning me money everywhere. When I tried to collect the money, they sent me from the Resepsjon to the bar to the beach. I ended up leaving after only one night, even though I’ve paid for two nights. They do not except payment with card when you check in.

lovely pool, clean rooms, friendly staff
breakfast

Clean rooms and the housekeeping is good as well.
Big rooms.
Nice views.
Staff needs more training on customer care.
Staff can be more friendly.
Poor breakfast.
The rooms need to have a small fridge and a kettle.

The ocean
Very unfriendly attitude towards the guest, especially management

beautiful atmosphere
It was dirty cockroaches in rooms and lots of mold and water damage. Hotel has a lot of restrictions and management is not willing to listen to your concerns. after two days of requesting to check out early do to poor condition of rooms I had to refuse to leave reception area before my request was granted. Yet I still was unable to speak with management was told they were busy every time.
4.5
Staffs are very polite property is well maintained
No TV in room
Reception should be more alert when new guests arrive (make sure the guest know what they need to pay for before settle in.)
3.5
The staff were warm and welcoming
The place is being refurbished slowly after being closed for some years. While the common areas are attractive, they require a face lift. The rooms structure and bathroom facilities are in poor shape..although kept clean.
The bed was comfortable.
