Lage in mitten tollen Olivenbäumen Frühstück

Zimmer war als suite mit jaquzzi ausgeschrieben, es gab keinen jaquzzi. Pool etwas dreckig und ungepflegt. Badezimmer war nicht so toll- grosser trog in den man steigen musste als dusche

Colazione sotto le nostre aspettative, prodotti non cucinati nella struttura e di bassa qualita'

Nessuna indicazione per arrivare alla struttura, camera umida e un tempo era lo sgabuzzino usato per la stagionatura di salumi e formaggi,bagno sporco con tenda in plastica sulla doccia, ripiano per salviette in ferro scrostato, finestre piccole in alto senza aerazione, aria condizionata non andava, impianto di acqua calda con pannelli solari ma purtroppo con 10 camere da servire abbiamo dovuto fare la doccia fredda alla sera e al mattino non c'era acqua calda, cena scadente con prodotti di scarsa qualita', piscina dalle foto doveva essere grande invece e' una buca che veniva usata per raccogliere acqua piovana per annafiare il frutteto come ci e' stato riferito dal dipendente. Abbiamo richiesto la fattura e dopo 25 giorni e svariati solleciti e non e' ancora arrivata,pensiamo non vogliano emettere regolare fattura elettronica per un totale di euro 315,00 inerente a 1 notte. Pessima esperienza da non ripetere. Lo sconsigliamo vivamente. Chiediamo a Booking di intervenire per farci emettere regolare fattura come richiesto avendo dato tutti i dati con relativo codice per l'emissione di fattura elettronica di competenza. Stupendo

The location is extremely nice, an old masseria recently renovated and surrounded by olive trees. The owner made us feel home, also by organising a panzerotto cooking class. He takes such a good care of the place, working on every single detail, including his team (in that regard, Seidu is definitely a value add, such a kind and proactive person)

We would highly recommend staying here on your next trip to Ostuni! it was perfect!

The masseria was in a great location, close enough to everything. The property is beautiful and has very relaxing atmosphere. Andrea and his team are very accommodating and make sure everyone is well looked after.

Beautiful Unique Masseria with the Best Hosts!

Masseria della Piana was the perfect base for us during our stay in Puglia. Andrea and Fabio were very helpful, reaching out by Whatsapp to arrange the most convenient check in time and keeping in touch throughout our stay to provide suggestions, support and help when needed. They offered great recommendations and Andrea was very helpful contacting our rental car company for us when we needed to confirm a change. The food was amazing, with loads of options available for breakfast every day. The room had a great view, was well kept and the pool was lovely to swim in as well. The Masseria is beautiful and the parking felt very secure, with the security gate. It is just a short drive into Ostuni (10-15 minutes) so very convenient, with easy access to the E55 highway to visit places further afield (Alberobello is around 45 minutes drive).

The property is a beautiful little escape located 15 minutes from Ostuni city. The staff are so lovely and friendly. They gave us great recommendations to travel around Puglia. They made our stay extra special.

Very good

Andreas and Fabio are such accommodating hosts! They really go out of their way to ensure you are set up- from travel tips around the area to recommendations on places to eat nearby! A little tour on arrival with a fresh fig was adorable! The property as a whole is gorgeous- lined with olive trees and a few fig trees, grass and little flower beds in front of the rooms, it feels like a very authentic masseria stay. It’s less than 10 mins from Ostuni one direction and the beach in the other! The breakfast is plentiful with local produce (cheese and olive bread!). My husband and I stayed in room 1 which was very spacious and comfortable. The finishings (bedding, linen, lamps, side tables etc) are middle of the range but it had everything you needed. The bathroom’s wet areas were arranged a little funny- shower over the toilet and a sink that was flat bottomed, which neither drained quite right so some water pooled around the place. The wifi and cellular service didn’t work in the room (but I guess that’s part of the charm of being in the country and switching off!). The pool is quaint but lovely, clean and gets sun all afternoon! Set your mind to feeling like you’re staying at a mates farm-stay property in the countryside and you’ll enjoy yourself!

Horrible, run as fast as you can to the next hotel!!!!

Please be aware!!!! I blame BOOKING for the fact that there is such a disconnect with the marks of 9.1 and the reality of this rundown place!! This is not worthy of 9.1 but more like a 7.5!!!’ Avoid at all costs, it’s even suspicious how they managed to get 9.1! The owner never communicated with us and we stayed outside the door after ringing many times before a guest let us in. Remember we are in the middle of nowhere!!! Quite the welcome!! The breakfast juice is served in plastic cups , and there are mainly pastries and bread. Outside it’s a construction zone with the pool under a tarp, and 2 broken lounge chairs, good luck if you plan on relaxing! As for the bedroom, it is very humid, cold and there are no blankets. The heater doesn’t heat up the room which remained cold and humid!! The mattress is smaller than the bed and is slanted upwards and not comfortable. The pillows are bad quality just like the used bedsheets, and just when you think it can’t get worse, bingo: shower has little pressure and is lukewarm at best. The water runs out of the shower and remains stagnant around the toilet; as for the toilet, the seat is broken! They claim that there is a garden view from the room but we only had a window that gives on to a wall!!!
