Spacious apartment with good value for money.

Highy quality equipment incl. big TVs with entertainment package. Electronic locks. Larger rooms. Comfortable beds and quality towels. Washing maschine, laundry stand, iron and kitchen incl. most utilities and equipment. Well located right next to multiple public transport lines and bakeries, coffee shops, super markets and restaurants around.

No basic foodstuffs like salt, oil, sugar, coffee, tea, backing paper etc. available. The kitchen is spacious but you need to bring everything yourself. Shower door was broken thus you had no chance to keep the floor dry. The sound proofing is rather bad. You can hear other guests so if they choose to be loud you have a problem.

Es ist nicht ersichtlich das das zweite Bett in der Küche steht. Sichtfenster vom Bad ins Schlafzimmer, in der Nacht wurde es komplett hell wenn jemand im Bad war.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay in this apartment

The location was very good, near public transportation (there is a U-bahn station in just a 3 minutes walking distance from the building), and there were several supermarkets nearby as well. The hosts were easily reachable by WhatApp from the moment I made the reservation. They were very helpful and responded promptly to a complaint when the bathroom sink was partially clogged. Although, reported on a Friday afternoon, the host came personally within 1 hour and helped to solve the problem. I stayed with my family (total of 3 adults) in apartment 1 on the ground floor which had enough space for us and our luggage. The windows overlooking the street did a good job in street noise reduction. Throughout our stay, the weather was very pleasant, so the we did not have to use the fans provided in each room. The TV provided a lot of entertainment channels to choose from. The fridge size is very good for the needs of 3 or 4 persons.

The pillows were a bit uncomfortable, and there was only 1 pillow on each bed.

Lovely flat with a helpful host, but had minor issues with deposit and shower temperature.

The apartment was lovely – clean, well-maintained, and conveniently located, even had a little garden! . The host was incredibly helpful and pleasant, even waiting to personally hand over the key upon our arrival. Communication was a breeze, and I appreciated knowing that I could reach out if needed. The apartment had everything one could need. We could even make a coffee in the morning – loved that!

Overall, my stay was enjoyable, however, there were a couple of minor issues that had a slight impact on my overall experience. Firstly, I was surprised to find out upon arrival that a deposit of €300 was required in case of any damages to the flat. While I don't personally mind this policy, it would have been helpful to have been made aware of it beforehand, as there was no mention of it on booking.com. The deposit was finally refunded after about 2–3 weeks, which kind of stressed me out and was sort of inconvenient. My second issue was with the shower. Unfortunately, I found it difficult to regulate the water temperature, which kept fluctuating between uncomfortably hot and freezing cold. This made for a less-than-ideal showering experience. Despite these drawbacks, however, I still found the overall quality of the accommodation to be good and would consider staying again in the future.

Downtown apartments Dussledorf is a wonderful, comfortable accomodation located about a 25 minute walk from the city centre and old town of Dussledorf. The apartment itself is spacious and well furnished. There are some intricate decorations that take you by suprise but overall the apartment is stylish. The apartment owner and staff are very clear with their communication and quick with their response to any questions that may arise. There is a $300 euro deposit required apon arrival however the refund is quick after your stay at the property. If returning to Dussledorf i would definitely look to book these apartments again.

location close to Bilk Arcaden, work place and Edeka.

air conditioning was advertised when we booked but there were only fans when we arrived and we then rechecked the website had been updated to ventilation rather than air conditioning. website also stated there was an elevator. This was misleading as the elevator stopped on the floor above us. the facility for washing dishes was poorly designed. The dish rack was infested with pink biofilm. We bought a new dish rack. The shower base surrounds had black mould and pink biofilm in parts. There was no laundry basket or pegs. The washing machine needed an internal clean, which we did. Nighttime neighbour noises were an issue.

location was fantastic. very easy to deal with the owner/colleague. apartment was lovely. a bakery next door that was very good! beds were really comfortable

shower was a little tricky to not get water all over the floor. thankful for plenty of towels 😀 pillows were a bit thick so not very comfortable…

lovely, clean, spacious apartment. perfect location & so easy to get downtown. exceeded our expectations. lovely bakery right next door.

tram runs right outside until very late but after first night we didn’t really even notice it. small inconvenience for staying in such a lovely apartment

Comfortable and convenient.

The apartment is very clean and comfortable, and at the check in and check out they were very thoughtful.

That at Prowein fair dates the prices are much higher than usual.

Exceptional

Everything was great, the host was welcoming, helpful and not intruding. The apartment was really cosy, half an hour walk away from the centre, in a nice and a bit quieter part of Dusseldorf, with great restaurants and cafes 15-minute walk away. There was an awesome bakery right next to the apartment, with fresh croissants and other pastries every morning (except Sunday, when everything is closed), perfect for breakfast. The apartment was equipped with cute vintage, but new and modern gadgets, a toaster, a coffee maker and a fully equipped kitchen, which was super helpful for a longer stay. There was also a private balcony with a bike parking and free street car parking. All in all, a pleasant experience. :)
